Perfect in Every Way

Everything was perfect. The property manager was responsive and helpful (and patient) with our many questions, the home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location was magical. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fabulous villa

We had an amazing time at Villa Heleni. The admin was all very easy and the owners were great to deal with. The view from the terrace was so lovey - better in reality than in the pictures. We loved the canoes that are provided at the villa. We brought our own paddleboard too. The weather was really kind to us and the sea was flat calm. Short drive to some nice taverna restaurants and a good supermarket is about 10mins away. As well as exploring the local area we had a day trip to Athens on the train from Corinth. All very easy and efficient. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Vacation Villa

If you are looking for a beautiful villa in a quiet, private location away from the city, this is the perfect place! The house and surroundings are as lovely as shown in the photos. The villa was nicely decorated and was spacious enough to easily accommodate our family of 9 people. The living and dining areas had plenty of seating; the kitchen was compact, but very functional; the bright, airy bedrooms were nicely furnished and three of the four bedrooms had glass doors providing access to the outdoors. The views from the deck outside the living/dining area were simply spectacular and we spent many hours just enjoying the beautiful ocean scenery and relaxing on the comfortable outdoor couches. We also enjoyed hunting for shells and sea glass on the beach, visiting the nearby lighthouse and ruins,and walking at Lake Vouliagmeni which you can easily reach from the house. Eating at the local fish tavernas was a treat and we also had delicious souvlaki from one of the tavernas by the lake. We made several day trips to the Peloponnese, visiting Ancient Mycenae, Nafplio, Epidavros and Olympia. Perhaps the greatest bonus of staying at the villa was getting to know the owners. They were very helpful in answering our questions prior to booking and giving us instructions and advice once we were ready to travel. When we arrived, they provided a great introduction to the area and their helpfulness and hospitality really enhanced our visit. Staying at the villa was a wonderful experience for all of us and we highly recommend it!

Fantastic place

Wonderful views, quiet and private!

The view of the Gulf of Corinth from this villa is stellar! It is a perfect spot for those seeking a peaceful, relaxing break from the big city. Enough amenities nearby to not count as remote, though a car is a must have. The walk down 132 steps may not be for those who have mobility issues or the elderly, but the three completely private beaches it takes you to make it truly worthwhile. Whether you enjoy relaxing on the deck, beach activities on a pebble beach, ping pong on the table provided, or kayaking in one of the two kayaks, this stay is truly worthwhile. One piece of advice though is to bring a thick rubber scuba boot if you’re planning to go in the water. There are sea urchins around, and stepping on one could be an uncomfortable inconvenience. They do provide a medical kit in case, but it’s best to plan and avoid where possible. No complaints at all though, this villa and surrounding area are truly worthwhile and I would definitely recommend it and will be back if our plans include the Loutraki area once more!

wonderful stay

We (6 adults, 3 eight year olds + 1 - four year old) had a wonderful time and would recommend this house for groups or families who like, quiet, a beautiful private beach, swimming, cooking (at home). The private beach is perfect and aside from a few stray jellyfish the swimming was perfect. The view from the house lovely. Our 8 year olds loved learning to Kayak and snorkel. The local tavernas by the lake were simple but the food was excellent (only 5 min drive). The house is well equipped for cooking at home and we made great meals most nights and used the kitchen and outdoor barbeque. The house is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. All in all, we were very happy and hope to come back.

Riesige Terrasse über der Bucht von Korinth

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei bestem Sommerwetter Mitte Oktober. Das Haus ist ausgezeichnet für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Des Schwimmens kundige Kinder können allein am Privatstrand stundenlang spielen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ziemlich weit entfernt, es gibt aber zwei große Kühlschränke für die Vorräte. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Akropolis, Akrokorinth, Epidaurus, Mykene) sind gut zu erreichen und der benachbarte See ist nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

Beautiful house, splendid location

We spent a wonderful week in September 2017 in this house. A stunning view from the broad terrace, with a short walk to the private beach. The house has all amenities one would expet, including BBQ, a good kitchen, air condition in the sitting room and bedrooms. It is close to shops in Petrachora (good bakery) and 30 mins from Loutraki with well stocked super markets. The archaeological sites of Corinth, Mycene, Nemea and Epidavros are a 60 to 90 mins drive away.

A slice of Greek heaven

Writing a report for this Villa gives me mixed emotions. I want to tell everyone how amazing it is but I also want to keep it a secret so that I can have it all to myself..... No photographs can do justice to sitting on Villa Eleni's veranda in the early evening with a drink in hand admiring the incredible panorama and reflecting on a day snorkeling in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Corinth that are teeming with marine life. This is truly a slice of heaven and the amazing thing is that there is hardly any other tourists in the area! The villa and its setting are perfect and provided ample space and comfort for our group. The outside space in particular is gorgeous with the veranda and gardens providing sun or shade as you want. Long, lazy evenings enjoying food from the barbecue and the incredible views ( and stars at night ) meant we hardly wanted to leave the Villa at all. However, it is the ability to pop down to your own beach to swim or snorkel in the beautiful sea that makes this Villa such an amazing find. Bored of swimming? Take out the Kayaks, or just lie on your sunlounger with the sea lapping at your feet. The surrounding area is wild and stunning. The lake at Vougliameni provides protected swimming in salt water along with a plethora of good, simple tavernas. If you want to explore, some of the beaches on the North coast were unbelievable ( tricky to get to ). It is incredible that, in August in the Med, you can lie on a beach a kilometer wide with the pristine sea at your feet and without anybody else there. For the cultured amongst us Ancient Corinth, Mycenae and Epidaurus are all within easy distance. The Arvanitis family could not have been more helpful before and during our stay and it was a pleasure to get to meet 2 of them. They are the lucky custodians of a wonderful treasure.

Fantatische villa aan de Griekse kust nabij Loutraki

Mooie ruime villa met schitterend uitzicht in en hele rustige omgeving, echt helemaal TOP ! Vriendelijke eigenaren. Privé strand en zoals gebruikelijk in Griekenland heb je wel waterschoentjes nodig vanwege de vele stenen in het (kraakheldere) water. Rijafstand naar Athene is ongeveer 1 uur en 15 minuten.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The house is charming, well equipped in a beautiful location. We extremely enjoyed it. The pictures in the Website can't tell the real story. The reality is much better. It's private beach negate the need for a swimming pool. The access is well arranged so is the beach facilities.

La vue est extraordinaire!

La maison est simple mais très fonctionnelle avec un coin jour et un espace nuit séparé qui garantit la tranquillité aux "couche tôt" ou aux "lèves tard". L'immense terrasse orientée plein sud offre une vue à 180° sur le golf de Corinthe, vue rehaussée par la perspective du Péloponnèse. Elle surplombe l'accès à la plage privée donnant l'impression d'être suspendue sur l'eau. Le terrain mêle des espaces sauvage de résineux et des terrasses d'oliviers de quoi plaire à tous les goûts. Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires qui prennent le temps d'échanger et de vous donner des informations utiles sur les alentours et les lieux d'intérêt. JE RECOMMANDE TRES FORTEMENT CETTE LOCATION

Vue à couper le souffle !

Le lieu est tout simplement magique !!! Dans un écrin d'oliviers, voilà une magnifique maison, grande et simple, avec une vue sur le golfe de Corinthe à 180 °, une superbe terrasse avec de confortables transats et fauteuils qui permettent de profiter de ce paysage époustouflant toute la journée. Dépaysement et repos garantis ! La maison est bien agencée, bien entretenue et bien équipée, les jardins sont agréables ainsi que le petit chemin dallé qui mène aux petites plages privées équipées de transat et paillasse. La propriété regorge d'endroits où s'asseoir et contempler la magnifique vue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très prévenants (petits cadeaux à l'arrivée !) et font tout pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible (indications, conseils). Sans aucun doute une EXCELLENTE ADRESSE !!

A fantastic house !

Everything was perfect. The private beaches and the garden were paradise for children. The see view from the terrace is amazing. It's very, very quiet and well located to visit peloponese. The owners are very kind. I recommend this house without any restriction.

This house was originally built by our grandfather, Andreas Gazis, a Philosophy of Law professor at the University of Athens. He was retrieving there in order to find peace and tranquility so that he could write his books. The house was subsequently passed to us and we have had many wonderful summers watching our children growing up there, exploring nature in the pine forest or just spending the entire day by the sea. We want all our guests to experience this peaceful, magnificent place, to be so close to nature, to enjoy the sunsets and forget themselves in its lazy, warm Mediterranean summers.

The 2nd reason is that the location of our propery makes it so suitable for spending your vacation after the pandemic outbreak. Being on a scarcely populated area our estate is really isolated from other properties or guests.
16.000 square meters fully fenced with private beach on the seafront of the estate. We have uploaded a drone photo for you, don't forget to check our photo collection.

The 3rd reason is that we are making a great effort to make your stay as safe as it can be during the circumstances.
Here is what we do:
- The house is disinfected before and after every booking by specialized crew.
A specialized team disinfects after cleaning crew’s departure.
- The staff who cleans the house uses gloves, masks and plastic shoe covers the
whole time of the process.
- Cleaning supplies are approved from the Medical Federation and are 100% effective
for Covid-19 disinfection.
- All the linen of the house are washed in a 60º Celsius program.
- All kitchen utensils are machine washed in a 60º Celsius program.
- Air conditions are recently maintained with biological "covid-19 free"cleaning.
- We don't do back to back bookings.
- We leave at least 2 days between bookings in order to have best results from
cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- There is no interference from the support/cleaning staff during your stay.
The only one you see is one of us when you come and when you leave.
Also for your check out we can arrange for you to leave the keys on a designated
place.
- Everything you need is in the property. Great view, Private beach, big gardens even forest within and cozy house. The only necessary thing you need outside the estate is supermarket.
