Casa señorial del siglo XVIII clasificada Amueblado con 5 * turismo, el Domaine du Manoir, es un alquiler de vacaciones en el verano y para vacaciones escolares o períodos no reservados. Cuando se alquila la mansión, no hay otra actividad en el sitio.
Ideal para 4 a 8 personas, 10 máximo.
Piscina privada para inquilinos, tenis, cancha de petanca.

Lovely house in a very nice area. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we loved their dogs. The pool was a very good size and we enjoyed it every day. The only thing that could have been improved were the pillows on the beds otherwise everything was perfect for us. We would definitely return, so that says it all!

Just perfect

Our family of nine (two families) had the most wonderful holiday for over a week. Fantastic and gorgeously styled property with so much space for a large group. The location was also a perfect base of operations for the region but it was very hard to leave Du Manoir. Perfect hosts.

Relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings

We spent 2 weeks in this great mansion. We enjoyed the large pool all day long in the sunny pool area and appreciated the interior design of the mansion with vast dining, lounge and sitting areas as well as big and cool bedrooms. The house is kept in a beautiful vintage style but with all modern amenities incl excellent wifi to the children´s great pleasure. Our host were kind, welcoming and helpfull. A wonderful stay!

Fantastic

We received a very warm welcome by Lionel and Laurence, who were very helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house together with our three (young adult) sons. We enjoyed the swimming pool and tennis court, the quiet surroundings and the beautiful environment.

Post Wedding relaxation

We had a fabulous week at Domaine du Manoir! Laurence and Lionel were perfect hosts and we were delighted with their wonderful Manoir, beautifully restored and maintained. It was very hot all week so we didn’t venture out much - only to Morestel and Saint Chef. The pool was excellent, private and very much appreciated all week. Dining Al fresco all week too under the wisteria. What a truly magical experience. Thank you.

Wonderful property and people

Le Domain du Manoir is a stunning building which is immaculately furnished and presented. The atmosphere was ideal for a group if friends to gather and catch up after a long time. Laurence and Lionel are outstanding hosts who deliver on their commitment to guest experience. The house was well appointed with great outside space, pool and terrace as well as tennis and petanque courts. Good location but we did not go out much as the property was so inviting to stay at. Comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Many thanks to our lovely hosts for a truly relaxing break.

Lovely house but badly needs decluttering

We had a very enjoyable time. The pool was super, but uncomfortable chairs & a pool house with no 'fridge or WC. Attractive spacious bedrooms & superb blinds making them very comfortable. Very comfy beds but blankets instead of duvets, which was a shame. The kitchen was not as luxurious as we expected - simple & quite basic, which was disappointing. Overall the whole place could be stunning but needs some serious tweaking.

Dear Madam, We acquainted with your message and thank you for it. To answer your questions, the outside chairs are actually garden chairs typified castle, for the esthtisme, but to make them more comfortable, it is necessary to add pillows, which are in the cupboard of the lounge. A refrigerator is intended for the pool house in mid-season, but it is difficult to leave it under temperatures from 35 to 38 ° in summer, for reason of surge. There is no toilets in the swimming pool, but the entrance patio of the Manor house being in 10m, there is not far to go. As for the rooms, they are equipped with braids from the autumn until spring, that we remove in summer and that we replace by light covers for the same reasons as evoked above, namely that it is otherwise too hot. Finally, as for the kitchen, we occupy the Manor house all year long for our hosts, and we have absolutely all that it is necessary and in quantity. Unfortunately, for reasons of behavior of some of our tenants, sometimes much less worried and respectful than us of beautiful things, we are obliged to remove certain elements of decoration of as well as furnitures and valuable utensils. For example, we had expressly asked you not to smoke in rooms but outdoor only. When you left, rooms smelt so much tobacco that we had to leave opened windows all weekend long and to give all the textiles to clean, including curtains. It is unfortunately the kind of constraints we meet most of the time. And if you missed things, if we remember, at the time of inventory of fixtures when you arrived, We told you that if you were lacking anything, we were at your disposal for we told you that if you had of anything, we were at your disposal for it. The Domain Du Manoir is a fantastic place!

I spent my 40th birthday here back in early September. My wife and I and five of our friends spent the week. It is an amazing place. It is an historic residence that has been lovingly restored. Wonderful and tasteful furnishing. One of my fiends is pretty good on the piano and he had a great time playing the grand piano in the living room. The outdoor space is well kept and very spacious. The pool was a little chilly though as it was late in the season. The owners, Lionel and Lawrence are super friendly and arranged all our dinner reservations for us. The told us about all the best places to eat and introduced us to the Michelin starred restaurant Les Morainieres - one of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at!! They even escorted us to their favorite local vineyard where we bought some pretty good wine for 6 euros. You don't get that in Napa Valley! We used the home as a base for cycling some of the big cols in the alps. It was a bit of a drive to the Alpe d'huez, Col de la Madeleine and Col du Galibier, but it was worth it to stay in a home as memorable as this. I would absolutely stay here again. It is a country property so you do need a car to drive places. The local town has a few restaurants (we had a fun night at the very casual pizza restaurant - Corsica) but really you have to drive to Morestel (about 10mins) to get more options. A day trip to Lac d'Aiguebelette is a must. A quick swim in the lake and a fish lunch was truly memorable. Lionel and Lawrence, thank you for opening your home to us and making us feel so welcome!

Alles sehr schön, sowohl der Aussenbereich als auch das Haus selbst. Die Verwalterin ist äußerst penibel. Unbedingt bei Bezug Fotos machen, damit man nicht ungerechtfertigt bezichtigt wird, man habe etwas beschädigt oder es würde etwas fehlen.

Concernant la deuxième partie de votre commentaire, vous voulez certainement parler de la chaise longue que vous avez cassée durant votre séjour. Ce n'est donc pas "injustement" que nous vous en avons demandé le remboursement. Nous ne sommes pas en général regardants sur la vaisselle ou des verres, ça peut arriver, mais une chaise longue, nous allons évidemment devoir la remplacer. Nous n'avons de plus facturé que le minimum, vous en conviendrez. Nous sommes sûrs que vous comprenez et sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée. Great Mansion to relax with the family.

We stayed in this beautiful place for one week. We had planned to take a few trips during the week but ended up staying on the property most of the time because we loved it so much. The hosts are super friendly and always available if necessary. It’s great for a vacation with kids because they have plenty of space and loved enjoying the fenced pool. The house is rather cool even during hot periods and the rooms can be completely darkened - a must have when traveling with kids :-) Thank you for this great week.

Wunderschön, in einem einmaligen Anwesen

Wir wurden von Lionel und Laurence sehr herzlich empfangen und sorgfältig in das schöne Anwesen und dessen Umgebung eingeführt. Schon im Vorfeld wurden unsere Fragen direkt und rasch beantwortet. Das ganze Anwesen ist einmalig und entspricht in Natura den schönen Fotos. Wir waren begeistert von dieser Woche und komme gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

We spent an incredible 9 nights at Laurence and Lionel's home. It was perfect in every way for our two families. The rooms were all very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool and tennis court were perfect and the grounds were absolutely stunning. The location is perfect for touring the area and there are shops and restaurants within a 15 - 20 minute walk. Laurence and Lionel were very gracious hosts and were very helpful with tips and suggestions for what to do and where to go. They kindly let us check in earlier than expected which was a huge plus given that two of our party were suffering the after-affects of food poisoning. They made us feel very welcome at all times. We can't recommend this property enough. Everyone was sad to leave this beautiful corner of France and we're looking forward to a return trip in the future.

We do our utmost to ensure that this house, which we especially love, also appeals to travellers who stop there for their stay. We put a lot of passion and energy to keep it warm, and we are very happy when they feel the same pleasure as we. It will be 300 years old next year and we are renovating and maintaining it for decades to keep the place beautiful and friendly, at the same time old and modern comfort. On our side, we had a great pleasure to welcome you. Canadians are always very special, kind, enthusiastic, smiling and particularly pleasant people, especially for us French! You left the house in a particularly clean state when you left, and it is nice to see that respect is always a word that should be there. Our only regret is, as time goes by very quickly, that we have not had time to exchange more with you. But the main thing is that you had good holidays, we’re glad. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, herrliches Anwesen

Wir (2 Familien, 4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Les Avenieres. Das grosse Anwesen bietet viel Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen: Tennisplatz (Hartplatz), Boule-Bahn, Garten, Lounge, Terrasse und einen wunderschönen, flachabfallenden Pool. Das Haus ist geräumig, bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und alle Zimmer sind mit Badezimmer/Dusche ausgestattet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit >1km. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir können Domaine du Manior auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Merci à vous, les irréductibles gaulois de l'Amérique du Nord, de nous avoir régalés de ces expressions tellement particulières pour "nous aut's" et de votre gentillesse qui n'est pas que légendaire. Vous avez égayé le Manoir de votre présence, et toute la région grâce à votre accent si chantant. Les français retrouvaient le sourire chaque fois qu'ils vous entendaient parler, et c'était un sourire "ben" sincère. Vous l'avez remarqué ? Wir hatten viel Tennis gespielt, den superschönen Pool genossen und die Kinder auf der riesigen Wiese spielen lassen - gerne auch mit den Hunden. Das Haus bietet Raum für jede Tagessituation - wir können es ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen .

Chers hôtes, Difficile pour nous de vous répondre en allemand aussi, si vous le voulez bien, nous resterons pour vous remercier dans la langue de Molière. Nous sommes très heureux que vous ayez apprécié le Manoir, nous sommes nous aussi très sensible à cette maison au passé si riche. Vous avez été des hôtes particulièrement agréables, très souriants, même si le temps est passé très vite et que nous n'avons pas eu beaucoup de temps pour faire connaissance. Et comme nous vous l'avons déjà écrit après votre départ, rarement le Manoir n'a été rendu dans un tel état de propreté et de rangement. nous v Nous vous avions déjà remercié par mail à ce sujet, nous en profitons pour vous remercier une nouvelle fois aujourd'hui. Beautiful house in wonderful surroundings

Marvellous house, fully equipment, suitable for both relaxation at the pool in a quite environment but also for many excurtions to a lot of interesting places in the sorrounding areas. The big, beautiful house is fully renovated in typical French style, with all modern amenities. The lovely host couple Lionel & Laurance, are available for all kinds of practical advice. We really enjoyed our stay here (7 people) and warmly recommend Domaine du Manoir! /Åsa & Stergios - Sweden
