Como un joyero, el jardín alberga un olivo, un azufaifo, un laurel, un manzano decorativo. Con numerosos bambúes, flores en macetas, sin estar enfrentados, estás en un espacio totalmente privado. También puede aprovechar el salón de verano abierto en el jardín y protegido del sol, un espacio fresco y acogedor en el que también puede descansar con un buen libro o para una siesta.

La casa está situada a la entrada del pueblo de Goult, ideal para aquellos que buscan el auténtico ambiente de pueblo con el beneficio de un jardín privado y vistas al campo provenzal. Está a poca distancia de la excelente panadería, la tienda de comestibles, la carnicería y el famoso café de la oficina de correos.

La TERRAZA PANORÁMICA con su impresionante vista de las colinas que albergan los pueblos de GORDES, JOUCAS, ROUSSILLON, la montaña VENTOUX al fondo le encantará. Perfecto para las puestas de sol, los aperitivos, la dulzura de la vida al sonido de las golondrinas volando, el canto del gallo por la mañana, o para admirar las estrellas por la noche... las salidas de los globos aerostáticos por la mañana temprano... ¡mágico!

Siendo la casa espaciosa (240 m2), cada uno puede encontrar su privacidad.
Los cuatro dormitorios están organizados alrededor de la escalera central, típica disposición de las grandes casas de pueblo. Todos son espaciosos ( 4,5 x 5 m ). Además, hay una sala de estar en el primer piso que puede ser usada como un dormitorio extra.

Hermosas áreas de recepción están organizadas alrededor de la terraza inferior con vistas al jardín. Con una doble chimenea expuesta (salón y comedor) y una cocina espaciosa y acogedora (libros de cocina - buen equipamiento - bonita vajilla), la casa le ofrecerá el descanso que busca para sus vacaciones con la familia o los amigos, sea cual sea la temporada.

Our visit included myself who has been to the Luberon and Goult many times and people who have never been there. Everybody had a great time we stayed between seven and 10 days. Some people came for seven days some of us stayed for 10 days, the house, the location and even the weather we’re all quite perfect although the weather, in early October, was a little cold for going in the pool, it was ideal. The house is old. It has a good bit of charm and is large with large rooms, it has nice entertaining space, including a well stocked kitchen that is easy to cook in and have your breakfast in. There is a nice dining room and a large living room. There are basically four bedrooms and an additional room that could be slept in. The bathrooms are not the greatest and there’s one large full bathroom on the second floor and a toilet on the ground floor. Some of the rooms have showers and sinks and there’s a second full bathroom in a small house by pool, it did work OK for seven adults. Some of the beds were soft some were more firm and better to sleep in. Bernice the house owner was very kind and responsive on the phone and our issues like a broken coffee maker where handled very expediently. I think everybody was sad to leave and would go back in a second and very much miss our visit to Goult.

Excellent stay!

We had an excellent stay in Goult at Elia House! Beatrice is wonderful to work with and the house is a great home base for exploring the Luberon Valley. The house full of light and has an excellent kitchen to make many meals in. Beatrice went above and beyond to help us during our stay including coordinating a pony ride for our daughter’s birthday. Thank you for your hospitality and ensuring we had a wonderful stay!

A Hidden Gem!

My wife and I just completed a 2 1/2 week stay at this lovely property in Goult. The house is large with plenty of space. The kitchen well equipped with all appliances imaginable! Huge living room with very comfortable furniture. I can only vouch for one bed in the 4 plus bedroom house since it was just my wife and I. It was the room with the terrace just outside and it was marvelous!! Speaking of the terrace, our favorite place to spend the sunsets. Gorgeous views over the Luberon. Glass of wine! HEAVEN! The location of this place is amazing and parking was no problem. Although there is no designated space I was never further than a minute walk away. Goult is a wonderful small hill town. Its a bit of a sleeper. Five good restaurants plus a pizzeria, an epicerie, and an incredible bakery. What else can you ask for?? Beatrice was a wonderful host. Although she was unable to be there for our check in it was a breeze. She was extremely helpful with whatever questions we had and was always available. Thank you for that.We so love this part of France and will be back.Salute! John and Kris

Séjour de Nouvel An

En famille avec deux bébés nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnellement agréable. La maison est parfaitement adaptée à ce type de séjour et quel plaisir de se retrouver dans le grand salon avec un bon feu de cheminée. Ou encore, depuis le balcon de la chambre du haut, la vue sur le mont Ventoux au petit matin ou le ciel étoilé par nuit noire.Le village de Goult est sans aucun doute le plus agréable à vivre de tous ceux que nous avons visités aux alentours. Il y a une vraie vie, pas seulement touristique. Et puis Beatrice est une hôte chaleureuse, très attentionnée, veillant au parfait déroulement de notre séjour. Nous serions tous volontiers restés plus longtemps

Perfect week with friends at Goult House

We were a group of three girlfriends celebrating our 65th birthdays with a holiday en Provence. We stayed at Goult House for one week in October 2024. This property is exactly as described. It is a spacious house with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedrooms are also big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to work in. The view from the upper bedroom balcony is spectacular. There are not views from the pool area, but is it lovely nevertheless. As our stay was in October, we didn't spend a lot of time around the pool, but as the pool was still open, one brave friend had a quick dip. We are Canadian! It was helpful to have sinks in most rooms and showers in some. We were just 3 people, so having two toilets to share worked just fine for us. Beatrice was very easy to reach and attentive to our needs. She was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay. The house is right in the village, just a few minutes walk to the village square. There is a short hill, but it is not too steep. There are some very nice restaurants in the village, a good little grocer with fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery, a cheese shop, and a butcher. Goult is a lovely, quiet little village and not busy like some of the most popular villages in the area. There are no tour buses in Goult. We would highly recommend a stay at this property. It was everything we hoped for. Thank you, Beatrice for the wonderful stay at your property!

Maison idéalement située et très charmante

Nous venons de passer une semaine à Goult, un village avec tout ce qu'il faut: boulangerie, épicerie formidable, boucherie-charcuterie, fromagerie, trois bons restaurants etc. La maison se trouve à la périphérie du village, à trois pas du centre, est très bien équipée et offre une vue merveilleuse, surtout de la petite terrasse dans le deuxième étage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, également la cuisine et le salon. Le jardin est assez petit mais dispose d'une piscine. À l'automne il commence à faire froid dans la maison à cause de l'architecture, de sorte qu'il faut utiliser la cheminée ou les radiateurs dont il n'y a de nombreux. Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un grand avantage en été. La propriétaire est absolument gentille et s'occupe de tous les souhaits pour ne pas dire qu'elle les anticipe. Un séjour impeccable.

Home in Gault

Beatrice was a wonderful host. Communication was perfect and she was readily available to help us with our stay. is truly lovely with oodles of space. Great kitchen with terrace off of it which leads to a beautiful garden and pool! Deck off the upper master bedroom provides a great place to wind down with cocktails and enjoy the stunning views of The Luberon! A perfect spot right in the midst of the village of Gault. The village was everything we hoped it would be . I will definitely being staying again and highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay at Elia House in Goult. The house was fantastic for a group of friends. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds and walking distance to the village of Goult and it’s cafe’s and restaurants. A wonderful place to explore the Luberon. Our host Beatrice was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our memories of our time in Goult will last forever.

Au cœur de Goult

Cette maison de village chaleureuse a le charme d'une ancienne maison de famille. L'emplacement dans une ruelle calme permet de profiter de la vie locale à pieds. Goult liegt sehr zentral und war für uns perfekt. Ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar einem Wochenmarkt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Haus ist großzügig und bietet alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit grosser Familie oder mit Freunden nötig ist.

Warm and welcoming

Elia House was the perfect location for our family Christmas. Beatrice went to so much trouble to decorate the house with a Christmas tree, Christmas decorations and a multitude of candles, which added to the warm, festive atmosphere. The house itself is very spacious, with comfortable bedrooms, an extremely well equipped kitchen and very pleasant living spaces for relaxing and reading. Just a few minutes walk brings you to the local bars, well stocked épicerie, greengrocer and boulangerie. An excellent base for lovely walks and visiting the many beautiful Luberon villages. Thank you Beatrice for making us feel so welcome in your lovely home.

Incredible escape

A cozy and well-appointed home in an idyllic corner of the world. This was the perfect launching point to explore the Luberon and Beatrice was a communicative, welcoming and super helpful host. We enjoyed kicking back by the fire every evening after exploring the countryside and Goult feels like an under-the-radar gem. Was sad to leave!

Wonderful house!

We stayed in Elia House for two weeks and loved every moment. The house is large, comfortable and well-equipped. Beatrice has thought of everything! The beds are fantastic. The view from the top floor terrace is mesmerizing. And the pool is a welcome respite on hot afternoons. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal, although you may not want to because of all the fabulous restaurants in Goult and the surrounding villages. Thank you, Beatrice, for sharing this gem of a place with us. It was the perfect central location for exploring the Luberon. We fell in love with Goult and it's sweet, welcoming people and were always happy to return there after being out and about in the beauty that surrounds it.

A beautiful house with amazing views

Elia House has everything you need to make your stay special. The bedrooms are spacious with beautiful authentic furniture and the beds were comfortable. If you're lucky enough to sleep in the top left-hand room you have direct access to the top terrace giving spectacular views across the countryside and you can see Mont Ventoux on a clear day. The lower terrace accessed directly from the kitchen was perfect for having our meals and we ate out there most of the time. It might have been a bit of a squeeze if there were 8 people but it would definitely be manageable. The swimming pool is a good size and was cleaned twice a week. Sunloungers were comfortable and the pool shower/toilet room was useful. The kitchen was extremely well equipped - every utensil etc that we thought we might need, we found! Beatrice kept in contact regarding checking in/out and was very helpful in offering us any advice we needed. Yes, there is no toilet on the top, floor but it's just a few stairs down to the middle floor bathroom and the view from the toilet window was fabulous! Thank you Beatrice for letting us experience your wonderful house if only for a week!

Great stay in Goult

Elia house was lovely. Most well appointed rental we have ever experienced. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Around the corner from downtown restaurants which are very good. We loved the upper deck and spent most evenings there sipping wine and enjoying the view and sunset. Beatrice was very attentive to our needs and checked in a couple times during our stay. Overall wonderful experience. (Bathroom features are a little funky, so be sure to pay attention to how they are described on her website. For us there was no problem, and we ended up liking the arrangement.)

Goult Elia House was as good as it looks

We were painters on a plein air holiday. For a week and loved every minute. Goult’s local epicerie and wonderful local restaurants provided us with all we needed. We didn’t have a car and so we’re reliant on the very busy schedules of taxi drivers, so I’d recommend a car. The only thing that’s a drawback is that there are only two toilets in the house, and none to accommodate the two bedrooms on the third floor. Still, I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Lovely house in a perfect location

Staying in the town of Goult but having a view out over the valley and mountains was fantastic. The location is amazing for sightseeing in the Luberon and being able to walk 100m to the shops and restaurants. The house is very well equipped with very generous spaces. We had breakfast on the rooftop patio with a view of the mountains every morning. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool and garden spaces during this cold May. The welcome to the property and communication with the owner were perfect. Thank you!

An ideal Provençal village home

We could not have been happier with Beatrice’s home in Goult. We stayed for three weeks in April, and had the joy of watching spring unfold. When we arrived, the vines on the front of house were mostly bare; when we left, they were lush and green, and climbing roses covered the house next door. April is too cool for the pool, and we didn’t care about that anyway (no kids), but it’s a nice one, with plenty of loungers, a pool-shed shower and toilet, and a ping-pong table. The bedrooms are large and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. Some people might have a hard time with there being no toilet on the top floor, where two of the bedrooms are, but that’s life in an old European house, and we were fine with it. The upstairs sitting room is a quiet bonus space to work or read. As everyone has said, the top-floor terrace has a dreamy view and is gorgeous in the early evening. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and the living room has room for everyone to get comfortable. Because we had the luxury of three weeks here, we explored most of the notable villages of the Luberon (don't miss the lesser-known Saignon, Caseneuve, and Joucas, and Oppède-le-Vieux is amazing), and Goult is hands-down the best to "live" in. Within a four-minute walk are a first-rate boulangerie, fromagerie/glacier, butcher, presse/tabac/cafe, and small but fully stocked market, plus three upscale (but not too frou-frou) restaurants, a casual Italian place, an excellent pizzeria, and two outdoor cafes, although the famous Cafe de la Poste was mysteriously closed (it appears to have changed hands a second time), so for now everyone is having their coffee and rosé at Le Goultois next door. There’s also a tiny but delightful market on Thursdays. Most of the small villages in the Luberon don't have all those amenities, and the larger ones (Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux) have to deal with tour buses and some tourist schlock. Le Carillon was our favorite restaurant in Goult, but we had good meals at all of them (except a so-so lunch at Le Goultois, which really isn't a restaurant). Other favorite meals in the region included: simple lunches with killer views at Cafe de France in Lacoste and Bistrot la Terrasse in Joucas; Cafe de France in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue; rustic Bistrot de Pays l’Authentic in Caseneuve (thanks to pool guy Rolland for the tip!), and L’Insolite in Lourmarin. Favorite market was in Curcuron. In sum: Elia House is wonderful!

Wonderful house in a great Luberon village.

A wonderful house in our favorite village in the Luberon. Great restaurants, one bakery, one fromagerie, one wine shop, one grocer. That’s all you need! Great base for exploring the Luberon. (Beatrice, the tuning on the piano has generally slipped a half step, eg, A is half way to Ab. When you have it tuned, , tune a half step low else you may snap strings.)

Belle grande maison, idéalement située dans le charmant village de Goult.

Les chambres sont réparties entre les 3 étages ce qui permet l’intimité entre les couples d’amis. Certains chambres sont avec douche et/ou lavabo mais pas toutes. L’une des chambres a une terrasse avec vue incroyable sur la campagne et le mont Ventoux. Malheureusement, seulement 2 WC pour les 3 étages… Sanitaires un peu vétustes. Aucun souci de parking même si au coeur du village. Propriétaire très disponible et sympathique; répond rapidement et TRÈS aidante. Merci Béatrice!
