Esta casa recientemente renovada está decorada con buen gusto y es cómoda para una familia o un grupo pequeño. Ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo y seguro, a solo minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, campos de golf, Delnor-Wiggins State Park y Barefoot Beach Preserve, votada como una de las 10 mejores playas de los EE. Relaxing and peaceful

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing. The home was beautiful and clean and felt just like home. We enjoyed the patio lights around the pool at night. We also enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood. Check-in and communication was clear and easy. We look forward to future stays. Thank you

Quiet Vacation

This property is in a quiet neighborhood but yet very close to shopping. The house was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The pool and patio area were very nice. The house was a short drive to the beach.

Very nice house

We liked the stay in the house very much. Everything was in perfect order and the communication with the landlord has been very good. Nice and quite neighbourhood. Close to shopping facilities, restaurants and beaches. Very recommendable.

Our stay at Casa Bonita

We just returned from 8 days at Casa Bonita and it was amazing. The owners responded to all questions immediately. The home was amazing, clean and very welcoming. It was well equipped. Pool was beautiful. It is a perfect vacation spot. My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO locations and this was by far the best. Thank you Chris for an awesome stay. We expect to return next year.

Wonderful Property!!

We found the property better than the pictures. It’s clean, has beach chairs, ice chests and beach towels so save that space! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, nice bath towels. The outdoor area makes the property. Screened around pool, tables, grill in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from the beach. Anything you might need is so close. Thanks for letting us stay!

2022 vacation

Very very pleased with the house. Description of the house is perfect. The pool is perfect. Everything was clean & everything we needed was in the house. Neighborhood is very quiet. Great location. Very close to the beach. Will be my first pick when I come back to the area. Owner was very responsive & helpful.

A home away from home

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. Being a family of four, we found in this house everything each one of us could wish for. It is spacious and tastefully furnished and well equipped whether one likes to cook or want to spend some fun time at the pool, - it offers a lot. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and still close to everything - restaurants, groceries and beaches. The contact with the homeowner was great, very easy and quick! We highly recommend this place! We hope to come back next year!

Calm and relaxing place.

We stayed for 1 week, the house is very nice and clean. The pool area in the back is perfect, especially when you can't go to the beaches (Hurricane Ian). It seems like a calm neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. We slept very well every night. Chris is a great and very helpful host and answered every question quickly. Good that there were bicycles when you wanted to have a look around the area. We would definitely stay again! Andreas & Christin Sweden

Relaxing days in Bonita Springs

Location is great - long walks every day and bike rides through different neighborhoods, even to the beach! Numerous beaches within 30 minutes, but mostly 2 miles to Barefoot Beach for swimming and sunsets. Relaxed by pool in lanai everyday. The appliances were top shelf as were pots and pans. Other kitchen utensils could use an upgrade as could towels. Bathroom and shower are spacious and lots of storage area. We had an issue with tv and internet and the owner was immediately responsive to our needs - he wanted to be sure that we had a great experience. Location, location, location - this property was close to grocery, shopping, restaurants and beaches. in a quiet neighborhood.. Definitely would return again.

Super Family Friendly

What a beautiful space and professional host! Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by a nice bottle of wine and spectacularly clean accommodations. Chris was prompt to respond to any inquiries that we had during the booking process as well as throughout our stay. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed with all that we needed to prepare whatever meal that we desired and the house was beautifully decorated. Regarding the beach equipment, there was all that one might need - beach towels, lounge chairs, a canopy, some skim-boards and toys for the kids, a small cooler, and even some ice packs in the freezer. The pool was clean and equally well-provided for with plenty of floats for adults as well as for kids. The quaint, quiet neighborhood in which the house is located was not only convenient to the local beaches with Bonita Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park both being within a very short drive and the beaches of Naples being but little further but it was also not far at all to any number of grocery stores - Aldi, Publix, or Walmart. All in all, we found that this home offered everything that we needed to relax and worry about nothing other than enjoying our stay and making sure that no one got sun-burnt. We will certainly contact Chris again the next time that we have plans to be in this area!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es war alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, auch für den Strand sind Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm von Tommy Bahama vorhanden. Schöner großer Pool mit viel Wasserzubehör. Lage ist auch sehr gut, mittig zwischen Naples und Fort Myers. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt… ach ja und ein sehr bequemes Bett . Vielen lieben Dank.

Great location

Property has everything you need and a great location. Quick bike ride to the beach. Only downfall was house was musty and I had to scrub the dishwasher and sink to get rid of some of the bad smells. Owner was helpful answering any questions.

Sehr schönes Haus..

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub hier verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts. Lage zum Beach 5 Min. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Der Pool würde wöchentlich gereinigt. Im Garten wachsen Bananen , Grapefruit und Mangos..Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Awesome Property

My fiance and I stayed at Casa Bonita for a week in June (2017). We had a great stay. This was our first time renting, and we were a but hesitant. However, the property was clean and everything worked. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we had because we felt like we were at home. This property is a short drive or bike ride to the beach, but if the beach isn't on your plans for a day, there is a great covered pool in the back. Chris was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had while staying. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is it! We look forward to renting this property in the future!

Wonderful Bonita Springs

We had spent our 2 week holidays in Bonita Springs. Holiday home had all we needed. Elegant home was well equipped. Pool was available, sun chairs, tv,grill, wifi and all the stuff we need for holidays. There are bikes for a 2 minutes ride to Sundays fresh market. Supermarket was close to the home as well as wonderful beaches like Lovers Key or Barefoot. Parking No. 10 at Hickory road might be a recommendation too due to a free parking and a short way to beach. We had seen all kind of animals and birds. Manatees as well as dolphins, Ospreys and woodpecker... For those who like to shop Coconut Point is only five minutes away. Miramar outlet is 15 minutes far away. We never felt anxious, home was wonderful, landlord was responding fast (but we had no further questions due to good forefront explanations). Our conclusion: a very good choice.

PARADISE For Sure

I can't praise this home enough, and its owner Chris. Everything was wonderful; the location, living quarters, pool, tvs (super definition), WiFi, spacious garage and pool toys, etc. etc. Any issues or questions we had (and they were very few and minor), Chris was so helpful and responded immediately. They sure want you to enjoy your vacation as well. It offers nearby beaches, numerous restaurants, sight-seeing options, shopping, golf, sports bars and such. You couldn't ask for anything better. Our only regret is that next year April is already booked! Whenever we're back in Bonita Springs, this is the place I'll check out first - for anyone else, don't hesitate. Thanks Chris for letting us use your home; it was tough to leave.

Casa Bonita is awesome!

My husband and I had the pleasure of renting this wonderful home for a month. We arrived to a very, clean, spotless rental. The garage floor is immaculate!!! The storage space in the garage was very helpful. Having the pool and outdoor space was wonderful, especially since we were blessed with amazing weather. Our grandchildren came to visit and they were in the pool most days by 7:30am. The outdoor space is very private , which made for lots of relaxing! We purchased a Collier County beach pass for $50, which is well worth it if you enjoy the beach and sunsets, since it's $8 for a single visit. The pass is good for a year. There is lots of great beach equipment available in the garage. We enjoyed biking in the area. I found the three wheeler bike difficult to ride, so we did have to get another bike, but it's great that the bikes are available. I would bike to Publix for a few groceries!!! The house itself is very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. Chris, the landlord, is a pleasure to deal with. Very quick to respond to any questions. Can't wait to return!!!!

Great home in the perfect location!

My husband and I stayed in the home for two months. The house is very nice, well equipped, clean and the best thing is the pool. The location is excellent for shopping, dining and its location to the beach. The owner is a phone call away. We are looking forward to returning there soon. This was our first year of not being in a gated community. We felt very safe and liked not having the extra expense you pay to stay at one of the golf courses.
