Restful stay

We enjoyed a lot the property. Immersed in the green it is very well equipped. Owners are very welcoming and they are attentive in making sure we enjoyed our stay. No noise from neighbouring properties, it was a smal paradise!

Ein herrlicher Urlaub in einem super schönen Apartment. In Haus und Garten steckt sehr viel Liebe, in Realität ist das noch besser als auf den Fotos. Maria Grazia und Claudio sind herzliche und wunderbare Menschen, die uns viele Tipps gegeben und auch Zeit mit uns verbracht haben. Wir haben Freundschaft geschlossen und werden sicher noch öfter dort sein.

La villa puo essere valutata come un gioiello rispetto all'ambiente intorno (intendo gli immobili vicini). La villa e comodissima, ha tutti i presupposti per qualsiasi gusto, abitudini ed aspettative dei turisti e la ns. valutazione e altissima! L'unico inconveniente e stato la musica dall'albergo a fianco fino a tardi (intendo dopo mezzanotte), ed anche il fatto, che i proprietari non sono stati presenti al momento della ns. partenza per potere chiarire le loro eventuali pretese!

A piece of Paradise On Earth!

The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this place - you have to experience it on your own! Maria, Claudio and Miriam truly care about your well-being, the best pizza we've ever had is just 100 meters from the house and the garden is simply marvelous! Our 18 months old daughter loved the beach and we spent hours building sand castles - just a few meters from the house! We spent only a few days in this heaven but we came back relaxed and full of new energy... And we will back for sure! Many thanks Maria, Miriam and Claudio!!

Belle maison mais à côté d'un club de vacances...

La villa ferrero est telle que l'on peut la voir sur les photos. Le jardin est superbe, la vue sur la mer magnifique, l'accès direct à la plage très pratique...tout aurait été parfait s'il n'y avait pas eu le club vacances juste à côté avec son bruit du matin au soir, à la fois à la plage ( dès 8h, musique abrutissante et très forte)mais aussi côté cour de la maison. Ajoutez à ce tableau de la musique également de 22h30 à 0h30 tous les soirs, avec un bonus pour le 1er soir jusqu'à 2h!!!! Musique que l'on entendait jusque dans notre chambre)Il ne s'agissait pas du tout du hâvre de paix dėcrit par les propriétaires. D'autre part, nous partagions la propriété avec une famille italienne dont la maison était mitoyenne à la nôtre. Avant de confirmer la location, j'ai demandé à la propriétaire qui était la famille à côté de la notre. Elle m'a dit que c'était sa belle soeur avec son mari, sa fille et son mari et ses deux petits enfants de 2 et 3 ans. A notre arrivée, on a constaté qu'il y avait 3 enfants dont 1 bébé d'environ 1 an...la famille était très gentille et nos enfants ont joué avec les 2 petits garçons mais nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous mente à ce sujet car nous n'aurions probablement pas loué la maison avec un bébé en bas âge à côté ( pleurs, réveils très matinaux). Bref, nous avons eu le sentiment de nous etre fait avoir. Payer un prix assez conséquent pour une maison avec autant de bruit autour est une véritable arnaque! C'est probablement pour cela qu'un malaise s'est installé entre les propriétaires et nous-mêmes et qu'ils ne nous ont rien réclamé pour les 3 verres cassés et la douche bouchée à notre départ. En ce qui concerne l'environnement, Mondragone est une ville sans intérêt où la circulation est extrêmement dangereuse . Par ailleurs , la campanie est une région magnifique, nous avons pu visiter de nombreux sites merveilleux : Pompei, le Vesuve, Naples, Capri, Ischia et la côte almafitaine. En conclusion, nous ne recommandons pas la maison si vous recherchez du calme. Peut-être qu'elle est très bien en dehors de juillet et août. Mais pour la periode concernée, nous avons eu le sentiment d'etre dans un camping avec les animations bruyantes associées.

Jeżeli nie lubisz turystycznych ograniczeń, a tchnienie śródziemnomorskiej wolności i niezależności jest dla Ciebie ważne, jest to jedyne miejsce, które spełni te oczekiwania. Wakacyjnie zjeździliśmy całe południowe wybrzeże Włoch, mieszkając w różnych hotelach. To właśnie Villa Ferrero pozostawiła w nas ciepłe, trwałe wspomnienie, które wciąż mamy w sercach, w snach i pod powiekami. Już tęsknimy i marzymy o kolejnych wakacjach. Oczarowani Ewa i Bogusław.

A perfect staying !!!

We just had such a wonderful time at Villa Ferrero !! The location is amazing, just a gate away from the hustle and bustle of the state street: as you cross the main entrance, you can really forget everything that's behind you. Immediately a warm and welcoming atmosphere surrounds you, with a long pathway through the lush garden, full of colorful flowers and hidden gems in each and every corner: from the main terrace in front of the house you can enjoy the most beautiful view, and then pamper yourself in the thermal spa, or in the color changing shower at dawn, or just sit and watch the sunset from the patio overlooking the beach. Everything is just perfect and meticolously set up to let you have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house itself is very confortable, equipped with all that you may need in detail, no need to ask for more. Overall we had such an amazing experience, the hosts - Maria Grazia and Claudio - are so welcoming and resourceful, you do really feel at home, in a real Italian home ! Thank you and looking forward to come back soon again ! :-)

Magical place where you rest your soul!

We rested at the Villa Ferrero large company of 8 people - 6 adults and 2 children (9 and 12 years old). This is our second visit to this villa. This year it has become even better. The house is divided into two independent halves, you can rent separately. In each half there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. In one of the halves a bunk bed appeared, it is very convenient for families with children. The house is very nicely decorated, with a great love. The house has everything you need. The territory is very beautiful, comfortable and large, many areas for a secluded holiday. The whole villa is in flowers, there is even a small vegetable garden. On one side of the house there are play areas: billiards, table football, darts, table tennis. There is a volleyball court and a basketball ring. On the other hand: a large table, barbecue area, suntan tracks. Its access to the beach. The beach is sandy, the sea is clean and far shallow, it is very convenient for children. Everyone will find something to like. Near the villa there are a lot of shops with good selection of fish, seafood, meat. Many fruit shops. But you need a car. In the town there is a stunning confectionery with fantastic desserts and delicious coffee. Separate words of admiration should be said about the owners. They are very hospitable, sympathetic and pleasant people. It's very pleasant to communicate with them. We got a lot of pleasure from the rest. We hope that we will return here more than once. This is a magical place where you rest your soul!

Un paradis

C'est la seconde fois que nous revenons dans cet endroit paradisiaque. Que dire et par où commencer ? La plage réservée, le potager où poussent tomates, courgettes, et tous les condiments possibles et imaginables ? Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse ? Les douches d'eau sulfureuse sur la terrasse? Le babyfoot, le terrain de volley, le billard? L'énorme terrasse où nous prenions le déjeuner tous les 8 ? C'est simple, il faut se forcer pour sortir de la maison et aller voir les beaux sites dans les alentours, Pompei, Procida, Gaeta, Naples etc. Les propriétaires sont adorables. Un paradis pour les grands et les petits.

Une semaine formidable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Nous sommes arrivé par le train depuis Naples et Maria nous à proposé de nous récupérer à la gare qui se situe à 8 KM. L'appartement est bien équipé, le jardin très agréable. Il y a une très grande plage de sable au bout du jardin. Nos enfants 8 et 12 ans ont beaucoup joué au ping pong billard.

elogio all'otium romano

Il centro di Mondragone con i negozi si trova a un paio di km dalla residenza. L'accoglienza dei proprietari l'ho trovata calorosa e di grande disponibilità. La struttura ricettiva ha un parcheggio interno ombreggiato, diverse aree per il gioco per i bambini e un sala biliardo per gli adulti, il tempo passa e non te ne accorgi. La casa è immersa in un bellissimo parco con accesso privato sul mare,tutto è pensato per la migliore ospitalità. Dall'aria condizionata nelle stanze al gazebo vicino alla spiaggia per godere del tramonto sul mare, che dire poi del terrazzo con il bellissimo tavolo di ceramica mediterranea per le cene a lume di candela! I ns. amici sono rimasti entusiasti quando abbiamo organizzato la serata barbecue e a mezzanotte chi si è fatto il bagno a mare e chi bagno nella vasca idromassaggio con acqua solfurea calda!!! Un successo, il posto lo definirei un elogio "all'otium romano". Cosa aggiungere! non appena sarà possibile io e la mia famiglia ci ritorniamo volentieri.

isola felice

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane nella villa Ferrero (2 famiglie - 4 adulti + 5 bambini) occupando entrambi gli appartamenti. Si tratta di una soluzione ideale per famiglie come le nostre che hanno potuto godere appieno di tutti gli ampi spazi a disposizione (giardini, terrazzo, gazebo. campo in erba per volley e calcio) e delle innumerevoli attrezzature fornite dai proprietari (materassini, tavole, racchette, palloni, sdrai, ombrelloni, lettini e sdraio per il mare) ... L'accesso diretto la mare ci ha inoltre concesso di godere della spiaggia anche di sera per partite di beach volley e per raggiungere ristoranti limitrofi. Veramente un'isola felice immersa in un paese che non è altrettanto curato purtroppo. La posizione privilegiata ci ha permesso inoltre di fare molte escursioni a Napoli, Pompei, Ercolano, Caserta ... consentendoci quindi di gustarci appieno le meraviglie di questa regione!

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Strand

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) waren für 2 Wochen Gäste in der Villa Ferrero. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang von der Gastfamilie sehr freundlich. Wenn wir während des Aufenthaltes Fragen hatten, konnten wir jederzeit anrufen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und man gelangt über einen kleinen Weg direkt zum Strand. Sonnenliegen, Schirme, Luftmatratzen, … alles war vorhanden und konnte benutzt werden. Der Strand war zu dieser Zeit nicht mehr überfüllt, manchmal (im September) hatten wir ihn sogar für uns alleine. Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 2 min. zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine der beiden Wohnungen gebucht. Für die zweite Wohnung gibt es eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, eigenen Gartenflächen und eigenen Strandutensilien. Wenn beide Wohnungen belegt sind ist es kein Problem; man kann sich unterhalten oder man geht sich aus dem Weg - es ist genug Platz vorhanden. Billardtisch, Tischtennis, Tischfußball oder Dartscheibe ist ebenfalls vorhanden und sorgt für Abwechslung. An manchen Abenden hört man die Musik des Hotels nebenan; für uns war es jedoch nicht störend. Außerdem ist es der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Außer man lässt sich wie wir an manchen Tagen einfach von der Atmosphäre des Gartens anstecken und genießt einfach den Blick aufs Meer. Wir möchten uns noch einmal für die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit bedanken – es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Oasi immersa nel verde

Bellissima vacanza da sogno, compagnia stupenda proprietari molto disponibili,immobile ben pulito rifornito di ogni comfort, tutto immerso nel verde a due passi dalla spiaggia. Da ritornarci ,speriamo il prima possibile per passare di nuovo vacanze super uniche....
