The house, completely renovated with great attention, is equipped with air conditioner, alarm system, cabled internet free no limit, tv sat.

In the spacious yard an iron covered gazebo allows eating outdoors, and in case of rain it can be closed with plasticized curtains. The adjacent private garden of 200 sqm, the professional barbecue and the hammock complete the outdoor facilities.

Private parking is beside to the gazebo.

Inside the house is equipped with everything you need to make your holiday extremely comfortable (washing machine, dishwasher, ventilated oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle). The guest will also find free supplies such as oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, white and red wine and some beers.

The property is located in an ideal location among Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (5 minute drive), and offers total relaxation and privacy among olive trees and swimming pool just steps from the sea and the bustling life of the Riviera and Portofino.

The pool can be heated (from May 1 to September 30) and the pool area is equipped with deck chairs, and benches. This area may be shared with my adjacent apartment ref. no. 6448762, if it is rented. If you like to see the other apartment and if you are interested in renting both, you have to write this reference as What are you locking for?.

The garden, automatically irrigated at nighttime, is rich in olive trees, tropical plants (maracuja, banana, Bouganville) and flowers and is always admired by guests.

2 Zimmer Wohnung (UG, EG) San Lorenzo della Costa, Santa Margherita Ligurien.

Die Wohnung ist sicher ideal für heisse Sommertage, da sie schön kühl ist und viel Schatten bietet. Der Garten ist zauberhaft und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Aussenbereich bietet einiges, sogar eine Umkleidekabine und eine Aussentoilette sowie eine Aussenküche, mehrere Liegestühle, Sitzplätze und Hängematten. Die Terrasse vor der Wohnung hat Nachmittag-, Abendsonne, da ist es gemütlich zum Verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Marina ist unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Was wir auch sehr geschätzt haben ist die gut funktionierenden Heizungen und das warme Wasser in der Dusche. Leider gab es aber auch einige Nachteile. Für den Preis erwarte ich einen hohen Standart an Sauberkeit und Infrastruktur. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt, dies habe ich beanstandet und Marina hat extra die Putzfrau nochmals geschickt, aber leider war es auch danach nicht sauber, auch da war Marina kulant und hat einen Teilbetrag zurückerstattet. Trotzdem bleibt ein fahler Nachgeschmack, da es in der Wohnung feucht roch und ich die Infrastruktur gar nicht nutzen mochte weil es eher schmutzig war (staubige Waschmaschine, verkalkte Wasserkocher etc.). Die Küche ist ansonsten gut ausgerüstet, beim Gaskocher fehlt ein Anzünder, die Stube ist aber nicht gemütlich um zu verweilen. Fazit: Die Wohnung muss für den Preis besser geputzt und in Stand gehalten werden. Wenn man die obere Wohnung mietet und die untere dazu nur zum Schlafen oder kurz aufhalten nutzt ist es ok. Die Gegend ist zauberhaft und der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Verweilen und Ausspannen. Wenn man sich viel draussen aufhalten kann ist die Wohnung top.

Very nice apartment.

Really nice house, close to st Margarita and also Camogli. Car highly recommended. Super nice garden with pool but unfortunately too many mosquitos which made us use this facilities not very often. Marina is a great host and was super helpful! We’ve enjoyed our stay there!

Super séjour et magnifique region

Nous venons de passer une super semaine dans cette région magnifique : Portofino , les 5. Terres, Santa Margherita, San Fruttuoso.... tout est beau. La location est parfaite, bien équipée, au calme et la piscine très agréable Surtout au retour de balade le soir. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marina. Nous reviendrons. Isabelle et Jacques

Paradies über den Dächern von Santa Margherita Ligure

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Marina‘s Wohnung. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Auch die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Bestens ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc alles was man braucht. Sogar eine Klimanlage gab es im Schlafzimmer so konnte man nachts trotz warmer Temperaturen gut schlafen. Marina hat extra ein Reisebett für unseren kleinen gekauft und einen Kinderstuhl bereit gestellt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sie hat uns viele Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben. Ebenso war sie jederzeit erreichbar und immer zur Stelle falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben! Wir können sie und die Wohnung jederzeit wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank!!!

Nicht wirklich Luxus ...

Leider haben wir unseren Urlaub nicht wirklich genossen, die Räume waren nicht sehr sauber und wir mussten vieles erst mal reinigen. Das Grundstück ist schön, leider ist es zum Meer doch weiter, als man der Beschreibung entnimmt, zu Fuß locker 20 Min. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist gut, das Schlafsofa unten ist leider auch sehr gebraucht. Fazit: Schöne Gegend, schönes Grundstück, Wohnung sollte besser gepflegt werden und Details (wie Sofa) zu gebraucht ...

Lovely hosts, house and surroundings

We stayed for little more than a week in Villa Liberty, and it was perfect. Marina and Roberto are very sympathetic people, really helpful and generous. The house, originally an olive oil mill, is beautiful and exciting, nicely rebuilt and decorated but with some old details kept, and new interesting things added – it has every modern comfort you'll need – all done with taste and style. The central room, the kitchen, is big, charming and well equipped. In the large and beautiful garden surrounding the house there is an outdoor kitchen and a small pool with sun beds and a shower. The house is situated in the calm little village San Lorenzo della Costa, in a beautiful part of Liguria, and despite the rural settings there are several good restaurants within walking distance. It's also close to more touristic places as Santa Margherita, Rapallo, Portofino and Camogli, and it is easy to make excursions to Cinque Terre and Genua. You might want to have a car but it's fairly easy to get around with local buses and trains. Very near is also Parco Naturale Regionale di Portofino with lots of fantastic walking trails. We warmly recommend a stay at Villa Liberty. Thank you Marina and Roberto!

Una vacanza perfetto!

We have had an amazing holiday in Villa Liberty. The appartment we have rented was very well equipped and looks even better in real life than on the pictures. The kitchen was perfect and all items you can think of can be found here. We loved the upstairs bedroom which is very convenient when staying here with a child. Our daughter slept downstairs and we upstairs. The patio is perfect to use as there is fence surrounding it. The only exit can be easily blocked when visiting with small children. We loved the view, the patio and the pool. We have had a very relaxing and fun holiday. Santa Margherita is a beautiful village! We have visited the surroundings a lot. Groceries can be done either in Rapollo or Camogli. In San Lorenzo you will find Henk for all things you need and fresh bread and charcuterie in the morning. A nice site to visit with children is the aquarium of Genova. A must see! Marina was so helpful and attentive to everything we needed. She is a great host!

Beutiful Garden with Pool

We had a very nice stay at the apartment which is renovated in a beautiful manner. The pool lies in a beautiful garden and is wonderful. The hosts Maria and her husband are very welcoming and kind.

Urlaub mit Hund

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie sie beschrieben wird. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und ist sauber und gepflegt. Am schönsten ist die grosse Terrasse uns der der weit angelegte Garten mit Pool. Unser kleiner Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Marina, unsere Vermieterin, war immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Am Ort gibt es einen sauberen, gepflegten Hundestrand. Am Abend ist es am Hafen sehr schön. Ausserdem gibt es viele kleine nette Restaurants, für jeden Geldbeutel. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wen man mit mehr als drei Personen anreist, auf jeden Fall die zweite Wohnung dazu mieten.

Belle location dans un endroit agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location en août et nous nous y sommes trouvés trés bien. Margherita, la personne qui était en charge de l'appartement, a été trés agréable, sympathique, prévenante et ses conseils de restaurants aux alentours étaient parfaits. L'appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes, il y a tout ce que l'on peut attendre et la table dehors, abritée sous le gazebo, est parfaite pour prendre ses repas. Le cadre est très beau, calme, malgré quelques aboiements. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisante. La ville en contre bas, Santa Margherita Ligurie, est très jolie et agréable à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wunderschöne Lage und traumhafter Garten

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Mehr als man gewöhnlich in einer Ferienwohnung vorfindet. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Garten ist wirklich traumhaft. Da wir 2 Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 2-10 Jahren waren hatten wir das zweite Apartment ebenfalls gemietet und somit das ganze Anwesen für uns. Die Größe der Wohnung war mit unseren Kinder (4 und 2 Jahre) ausreichend. Mit größeren Kindern empfiehlt sich das 2. Apartment. Die Ausstattung der Küche im Garten mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Vermieterin Marina war jederzeit zu erreichen und kümmerte sich zuverlässig um alles. Unsere Kinder hätten am liebsten den ganzen Urlaub am Pool und im Garten verbracht.
