Best View, Great Location.

Overall a wonderful place. The views from every window are absolutely magic; the pictures do not do it justice. The location is outstanding, and check-in/out were a breeze. The only caveat is that, due to the amazing location, the street noise goes on all night (worth it!).

5 plus stars for the location. Right next to sacred coeur and 4 mins to the artist square. House is small but has everything you need. Good for 1-3 people but 4 people would be ok too.

The views from the windows are unpayable and during nighttime always a place in front of the house to leave your car - and that in Paris.

Great Parisian Apartment in the perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in this little Parisian apartment. It’s perfect for a couple. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. Montmartre is a great area. Check in was easy. Hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you, Christian!

Very cute small apartment

It’s a beautiful small apartment with all facilities you need. With wonderful view of Paris. One thing which was a bit inconvenient was coming back to this place from the center of the city. We had to climb hundreds steps to get to the top of where this place is settled. But rather then that it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Great location

A great location for exploring Paris. Cozy apartment with views that can't be beat. Easy access to multiple Metro stations. We visited 5 of the restaurants on Rue Lamarck and they were all excellent. Those Monmartre steps, though. We took the funicular up, but walked them down. Would definitely stay here again..

Amazing views

We loved our stay. The views over sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tower in the distance and rooftops of Paris were amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and uncluttered. There are so many great cafes and restaurants in the area but We recommend Bouillon Pigalle for a cheap but delicious dinner of traditional French food and the boulangerie Raphaelle for breakfast pastries. We also recommend the pastry walking tour with Sams Paris tours

Cozy flat in a great location

This is a perfectly cozy appartment for two just as advertised. We are in our late 70s so the lift was a big plus. It's literally steps away from Sacre Coeur and all of the attractions of Monte Martre and has gorgeous views! Our host Chris was very accommodating and quick to respond to all inquiries. We highly recommend this property which even has a clothes washing machine and a dish washer!

Nice location

The small flat was suitable for a couple. There are stairs but a lift is available in the building. Sacre Coeur is right across the street and very busy and noisy, but the flat was quiet. Neighborhood is nice but prepare for lots of stairs and hills to walk. Wifi was strong. Check in and check out easy.

Perfect locoation

Our first time in Paris and what a nice stay. The apartment is super, lots of stairs to get their in Montmartre, the building has an elevator. The apartment is small, but big enough for the three of us, we slept well. We mostly ate out in the many restaurants around. And we had a free concert nearly every night, yes Sacre coeure is a tourist destination. There is nothing to complain, I could hardly get over the few on both sides of the apartment, so beautiful and a nice start or end of the day.

beautiful view on art.

this apartment is much nicer than the picture. It's on the roof of Paris. It was a great accommodation. There were all clean and convenient appliances. One thing that was regrettable was that there was no fan or air conditioner, so it was a little hot. It was difficult to open the windows because the people who enjoyed Sacré-cœur were so loud.

Great location for Montmartre and Sacré Coeur

This is a great location to visit Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur Basilica. The artists district and all. Incredible rooftop views and Church views. However, we went in late August and the heat was in the 90’s. Without AC we had the windows open at night for a nice breeze throughout the apartment. Weekend noise from the festivities at the church we’re quite loud. I suggested the also tighten up their faucets. Each one was loose. Overall a great price for the deep Montmartre experience.

Stunning Views not so stunning accomodation

Absolutely Amazing views- loved the location. Lived Montmarte.Lovely old apartment building. Bedding inadequate- apartment only for 2 people at the most. Linen awful, pillows uncomfortable as well as bedding. Crockery and cookware totally inadequate. Quite grubby- thank goodness for the remarkable views. Communication on how to access apartment also unsatisfactory. Given incorrect access code. Still lived Paris but improvements should be made to make stay comfortable.

Sacre Coeur Hideaway

The Montmarte area is crowned bt the Basillica of Sacre Coeur. The neighbourhood is famous as an entertainment area for over 100 years and the home for many artists , so we were looking forward to our 4 nights at this lovley 1 bedroom suite. Be forewarned that you will be climbing up and down many stairs but we were happy to be so close to the restaurants that fill the area especually along Rue Abessess. The views from Sacre Coeur are another highlight. I recommend you take a walking tour if Montmarte if staying, Discovery Walks was our choice and excellent. The unit itself was clean and tidy and the pullout sofa bed comfortable. The bedroom window has a stunning view and when you open the windows there is a wonderful breeze cooling the space. I found the street noise from people accessong Sacre Couer lasted late into the night so closed it for sleeping. Enjoy this little jewel of an apartment.

Great apartment in Montmartre but poor communication.

We absolutely loved the apartment, much bigger in person with amazing views of Paris and the Sacré-Coeur. The only thing that was disappointing was overall communication with Christian. No welcome message when we booked, no thank you message after we checked out. I had to reach out to him the day before check-in to find out how to get into the apartment. And, I had to reach out to VRBO support to get him to respond to a question we had several weeks before our check-in. Also to note, we were asked to walk the garbage out to a street bin because the key to the building garbage room was not provided. And, we had to purchase more toilet paper on arrival due to an insufficient supply. Otherwise, it was a great experience! The building has a tiny little elevator, barely room for 1 adult, the apartment was warm, there was plenty of hot water and it was very quiet at night.

Great views

Visited with 17 year old granddaughter. The location had a wonderful view of Sacre-Coeur. I probably should have found something more accessible as I have a knee problem. You can use the funicular to travel up the hill for part of the way, but before the funicular you have to walk up a rather long uphill street to get to it. Street lined with vendors selling tourist stuff. Although we had a Metro passes for the week, we ended up using taxis and Uber for the most part of our visit. Most of the Metro stations were not friendly to anyone with the slightest ambulation problems. LOTS of stairs up and down. So be aware of that. I found then property to be quite adequate, except for the bed. It was smaller than a queen and very hard, so we did not sleep well. The pillows were very lumpy too. some mold in the bathroom floor. And Paris prices have increased just like everywhere. Inflation is not isolated to the US. Each meal was at least $30, without drinks. We generally ate only one or two meals max. I would stay there again after knee surgery!

Una experiencia inolvidable.

El apartamento está genial, completamente equipada la cocina con microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico, cafetera... El baño es espectacular con una luz impresionante y unas vistas inmejorables. El apartamento es muy luminoso y la vista desde la habitación hacia el sacre coeur es increíble. La única cosa a remarcar es que la persona que duerma en el salón al amanecer estará prácticamente de día pues no hay cortinas para oscurecer la estancia pero por lo demás es estupendo, tanto la cama como el sofá-cama son muy cómodos y amplios y Christian, el dueño, fue muy servicial y atento con nosotras. No tengo duda alguna de que volveremos.

Déçus sur certains points

Pour nous second séjour, le premier était très réussi, celui ci quelques déconvenues…. Le propriétaire ne nous a pas informés que l immeuble était en travaux depuis plusieurs mois , de ce fait bruit, poussière, pas d internet, pas de télévision, nous avons demandé un dédommagement financier que nous avons obtenu mais ça n enlève pas le préjudice !!! Le mobilier est vieillissant, chaises hautes trouées, vaisselle ébréchée et limitée. L environnement reste agréable et la location bien située.

Einmalige Lage

Kleines nettes Appartment in einmaliger Toplage mit unglaublichen Ausblicken. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz auf dem neusten Stand, aber vollständig und brauchbar. Die Betten sind gut und die neuen Fenster geben Ruhe. Sacre coeur zum Greifen nahe! Gerne wieder.
