Idealmente situado, Muy tranquilo, Construcción reciente, En el corazón de la Riviera Makarska .. cerca de Parque Natural de Biokovo, (a sólo 10 minutos).
Usted puede visitar Dubrovnik (140 km), o Split (60 km) y Trogir (75 kilometros), todo bajo la protección de la UNESCO.
También se pueden visitar hermosas islas de Hvar, Brac y Korcula, por sí mismo o tomar alguna excursión en barco.
Hay también agradable para visitar las cascadas de Krka y los lagos de Plitvice (125-250 kilometros por autopista), así como otros lugares bien conocidos.

A beautiful place to stay

Everything was right about this holiday, from the hosts to the apartment, views, sea and good-natured locals. It was our first holiday here and we'll definitely come back.

Wonderful

Stunning views. Close to restaurants and beach. Parking is tricky, but not impossible. Wonderful and responsive host.Kitchen didn't have supplies for food prep. No coffee, coffee filters, no foil etc. Hope to return and would stay here again.

Atemberaubende Adria Aussicht

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Abschied aus Podgora hat sich Stanislav hervorragend gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, man hat genug Platz und die Lage ist bestens. Die Terrasse bietet einen Superblick über die Adria und die Bucht von Podgora. Der Weg zum Strand und zur Promenade ist fussläufig kurz. Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder.

Clean, friendly, equipped.

We enjoyed our whole stay at Stanislav. The kitchen and the apartment is fully equipped with everyting you need for your holiday. The stunning seaview from the both balcony was amazing. The beach is only 3 minute walk close from the house. Stanislav is a very friendly and helpful host, so at all we will come back there as soon as possible. :)

Wir waren im Juli 2019 für zwei Wochen im wunderschönen Podgora zu Gast bei Stanislav Lampic. In der schönen großen Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Nochmal vielen Dank für das leckere Essen Stanislav. Ruhige Lage, anspruchsvolle und saubere Einrichtung, sehr freundschaftliche Vermieter

Wir verbrachten drei Wochen in der Wohnung im April 2019. Zweck des Aufenthalts war die Teilnahme an einem Leichtathlethik-Trainingslager. Trotz ungewöhnlichen Schlechtwetters in einem Drittel des Zeitraums können wir nur Positives sagen: die Vermieter Stanislav und Alida sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste unvergesslich zu machen und alles so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Wohnung war super sauber, bis zum letzten Detail. Die Einrichtung war sehr komfortabel, mit modernen elektrischen Haushaltsgeräten, wir konnten an den Schlechtwettertagen sogar heizen. Stanislav und Alida waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sie fragten uns regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung ist, was sie helfen können, sie baten uns an, wegen unserer nassen Trainingskleidung ihren Trockner in der eigenen Wohnung zu benutzen. Sie brachten uns regelmäßig hausgemachtes Gebäck, am Karfreitag frisch gefangenes und gegrilltes Fisch mit Garnierung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, zum Meer muss man nur eine Treppe nehmen, diese Distanz ist bequem und der Vorteil der höheren Lage ist, dass man den Lärm der Uferpromenade gar nicht hört. Ein Teil unserer Trainings fand in Makarska im Sportzentrum statt (15 Minuten Entfernung), aber die Langstreckenläufe konnten wir in der Nähe der Wohnung, in herrlicher Umgebung machen, Streching und Gymnastik immer am Meeresufer unter dem Haus. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall zurückkehren, und wir würden diese Wohnung auch anderen nicht nur für die Sommerperiode, sondern zu ähnlichen Trainingszwecken in der Frühlingsperiode empfehlen.

Most amazing views

We are two couples from the U.S. this was our first trip to Croatia. We didn’t want to stay in a big city. This was our spot!!!! Upon our arrival, Our host was there to meet us. The apartment had everything that we needed. We didn’t spend much time in the house as the deck and view were amazing. It is a short walk down the hill to the boardwalk that had restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. It is a piece of heaven. You won’t be disappointed .

Extraordinary, wonderful apartment - perfectly situated in village center with breathtaking views

We are a family of 4 - our children aged 10 and 12. The apartment was in pristine condition, very tastefully decorated with two fantastic balconies overlooking the beach and bay of Podgora. The apartment was very spacious with aircondition, which is great considering the very warm nights at Podgora. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony every morning overlooking the crystal clear waters of the enchanting bay of Podgora. The apartment has all modern appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, 50 inch television, internet, two nice bedrooms and a huge dining room. The private parking on the premises safely behind gates is nice and comforting when your are in your own car to Podgora. The beach in Podgora is great with the apartment being only 2 minutes walk way. At the beach promenade you find lots of nice restaurants, pizzaria, ice cream shops (a must in the summer), ATM machine etc. We found, that even though there a many tourist in Podgora it has maintained its charme, is kept very clean (both the village and the beach) and everyone seemed very friendly. Credit cards is not for much use though as cash is the only currency that counts in the shops and restaurants. However great the beach at Podgora is, we also enjoyed to look for a secluded beach - which we found some 10 kilometers south of Podgora. Crystal clear waters as you see them on photoshopped pictures in brochures from travel agents - but this is the real deal. Our host (and owner of the apartment) - Mr. Stanislav Lampic - is the nicest man you will ever meet in Croatia (or anywhere else for that matter). We have been traveling all over the world and have never met a more pleasant landlord - we were treated like a returning daughter, son and grandkids, even though this was our first meeting with Mr. Lampic. We can highly recommend this luxurious apartment for any family with children looking for a luxurious apartment in a very nice, calm and pretty village of Podgora. It would be a great pleasure for us one day to return to Podgora - if Mr. Lampic has availability :-)

Very nice appartment with fantastic view

Hello, I can only write positively about this appartment and the location. The appartment was nice and well furnished. Nothing was missing, everything as in the pictures.The view to the see from the balcony was fantastic.You could watch the sunset into the see(as the pic. also shows) The appartment is 5 min. away from the very nice beach, where you have also nice restaurants and cafes, and at the same time, you have your quietness in the appartment because the walkway is really steep, and so the appartment is located above. Podgora is a nice village without discos or night life, which is perfect for families.Also you have nice & clean beaches, with cristal clear water(which I suppose is the case everywhere in Croatia?) You can have delicious food at restaurants, howevere the prices are as high as Western Europe, I had counted with lower prices. The landlord(Mr. Lampic and his wife) were really nice and friendly, and gave us tips and information(Mr. Lampic even called a restaurant and recommended us!!, which I found really nice) Summary: I recommend this appartment 100%.

great stay, as always!

This was the 3rd time I stayed in Stanislavs and Alidas apartment in Podgora, and as always, it was great! We became victims for an ear infection and some minor sicknesses, and there were a few windy days, but all the same we had 10 enjoyable days in the lovely little Podgora with great food and perfect water. I would definitely recommend this place. Alida was a perfect hostess as well, of course!

Traumurlaub

Wir verbrachten 13 traumhafte Tage in Podgora in der großen, sehr sauberen und total modern eingerichteten Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick (1 großer und 1 kleiner Balkon) mit sehr vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bügeleisen usw. Herr Lampic spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett und hilfsbereit in allen Lagen! Der Strand war in ca. 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen und für unser Gefühl nicht ganz so überlaufen wie andere Strände. Podgora selbst hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen mit einer wunderschönen Promenade zum Spazieren gehen mit vielen Lokals direkt am Meer. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen! un magnifico apartamento, confortable, limpio, cuidado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones cómodas y tranquilas en familia. ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa. Stanislav te hará sentir como en casa. Great apartment!

We spent 2 weeks in this nice apartment. Spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was astonishing and every night you could admire the beautiful sunset. Podgora is a very cosy little town with a lot of great restaurants, and the beaches are always clean and nice. The apartment is situated about 50 metres from the sea, however it has a steep climb which is really great excerise! :-) We really enjoyed our stay! The Nilssons from Sweden

Perfect vacations

We spent two wonderful weeks at the beginning of July in the apartment of Alida and Stanislaw. We enjoyed the flat as well as area where it is located. We found the Podgora village as the most comfortable place for quiet but not boring vacation among surrounding villages and towns we had visited (Makarska, Tucepi, Baska Voda). The apartment is very spacious, clean, light, well furnished and perfectly suitable for four people. It has a large balcony with a gorgeous view on the see and shores around. It is located in 2 minutes of walk from the beach but thanks to the altitude you are not participating in the noisy life of the village. In other word you have a filling like you are flying above the village. We really enjoyed the hospitality and warm welcome of the owners - Alida and Stanislav. They paid a lot of attention and made our stay at their apartment easygoing and agreeable. And of course we will recommend this place to all our friends. We would like to thank once again Alida and Stanislav for our great holidays.

"Our first trip to Podgora was unforgettable, enjoyable and without worries! My husband, son, daughter – in - law, 3-year old grandson and I had no worries with planning our trip, in the most part thanks to the hostess Alida. Very quickly we made the booking of apartments; Alida answered all our questions and our request. At our request, Alida kindly provided us a baby cot, described the route to her home in detail, which helped us get to the place easy. Most of all we enjoyed meeting Alida’s family who by their kind and friendly attitude made our stay a joy! Apartment is nice with fantastic views of the sea, mountains and the islands, that you can see from two balconies of rooms. It was great to sit and see wonderful sunsets here. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay and even more – it’s well equipped in the kitchen and in two bathrooms. Living room and both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and well furnished. TV and internet work fine. There is a parking space too. The seashore with a pebble beach is clean and is within a walking distance of 1-3 minutes. Shops, restaurants, bars in 10 minutes walking. We liked Podgora for the clean sea, beautiful nature and very quiet and nice atmosphere very much! Highly recommend this place for all who love quiet holydays! Ludmila I. (Czech Republic)09.09.2013 "

We all really enjoyed our...

We all really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which has marvellous views of the sea, the islands and mountains from the main room and two balconies. We ate all our meals here - and having a glass of wine while the sun was setting was a lovelyexperience. You do see some wonderful sunsets here. It is very well equipped in the kitchen, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are furnished to a high quality. A nice place to dry clothes outside the front door was an added bonus. We appreciated having two bathrooms. There is a lovely atmosphere in the apartment and it was beautifully quiet at night. The hosts were very welcoming - thanks for all your help and hospitality, Alida and Stanislav - and booking the apartment was clear and easy. Always quick responses to emails, which was helpful. There was a place to park the car within the grounds of the apartments. Good value for the qulaity of the place and the experience you have there. We liked Podgora for the fine beaches and clear warm sea, the shade on beaches too in the hot July sun, and the ease of buying food in the friendly shops, and the part near the harbour is attractive. We also liked it for not being rowdy or drunken in the evenings - the entertainment at hotel restaurants and bars that we saw is quite old-fashioned and innocent! We ate an excellent meal in one of the restaurants by the harbour. We took a boat trip to Brac and Hvar from Podgora that was a pleasant success. Stronly recommend staying here, especially in this apartment.

Beautiful apartament with great hosts

Beautiful flat, very clean and great location. As it has previously been said, this apartment is well situated, minutes away from the beach without any roads to cross or traffic. From the flat, only a short walk on a pedestrian stairway will bring you to the main Podgora boardwalk, where all shops, restaurants and beaches are located. However, the locations is only part of what made this vacation truly memorable. The owners are very welcoming, and made everything they could to help us during our stay and make us feel like guests more than customers. The apartment was VERY clean, and we do want to say that the pictures do not reflect reality. It is absolutely much better than what the pictures show! The pleasure of eating in the living room, with the huge bay window overseeing the sea and sunset is difficult to match elsewhere. Truly this brings a 'wow' effect when you first enter the flat. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need, and the bathrooms completely equipped with washing machine, 2 showers, etc are very convenient. Overall we had a great two weeks, and we surely plan on going back in the future.We feel like home there. :-)
