Dear Guests, We can only regret not being able to fulfil your expectations, whatever they are or were, regardless the amount of efforts we have put at your disposal and to assist you, having the maintenance and cleaners on a daily basis and more than once a day on your accommodation, addressing situations that could not be verified nor explained, even on your presence. Only professional courtesy, justifies a response to such a review, after all we have done for you and especially after the insulting phone call to our staff, namely, “you grab your arse and come to the house immediately” …. Dear Guests. Thank you for your feedback. Villa Poeta is a very cosy and standard accommodation. The photos made by us and not professional therefore they show exactly how the house is. This house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, which is what is advertised. If you felt the need for extra ventilation/heating, a simple phone call or email to any of our offices would have been enough. We could have provided some fans or portable oil heaters free of charge. Regarding the sofas in living room, they are just 2 years old, nevertheless, rest assure we will mention all these situations to the owner. We keep requesting improvements to our houses. Most of these improvements come recommended by our guests, as they are the ones using the houses, so it is always important when we received valid feedback. Remain yours.
