Equipado con ropa de cama, toallas y artículos de higiene premium. Cocina equipada. Aire acondicionado / calefacción. El ascensor comienza 1 nivel por encima del nivel de la calle. A minutos de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones. Propiedad completamente limpia y desinfectada.El apartamento LV Premier Baixa CN1 es un apartamento luminoso de 3 habitaciones / 2 baños ubicado en el corazón de Baixa, en el quinto piso de un edificio con ascensor. Cuenta con balcones orientados al oeste y sur, con vista al río Tajo, la majestuosa Plaza del Comercio, la iglesia principal Sé de Lisboa, el Elevador de Santa Justa y muchas otras atracciones. Además de las habitaciones, baños y sala de estar, hay un comedor separado y una cocina completamente equipada. Todas las habitaciones y la sala de estar tienen acceso al balcón. Stay was amazing. Such a great location with an awesome view. Home was very nice and cozy. Balcony was perfect and waking up to the trolly really got our day going. 10/10

A great stay

The apartment was bright, spacious and close to all the places of interest in historic Lisbon. Handy to restaurants, shopping, metro and train stations. Elisabete from LV was attentive, friendly and professional. Will consider staying in another LV accommodation again.

Great property in an amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay in this property! We were greeted by a wonderful property manager (Ana!) and she showed us around the apartment. The place is exactly as described, and we were greeted with a very sweet welcome gift of local wine, sparkling water, and coffee. The wifi wasn't working at the beginning, but Ana was already working on fixing it when we showed up, and it was fixed only a few hours later. She really was a gem and made us feel so welcome and comfortable in the apartment (because she explained where everything was and how to work it). The location is incredible--so close to the port and tons of shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as described. The real treat was a working washer and dryer--we were able to do some laundry before heading back to the States. We really loved our stay in Lisbon and wouldn't hesitate to book again with LV Premier!

Cool and unique property

We only had one night at this location, just before departing Lisbon. The check in process with Ana was smooth, easy and informative. She was available for anything we needed during our stay…. The apartment is kind of a unique and quirky layout, as it is in an older building. I actually found it fun! Note…the apartment is on the 5th floor…and there is an elevator, albeit small. We had plenty of space in the apartment for 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. There was a gracious welcome gift from LV Premier. The location is prime for access to everything. The street is super noisy…and / but if the noise is bothersome you can close the windows and they really do close out almost all of the noise. Once the windows are closed, there is air conditioning, so you can still stay cool. The windows!!…they are beautiful and best when open. There is also an amazing pizza place right beside the entrance to the building!

Great apartment with great location

We were two families traveling with 9 people. The 5 kids ranged from 11-19 years old. The location of this apartment was everything. We walked most everywhere but the metro is very close and Tram 28 drives right by the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms and there were 2 roll away twin beds so everyone had a bed. Space was tight but we knew that going in based on the reviews but we made it work well. The views out the windows were amazing. There is an A/C unit in each room which was perfect during the July heat. There are 2 toilets and 2 showers: There is one bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet, one room with just a toilet and one room with just a stall shower and a sink. The bathrooms were small but nice to have all of those options. There is a kitchen with a good sized fridge, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Having the washer and dryer was so helpful as it allowed us to pack very minimally. The management company was great. They helped us store luggage and helped set us up with tours. The downsides have been stated here before: there is a small elevator one flight up. The apartment is on the fifth floor. We were able to make it work easily but it isn't for everyone. The layout is interesting as it is an older building. The kitchens and bathrooms are in the back of the apartment. We would highly recommend and we would stay here and use this management company again.

Great location

This was a fantastic location right in the heart of everything and steps away from tram and bus stops. The property is on the 6th floor. The elevator starts up a flight, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage or have mobility issues, be aware that there are about 20 steep steps to climb before the small elevator. The property is older/outdated, but the air conditioners work extremely well. We had 7 people stay, 4 adults, 2 teens, and a child. It was the perfect amount of space.

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the historic district.

Wonderful space. Bright and airy. Very comfortable for a short stay in Lisbon’s historic district. Plenty of space even in the kitchen. As this is the historic district, if you are traveling by car, parking is difficult as expected with the nearest car park been several blocks away, Which has nothing to do with the apartment. We will definitely consider this again for future trips.

Large spacious apartment with great location

We were a group of 6 with 4 adults and 2 teenagers and found the apartment comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and it has a spacious living room. There’s lots of light and windows and AC worked well during the heat. Kitchen was well equipped and having a washer/dryer was an added convenience. It’s in a great central location with lots of restaurants/trams close by and in the heart of the city. Overall, we would recommend this apartment for a large group.

Great location !!!

The location of the apartment was great for sight seeing in Lisbon. AC in all of the rooms was nice to have in the summer. The apartment was clean and Jose and the apartment manager were both prompt in getting back to us and on time. We had a slight hiccup with the credit card machine not working at check in but we had enough cash on hand to settle. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Lisbon.

Wonderful central apartment

Our extended family of adults travelled to Lisbon to celebrate a family birthday. It was our first visit to the city and the apartment was very central and on the main bus route from the airport. Jose and his staff were very helpful and efficient which made both the check in and checkout quick and painless. The apartment is bright and airy and extremely well equipped. There were wonderful views from the wraparound balcony. We found this an excellent base to explore Lisbon. Our only regret was that we didn't have a longer stay but we hope to rectify this soon and we will definitely stay in this wonderful apartment

Helle, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Superblick

Wir, vier Erwachsene mit drei Kindern (12-17) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben im Online-Inserat, sie ist groß und hell, liegt sehr zentral und der Blick über die Stadt und zum Tejo ist fantastisch. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, Betten und Bettzeug waren komfortabel, ein Starterset stand zur Begrüßung bereit. Der Kontakt zu Jose Luz und mit seinen Kolleginnen vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Im Übrigen können wir die Bewertungen der englischsprachigen Gäste in vollem Umfang bestätigen.Wir haben das Apartment - und die Stadt - im Freundeskreis bereits weiterempfohlen. Übrigens: Das Wetter war einfach traumhaft, durchgehend blauer Himmel, bis 29 Grad, die Menschen waren freundlich und zugewandt, das Eindrucksvolle der Stadt liegt weniger in touristischen Highlights als in der besonderen, wuselig-entspannten Atmosphäre.

Lovely stay in downtown Lisbon

This was our second stay in one of Jose Luz's properties and it was as good as the first time. Jose arranged everything with very little notice and it was all of the high quality we have come to expect from his properties. The description was accurate, great central location with easy access to all parts of the city. The apartment was very clean with well equipped kitchen. There was also a great heating system; as it did get chilly at night during December. We will be back.

VERY GOOD PRICE FOR THE VALUE

I went to lisbon with 7 more friends for a weekend. Booking this apartment was a great decision. Very nice and bright apartment situated a few steps from plaza del Comercio. Very comfortable beds and full equiped kitchen. When the tramway passes by you feel little vibrations but it is not a big matter. Very good price for the value. I surely will come back.

Amazing flat, wonderful owner

I booked with Jose a few months before arriving in Lisbon so as to iron out the details of our trip, particularly since we were a large group with an infant. Both Jose and Snra Ilda were amazing and made sure that we felt welcome. A baby cot was provided and was even full of toys and books for use. The flat itself was spotless - large, full of light and ideal for four or more people. All of the individuals in our group have vouched to stay at the Conceicao again in the future. A+

Great apartment, and great location

The location of the apartment is great. It's a pity we needen't take a tram ;-) We went walking to everywhere !! A direct bus from the airport, and near of everithing of old Lisbon. Comercio square just in front, to the left, the Sé (cathedral) and Alfama , really interenting on San antonio's days. To the right , Chiado and Bairro Alto, and back, Baixa, Rocio and Avenue. Veru well decorated and confortable, and no so noisy as we espected. We don't use the kitchen but you've all you need for a few days. Good view, good space, good experience.

We have some garden chairs that will enable you to enjoy a end of the day drink above the city activity. This vacation apartment has a lot of charming features- large living room, a separate dinning area, and antique wooden floors. It is right in the center of town, and you can walk everywhere
