Excellent location

A really good location near to the beach and town. Accommodation had everything we needed, Annalisa was helpful and available throughout. We did have a problem with water which seemed typical for the area, and it got sorted in the same day, and the toilet took ages to refill!

Wonderful holiday in San Teodoro

We have just returned from a peaceful week in Annalise’s house. The house has the most perfect view from the veranda of the sea. A perfect spot for a coffee in the morning. The house is a bit tired and dated but very very clean. Everything we needed was there. Annalise was very easily contacted and we had no problems at all. The house is in the perfect location for walking to the beach or into the town. We had a great holiday.

Gute Lage, schöner Ausblick, unfreundlicher Check In

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral an der Innenstadt und am Meer. Es gibt einen tollen Ausblick und eine schöne Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin war problemlos. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war: - Die unfreundliche Putzkraft, die den Checkin und Checkout gemacht hat. Beim Checkout war sie 30 Min. zu spät, ohne dass wir benachrichtigt worden sind. Beim Ankommen von ihr gab es auch keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr stark beeinträchtigt. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. - Die Küchenausstattung: nur ein Geschirrhandtuch, keine Ofenhandschuhe, kaum erste „Startartikel“ - Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist so unbequem und durchgesessen, dass man schon fast auf dem Biden sitz. - Es wirkt alles ein wenig lieblos. Ein Haus das man mieten kann und wo man schlafen kann. - Man hört die Musik von dem Club unten. - Das W-LAN ist fast nicht vorhanden. Wir konnten noch nicht man Google Recherchen machen. Alles in Allem würden wir in das Haus nicht mehr fahren.

Schöne Tage in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Haus.

Das freistehendeHaus Baujahr 1971 hat eine wirklich tolle Lage. Die Nähe zum abends lebhaftem San Teodoro steht im Gegensatz zur Ruhe am Haus selbst. Allerdings gibt es ordentlich Renovierungsbedarf. Vorab: Betten waren perfekt, Klimaanlage ok, Dusche heiß mit ordentlichem Wasserdruck, leider etwas schlechter Wasserablauf. Der schnell von Annalisa organisierte Handwerker meinte er könne da nicht viel machen - die Rohre seien halt schon alt. Auffallend sind die vielen , eigentlich schnell und ohne große Kosten reparierbaren kleinen Schäden: Fenstergriffe sind lose, da Schrauben fehlen. Fensterläden können im offenem Zustand nicht arretiert werden. Die Teile dazu sind abgebrochen. Von der Decke hängen Energiesparlampen ohne Lampenschirm. Küchenutensilien sind bescheiden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist eine in die Jahre gekommene Bialetti. Darauf könnte der Veranstalter hinweisen. Ansonsten spricht ja grundsätzlich nichts gegen diese Art der Zubereitung. Die Griffe am Kühlschrank waren abgebrochen. Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht benötigt. Der Waschraum ist inakzeptabel. Der Grill war komplett zugemüllt aber den haben wir auch nicht benötigt . Insgesamt empfehlenswert aber nichts für empfindliche Gemüter.

Tutto era fantastico

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Annalisas Haus sehr genossen. Alles war picobello sauber und ordentlich. Uns hat es in dem sardischen Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts. Vor allem der Blick zum Meer und die Ruhe waren immer wieder eine Freude. Annalisa hat uns gut mit Tipps versorgt. Sie war ausgesprochen sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. In der einen Richtung ist man in ein paar Minuten am Meer, in der anderen gleich im Stadtkern, in der es alles gibt, was man so braucht. Alles in allem ist es auf jeden Fall nochmal eine Reise wert!

3 Wochen Ferien in San Teodoro

Wir haben unsere Ferien in San Teodoro sehr genossen. Das Haus bieten alles für eine schöne Zeit und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Veranda mit dem super Ausblick kann man den ganzen Tag geniessen. Wir haben wunderbare 10 tage in annalisas haus verbracht und sind erholt und entspannt abgereist.alles super verlaufen,wir waren freundlich empfangen und aufgeklärt über die mülltrennung die auf sardinien pflicht ist und wir haben es mit freude erfüllt,weil man mit so wenig mühe viel erreichen kann.unserer hundli war auch willkommen und hat die schöne spaziergänge mit uns zu füss vom haus genossen.ob in stadtzentrum 5 min,oder strand ambra ist fast unter dem haus,wo man gute brötchen frühstücken kann.vor allem haben wir die wohltuende aussendusche in sonnenaufgang bis spät am abend genossen.die aussicht von balkon wo ein grösser tisch uns stühle platziert sind ist sehr einladend,im haus war alles vorhanden,bettwäsche und handtücher für kleinen aufpreis bereitgestellt,waschmaschine im keller,parkplatz am grundstück,klimaanlage im schlafzimmer,die wir selten genützt haben,weil das haus am hügel steht dadurch weht die frische meeresbrise rein,man sieht von wohnzimmer die sonne aufgehen.die einrichtung und fenster ist zwar in jahre gekommen,dafür aber im vergleich zu anderen anbieter guten preis und haupsache alles funktioniert.dazu neue betten,wir haben wie murmeltiere geschlafen,guter wifi empfang gehabt,und weil das haus mit rücken zu stadt steht haben wir tolle private sphäre ohne nachbarnblicke und lärm.zu la cinta strand sind wir mit auto gefahren(5min.)man findet sogar gratis parkplätze.in der nähe des hauses hält jede 2.stunde ein bus zum strand für 1€.wir empfehlen die unterkunft für alle,die ruhe suchen und doch zentrumsnahe wohnen möchten.geschäfte,bars, sind zufuss erreichbar und ende august voller leben.wir bedanken uns bei annalisa und wünschen wiederkommen.

Peccato. Un vero peccato. La casa è situata in un'ottima posizione e strategica per il centro del paese e per il mare. Peccato però che, al contrario di come indica l'annuncio, la climatizzazione sia solo in una stanza e non nella zona notte come indicato. Inoltre il servizio igienico è in pessime condizioni, con lo sciacquone che non si carica e lo scarico che non scarica come dovrebbe: se si va in bagno bisogna ricorrere a versare l'acqua nel water a mano. Inoltre le condizioni generale della casa sono veramente precarie. Il frigo non funziona, le ringhiere in legno sono veramente mal messe e assicurate con delle fascette in plastica ( con pericolo anche per chi si appoggia). Insomma.... una casa in un'ottima posizione ma una proprietà che non si cura dell'immobile lasciandolo all'inesorabile trascorrere del tempo. Peccato davvero.

Schöner Urlaub mit zwei Hunden

Wir haben in diesem Haus mit unseren zwei Hunden drei schöne und angenehme Wochen verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, mit einem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Es ist günstig gelegen, um viele Ausflüge in der näheren und weiter gelegenen Umgebung zu unternehmen. Annalisa ist eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin und hat bei Fragen immer schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, auch in der Küche ist z.B. eine grosse Auswahl an Pfannen vorhanden und was sonst noch in einer Küche vorhanden sein muss. Das Dorf San Teodoro und schöne Strände in der näheren Umgebung, sind auch gut zu Fuss erreichbar. In San Teodoro gibt es viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte.

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage (nur wenige Nachbarn) mit schöner Aussicht zum Meer. Die Ortsmitte, sowie auch die nächstgelegene Bucht sind fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert, da es auf dieser tollen Insel viel zu entdecken gibt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wenngleich an der einen oder anderen Stelle (z.B. Dusche) nachgebessert werden könnte. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Vermieterin Annalisa klappte perfekt.

charmantes und gut gelegenes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im grosszügig geschnittenen und schön eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Der Meerblick lädt gleich in die Ferien ein und Annalisa hat sich als aufmerksame Gastgeberin unkompliziert um unser Wohl gekümmert. 10 Autominuten vom Haus entfernt liegt der schöne Fido Beach von Budoni, wo wir uns mit unserem Vierbeiner schöne Strandtage verbracht haben.

Brilliant location for family holiday!

We had a lovely holiday in San Teodoro. The house is perfectly positioned, a few minutes walk from the local beach and a few minutes walk from San Teodoro. We found the local beach to be very good and we actually preferred to go there rather than some of the bigger more popular beaches. San Teodoro made for a great evening out, with nice restaurants, outdoor musical entertainment, and most importantly great ice cream for the kids. The property is very spacious, both inside and out, and the generous garden was great for the kids to run around in. The barbecue came in very handy for an evening soiree and the outdoor balcony with outdoor seating provides a wonderful view of the sea, which is lovely for eating breakfast or evening meal. The one downside of the property was the beds, which we found quite uncomfortable and difficult to get a good night's sleep on. We'd definitely return to the property again if the beds were improved!

Fantastic house

We stayed for 4 weeks during January with our two kids (1 and 3 years old) in this house. The house is great. Good location in San Teodoro in a really quite neigbourhood. The house is well equiped and the garden is great. The house is safe for small kids and there are no reason to pay extra attention regarding the kids. So this was great. The garden is big and completely closed so that the kids and the dog can not run away. The morning sunrise from the veranda was amazing. It is really close to the beach and you can go with the car in 5min to the beautiful La Cinta beach. Also the beach "little tahiti" is not far away. The landscape arround San Teodoro is fantastic and you can find a lot of amazing beaches. We stayed in winter time so we needed to heat up the house. It tooked two days, but then it was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and Annalisa is a really nice and helpful person. She made our stay perfect and we would like to come back in summer time.

Beautiful little villa in peaceful location

This is fantastic holiday home in quiet area but central area in the wonderful town of San Teodoro. Our host was very kind and attentive and helped me plan all the details arrive, and this was the same when we arrived for check in, we felt very welcome from throughout. The home was spotlessly clean and actually quite vast, set in quite a large area of private land separated from neighbouring houses. with great facilities such as a laundry room and air conditioning, a barbecue area and a private drive for car parking. We were 2 couples sharing and the 2 double bedrooms were ample. The kitchenette had everything we could need for breakfasts and lunches, there are also great restaurants all around town. We could all socialise in the dining room but it was much better to enjoy the perfect weather sitting at the table on the veranda. We suffered a mishap and broke a key but our host was on hand to help me find a replacement and was very understanding of this accident. The lively town center is a 5 minute walk up the road, the more secluded Ambra beach is also 5 minutes in the opposite direction, with the more crowded La Cinta beach around 20 minutes walk away. Seafood, local Sardinian pasta and gellatto are excellent in most establishments and there is a bustling night market, I would highly recommend this holiday home.

We had a great time in ST and at Annalisa's place, communication before the trip was easy, the welcome warm and the stay enjoyable. The house is very conveniently situated in a quiet street between Cala d'Ambra beach and the village center, both ways 5 min. on foot. It is well kept and its main assets from our point of view are the sea view (great sunrises) and the closed garden, with very nice palm trees providing great shade. We also appreciated flexibility on departure day and the fact the final cleaning is included in the price. You'll need a car only if you want to access more remote beaches or places, like Cala Brandinchi and its pristine emerald water (a convenient detailed satellite view in the living room helps finding places). To sum it up, an excellent holiday week we'll keep in memory, grazie mille !

"We would highly recommend this house for holiday rental in San Teodoro. It is in a quiet area of the town with a wonderful view to the sea from the terrace. 10 mins walk to the nearest beach and the same to the lively center of ST. The house is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, has a big garden, spacious rooms was clean! We had a lovely time in Sardinia and staying in this house was a big part of how nice our holiday was. It is rented by a very friendly and helpful Sardinian family and hopefully we get the chance to stay here again. Our highest recommendation! Family Shirlow"
