De vacaciones con Encanto y colorida casa frente a la playa en Surfside Beach, Texas. Las ondas de sonido es una de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños alquiler de vacaciones con vistas frente a la playa de Surfside Beach desde la terraza. Semi-privado, sin vecinos justo al lado. Techos de catedral maravillosos con planta abierta y paredes de ventanas para disfrutar de las vistas frente al mar.

Remodelado en marzo de 2019 con un cómodo sofá cama, pintura interior y exterior, aire acondicionado nuevo, azulejos en los baños y otras actualizaciones. Cocina con microondas, cafetera y molinillo, lavavajillas, tostadora, licuadora para las margaritas y todos los utensilios y cuencos y platos de servir que necesitará totalmente equipada. Es muy recomendable llevar agua embotellada para beber y café. Una cocina impresionante con vistas frente al mar para disfrutar mientras se cocina! Todas las comodidades del hogar, aire acondicionado / calefacción central, libros, una pequeña biblioteca de películas y juegos antiguos. Disfrute de la habitación Surfing o la habitación Lighthouse. Hoyo de barbacoa (traer carbón vegetal) y lavadora / secadora. Internet WI-FI GRATUITO, TV Direct TV satelital de pantalla plana. Gran terraza frente a la playa para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas frente a la playa.

Los días de check-in / check-out son viernes o lunes con una estadía mínima de 3 noches. Hay una estancia mínima de 7 noches durante el verano. Capacidad para 10 personas.

The location was great. The house was comfortable, well furnished and had plenty of TV’s. Easy check-in and house rules were reasonable. I would recommend Sound Waves to a friend.

Our stay at Surfside

I took my wife and kids to this property for a 4 day stay. It was amazing !! Literally right on the beach. The views were awesome. The whole experience was great from beginning to end

Great weekend

UReally enjoyed the entire time atthe house sand and sea, would suggest though, that it’s made clear about linens as some where it said all rentals in surfside do not include linens.also on the site check in says the key was sent in the morning of stay but really it’s two hours before check in at 4 pm,, it also says drop the key off at the rental office, but it’s electronic! So I was concerned about that and had to bug the office! It all worked out great but I just thought I’d say, we are hoping to book again later in the summer , not sure of dates but checking with family,, thanks Donna felicity and family

Our Summer getaway

It's a tradition every year we start our summer at the beach. We have rented this particular house before and we try and book it every year we plan our vacation. I love the house we stay at and we make great memories every year we go! We will definitely book again next summer!! Thank you for having us!

Relaxing retreat

Loved this quiet property on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach! Traffic light and it was easy to get where we wanted to go! Hope to come back some day!

Private. Peaceful. Relaxing.

With a good distance to either side before the next beach house it's the only one I've seen at Surfside with so much privacy. It's not fancy, but has everything we wanted in a visit to the Gulf with my children. We've gone back to SoundWaves 2 years in a row, and if we return it will be our 1st choice. Highly recommend this house.

Great beach escape

I have never rented a house before but check in was so simple the house was amazing about a mile from the public entrance part of the beach but almost like your own private beach the house is about 150 feet from the water loved sitting on deck watching waves and sitting inside listening to them. We walked the beach about a mile in each direction and didn’t see a house with beach access as good as this one, everything was wonderful and we are already planning when to come back, we will definitely stay here again!

House accommodation were perfect for my family. Beach access was great with the walkway. I highly recommend the walkway instead of the trail in the dunes because there are rattlesnakes. I saw one that was at least 5 ft. long.

Closest to Beach

House is as advertised. The stove was not working but a call to mgt. and a service tech was on it and made the repair. House could use a little paint and fixing up in places but very livable, and clean. Don’t hesitate to book, we would stay here again.

Perfect Low Key Stay

We stayed at Sound Waves for an entire week. The house is perfect. Not so stuffy you can't feel at home but far from a dump... just right. The deck is amazing and you are literally just steps from the beach. Our Dogs loved it. The house is located in Surfside Beach. If you are looking for tons of closeby restaurants and shopping, this isn't your place. If you are looking for friendly people and a laid back atmosphere, book this house. Galveston is only about 45 minutes away if you want nightlife.

Beautiful view and house

We had a party of 10 that stayed in the house for the week. We all enjoyed the view and loved how close it was to the beach. Not having neighbors right beside you was also a plus. The only complaint that I have is that we had planned on the 4 boys staying in the living room on the futons, but 1 futon does not actually fold out so there is not 2 fulls in the livingroom. I mentioned this to the property management company the next morning and they gladly provided a roll away bed. That was just a small issues that was quickly fixed. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay! There were 11 of us and there were plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone. We brought a blow up mattress since most of us were adults. Plopped it right in the family room. You can't beat the location and distance to the beach! Make sure you bring bug spray though! Mosquitos got us just about every time we passed through the brush to get to the water and back. Thought we'd be cramped but it really didn't feel small. We pushed the 2 tables together to make a large one and it worked perfectly. Also has a fully equipped kitchen. The deck and views were the best part. The sunrise was breathtaking! It felt very secluded as we were not right in top of the neighbors. I highly recommend, and may just need to make this an annual trip 😊

Wonderful Beach House andLocation

You could not get any closer to the Beach nor have so many beautiful views . I love the Decor which is Beach Chic! The Kitchen has everything you need and the glasses and dishware compliment its beachy theme! I love the fact they have the Washer and dryer so close to the kitchen You can do your laundry with a beach view. The house has plenty of blankets, some books to read, games to play and a DVD library. The house also has Direct TV so you can also play Direct TV music channels with a plethora of Music choices. You have more privacy on each side of the house than most with empty lots on each side. If you are looking for a Beach Retreat with family , Mother Daughter trip or girlfriend trip this is the one with plenty of beds and a lovely red pull out sofa. It would be great for an Artists or Writers retreat also. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave. I can't wait to book again for many occasions. Soundwaves is the perfect getaway.

Beachfront getaway

This home was nice. It is first row on the beach with a short walk through the dunes. Beach during the week is almost private but on the weekends, be sure to get out and set up your area early because it is very crowded. We asked ahead of time so it wasn't an issue but remember your beach chairs as there aren't any at the house. The beach was very nice. Plenty of garbage cans for refuse and patrolled by Surfside police. The drinking water is not good. You can fill your empty water containers with free filtered water in the town of Surfside at the town hall. The house itself is as advertised. The only real negative was that everyone that lives behind the house in other rentals walks under your house to get to the beach. Not a big deal except for the litter, noise from people yelling and the feeling of your privacy being invaded from time to time. (We had groups walk past while we were cooking on the grill.) Download the app for Homeaway. They provide extra info on the rental once your booked. I would stay there again.

Great location on Okay beach

Location was wonderfully close to the beach, and had great potential, however it was in need of some TLC. Two of the windows were cracked, and another window leaked during the rain storm, and the deck and house needed some minor repairs. The house had plenty of room, and every thing necessary in the kitchen. The biggest issues we had were not controllable by the owner, the beach was nice and clean Friday and Saturday morning, however it was trashed over the weekend (and never cleaned up the rest of the week we were there), I stepped on a kitchen knife buried in the sand Monday morning right at the end of the trail leading to the beach. It was sad that we could find more shoes and packing skids washed up on the shores then shells. On the busy days cars blocked the trail to the beach so I had to walk through their parties where they were urinating on the dunes instead of walking to the porta-potties. Police patrolling the beach seemed to only be interested in making sure cars had paid for the parking pass and not enforcing the no ATV, no loud music regulations. Again, nothing the owner could control we would not choose to stay at Surfside beach again, we went to Quintana beach just to the south which was clean and didn't have to worry about the safety of our children with the cars diving on the beach.
