Esta muy moderna totalmente equipada condominio de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en la primera planta de un edificio de tres pisos en la calle de Maxwell Beach, en la iglesia de Cristo. El condominio está totalmente amueblado y equipado con todos los electrodomésticos de la cocina, incluyendo nevera, microondas, estufa, horno tostador, cafetera, tetera y tostadora. También incluyen una lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar y ropa de cama. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y la segunda habitación con dos camas individuales. Hay un baño de tamaño completo con un stand de ducha y un segundo baño y medio. Alquiler Condo incluye, Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, TV por cable y teléfono (llamadas locales). El condominio cuenta con un patio, que conduce directamente a una piscina y jacuzzi. El complejo dispone de tumbonas para sus sillas de invitados, y persona que pueden ser llevados a la playa. Hay un colchón de aire de tamaño queen, para los huéspedes adicionales. Sólo se permite fumar fuera en el patio.

We had a great stay at Pene’s Place, the apartment had everything we needed! Katie the property manager who met us upon check in and check out was lovely, very welcoming and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in the area! The condo is also in a great location and we were able to walk to Dover beach and Oistins fish fry from it but it is also easy enough to get the bus as well. We also had a lovely evening meal at Carolina’s right opposite the condo, so highly recommend visiting there if you get chance and it’s also a popular breakfast/brunch spot!

Overall a great location, a beautiful condo with everything you need. A very close beach across the street. Not far from Oistins and the Lawrence Gap. The property manager Katie went above and beyond to my make our stay with our newborn that much more comfortable. Special thanks to the grounds keeper Tobias who was super friendly and helpful. We recommend 100% and hopefully will return soon.

Pene's place is an excellent choice for a place to stay in Barbados. Katie the property manager is very friendly, attentive and helpful. There were no issues at all with the Condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need, if you are inclined to prepare meals. Having the Pool and Jacuzzi is a definite plus. It felt like home away from home. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Katie.

My family had an amazing stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. We had everything we could need and then some -- a newly renovated space, a new TV, comfortable couches, tons of towels, bug spray, sunscreen, etc. Katie is also an awesome property manger. She helped answer all of our questions, gave us great recommendations and made sure we were comfortable. When I come back to Barbados I definitely will be staying again!

The host was very helpful and answered quickly. The place is quiet. You will not be disburt by the noise of Oistins. a lot of parking spot. Easy access to Maxwell beach.

Great apartment

This was a lovely apartment to stay at with my family. Was quiet and safe. A short walk out of the apartment and you can catch a bus to any destination. There were buses available at anytime of the day. Katie the apartment manager was very friendly and helpful in recommending places where we could eat.The apartment on a whole was very clean and everyone who we meet were so lovely and polite. My son loved the swimming pool, it was never busy and was lovely we could relax after being out all day.

Great location

Right near the beach and main road. Easy to catch the bus to Bridgetown or Oistins. Property manager was wonderful and very accommodating and recommended many wonderful places to eat.

Perfect location!

Our stay was everything we needed it to be. Katie, the property manager went above and beyond - we couldn’t have asked for more from her. The property had everything we needed - so lovely to have kitchen and bathroom basics provided. The location was spot on - easy travelling island wide. And the pool was the perfect place to refresh! Would happily return (preferably sooner rather than later!)

Staying here was awesome. Looks exactly like the pictures and Natalie was great with communication. As soon as we got in the property manager was over to greet us and answered any questions we had. I am ready to visit the beautiful island again and Pene’s Place will be a repeat stay ❤️

Spent 2 nights, 3 of us including our 5yr old. Clean, well kept. Right by the pool. Close to a number of beaches. Quiet neighbourhood. Great spot in Christ Church.

Wonderful Stay!

Just arrived back home from a wonderful stay in Barbados, at Pene's Place. The condo is located within minutes walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches. It is also close to many amenities such as shopping, restaurants and just a quick drive to the famous Oistins Fish Fry. The condo was beautifully furnished, and well kept. The owner Natalie checked in regularly to make sure our stay was pleasant and the property manager Patrick was also very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to return!

A Hidden Gem with Outstanding Service

I recently stayed at this property and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Katie, the property manager, made the entire process seamless. Our flight was delayed, and they were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our checkout a bit later to ease our stress. Katie consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her exceptional service and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. The property itself is a hidden gem in Barbados. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island!

Had a fab stay beach very close manageress. Was so helpful especially when my husband was taken into hospital i dont know what i would've done without her The only reason i only give cleanliness a 4 was because the oven hadn't been cleaned outher wise it would have been full marks all the way

Perfect Stay at Pene's Place

I'm still beaming from my recent stay in Barbados! Not only is the island the most beautiful piece of land I've stepped foot on, but my accommodations were above standard! Pene's place was a ground level unit conveniently located with beach access across the street from the complex; Oistins Fish Market (and Friday night hot spot) is within a close enough distance; there's a corner star/bar right down the street and to top it off, the pool and whirlpool are right off of the front porch - at night they even have colourful lights that give off a beautiful ambiance. The neighbours in the complex are friendly; we've even exchanged contact info and are keeping in touch across countries! The Barbados Beach Club Hotel is just down the street to which you can walk through to access the beach - you can use their beach chairs and purchase drinks from their bar, no problem. Talk about having what you need!! When you stay at properties like this, often the owners will only have a few of each item or sometimes not even have what you need. Pene's place delivered in FULL! Everything we needed, was there; from an abundance of towels to any needed kitchen utensil, Pene's place had it all! The condo is super clean and inviting, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It honestly felt like I was at home! The appliances are modern, the tv has every channel you'd need; there's even a stereo with a docking station to play your music. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of storage space to unpack your clothes. The kitchen has a great size counter and a lot of cupboard space. The convenience of having 1 1/2 bathrooms was great! We were 4 women staying in this condo and never once did we run out of hot water or space... now that says a lot!! The owner of Pene's place has great contacts; guaranteed anything you need/want, she'll find a way to make sure you have it. Her friendly demeanour and excellent customer service has guaranteed the fact that I will not only be back but will recommend this property to everyone I know! I don't take writing these reviews lightly, I know how important it is to hear from others who have stayed at your potential location. I promise you, you stay here you will be more than satisfied! Thank you Pene's Place for giving me an opportunity to form some of the greatest memories of my life :) Until next time...

2A Vervan Condos Pene's Place

We stayed here from March 1/2020 to March 22nd. This location has easy access to the beach, the pool is a definite asset , but the poolside furniture is not sufficient for the number of people staying in the condos, and the pool furniture is in bad repair. The only thing negative about the condo itself is that the screens need replacing, lots of mosquitos in March and the beach chairs need replacing, they are to small for adults. Patrick is a real pro and is always very helpful, as is Natalie the owner. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Nice stay on Maxwell coast

In the apartment close to Maxwell coast we found a quiet spot and a good base for our daily trips to the southern and eastern beaches and other attractions on Barbados. The apartment is nicely furnished and maintained, the location is quiet and secure. Patrick, the house manager, welcomed us on arrival. He was friendly and helpful with all our questions conc. apartment. There are some interesting and useful places in the neighborhood – Oistins with grilled fish for the dinner, Massy (supermarket) and beaches, of course. Our favorite were Dover Beach, wild Bottom Bay and Crane Beach. But to see all these places you need a rental car… Jiri & Petr

Great experience, location, and value.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pene's. The unit is well appointed and suited for couples or families. Natalie has provided deck chairs for the beach, noodles for the pool, and assorted toys and beach pails for children.The proximity to the pool enables parents to enjoy the unit's patio while maintaining a constant watch on their children. Beach access is just across the street or through Maxwell Coast park. There is public access to the gap sea side at the end of Maxwell Coast beach by theTurtle Beach/Dover Beach hotels.It negates the need to walk around the Sandals Resort compound which adds considerable distance otherwise. We were disappointed the complex did not have a BBQ as we had brought much of our meat from Canada. It did not however dampen our experience as the gas oven/stove sufficed albeit adding heat inside the unit. Overall an Outstanding experience. Natalie was very gracious, attentive, expedient, and a very understanding host. All our correspondence with her was positive and informative. This holds true as well for Patrick her on-site Manager, and Rosalyn our maid. We did accidentally break a Vase during our stay. Natalie was very understanding and offered us the option of paying for its replacement or purchasing one. We opted to purchase one locally. She refunded our security deposit even before we had replaced the item! And there it is. The people of Barbados make every hour a Happy Hour!

Lovely apartment in a great area

We really enjoyed staying at Pene's Place. The apartment has everything you could need. Natalie was lovely and Patrick really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled! The beach is really close, although it takes a little bit of time to find the best way to reach it (eat a yummy pizza at the place opposite and ask there :-)) Easy to get buses up and down the coast to wherever you need to get to. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return! Thanks Natalie!

The property was just like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed a great place

We were greeted by the owner Natalie who was great and very accommodating. We had a minor problem but this was resolved immediately which was very refreshing. It was a lovely hideaway, the pool and hot tub were great areas to relax in when not out and about and I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Excellent find!

I am Canadian born Barbadian at heart. As a child I visited Barbados every summer vacation...fell in love with the island and the people as an adult . I knew that I wanted other families to share the experience of beautiful Barbados.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location location location!! My apartment is located in the heart of the tourist area. Close the beaches, night life and down town. Buses are right on the route. Having a pool and jacuzzi was also a bonus. The area is quite safe with friendly neighbors. Having small children of my own, I knew that the apartment was not only suitable for adults but kid friendly as well.

Having the beach only 2 minutes walking distance and a 24 hour pool with jacuzzi leading off of the patio. No stairs to climb the apartment is situated on the ground floor.
