Este exclusivo apartamento de 2 dormitorios está situado en el corazón de Sevilla, a 100 metros de la Catedral, el Alcázar y la plaza de toros (La Maestranza) y a tan solo 5 minutos a pie del río Guadalquivir, la Torre del Oro y el barrio de Triana.

Se encuentra ubicado en pleno casco antiguo haciendo esquina del céntrico cruce de calles Zaragoza, Gamazo y JImios con una situación inmejorable y privilegiada para disfrutar de la Semana Santa de Sevilla.

Las principales calles comerciales de Tetuán, Sierpes y Cuna, se encuentran a sólo 1 minuto a pie, así como restaurantes, bares de tapas y tabernas con espectáculos en vivo de flamenco.

En la entrada proporcionamos las explicaciones básicas sobre el funcionamiento del apartamento y atenderemos las dudas que puedan surgir.

El apartamento cuenta con un doble acristalamiento en las ventanas que permite una total insonorización e inmejorable aislamiento térmico.

Estaremos disponibles para ayudar a los huéspedes en lo que necesiten. Somos amantes del patrimonio y la gastronomía de nuestra ciudad y nos encantaría ayudaros a que vuestra estancia en Sevilla sea lo más grata posible, con recomendaciones personales de restaurantes donde poder disfrutar.

A vuestra llegada os facilitaremos una guía indicando donde está situado el apartamento así como las principales atracciones turísticas, los supermercados cercanos y restaurantes que aconsejamos no pueden perderse.
El traslado desde el aeropuerto al apartamento se realiza en el autobus EA desde la terminal 1 hasta el apeadero de San Bernardo y desde aquí en tranvía hasta la Plaza Nueva, situada a 100 metros del apartamento.

Hay parking público en las inmediaciones. No es necesario reservar. Precio 17,50€ por dia.

Solemos recomendar a nuestros huéspedes que no alquilen coche a su llegada a la ciudad, ya que la zona monumental es abarcable a pié desde el apartamento. Pero si prefieren pueden alquilar bicicletas pues muy cerca tienen varias estaciones del servicio SEVICI (Alquiler público de bicicletas), una opción muy recomendable para una ciudad como Sevilla que tiene muchos kilómetros de carril bici y posee un clima estupendo, pero la verdadera recomendación es pasear por nuestra ciudad que tiene multitud de rincones con encanto para descubrir.

Para el correcto disfrute del apartamento se fijarán las siguientes reglas básicas:

1.- Todo lo que hay en el apartamento se puede utilizar, si bien el menaje de la cocina usado deberá quedar limpio antes de marcharse.
2. No está permitido fumar en el apartamento.
3. Antes de marcharse deberá sacar la basura a los contenedores situados en la calle.
4. Las fiestas están prohibidas.
5. No se admiten fumadores ni mascotas.
6. Recargo de 30 euros si la llegada es entre las 21:00 y las 24 horas.
7. Si la estancia es de más de una semana se ofrece gratuitamente cambio semanal de toallas y sábanas.

Great for friends traveling together.

All reviews of this beautiful apartment in El Centro are true! Great location for two single women traveling together, safe and near everything. Be sure to leave the keys on the table when you leave instead of in the lock as we did. Veronica is a delightful host.

Emplacement central parfait à 5 min a pied de la cathédrale. Très Propre. Literie confortable. La terrasse est un vrai plus avec vue sur la cathédrale. (il faut monter un étage) La sympathique propriétaire est disponible, elle nous a accueilli et facilité notre séjour. Merci Veronica. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.

Fantastic location and apartment when in Seville

We just about had a perfect stay in Seville. Veronica was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was just as described and is in a fantastic location in the heart of Seville. Especially good for us was the second bedroom for our children.

Great location in the heart of El Centro

First, let me say that Veronica is an amazing host. She met us at the property and gave us a walk through of the flat to show us the basics. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She is very responsive. She takes great pride of ownership in the property and it really shows. It feels very much like a home away from home. The bathroom is a little small but similar to others in old historic buildings in which we’ve stayed. I would call it cozy. The rooftop is amazing when the weather cooperates (it was rainy part of the time we were there). The view of the cathedral at night from the terrace is priceless. The neighborhood is really great. Lots of shops, restaurants, and small grocery stores all within a minute or two of walking. We would literally run down and buy a bottle of wine while preparing dinner. Speaking of which, there is a little bistro just downstairs on the corner where a couple of evenings we bought quiche and soup and brought it up to the apartment for dinner. However the neighborhood is busy and can be a little noisy sometimes. But it wasn’t enough to bother us and the windows and shades blocked much of it out. Also, the noise isn’t all night. It’s really just the busy part of the evening and morning. Makes for great people watching. Be aware that the flat is three flights up stairs with no lift. Wasn’t a problem for us but you definitely feel it if you go up and down a couple of times in a row. The neighbors are very quiet. In fact there was really only one neighbor in the flat just below. Above Veronica’s flat, there is only the terrace and a small art studio where a friendly artist paints during the day only. We met him and although neither could speak the other’s language, he showed us his work and was fun to “talk” to. Overall, I highly recommend Veronica’s flat and will stay there again if I return to Seville. She is a wonderful person and really takes care of her property.

Great location, near everything

We spent four nights here and appreciated how centrally located it was to tourist sights, restaurants and amenities. The tourist office is right outside, as is a little breakfast spot. Veronica was delightful to work with and very responsive. For any travelers with knee or health issues, just be aware that there are two levels of stairs to get up to the apartment, Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Beautiful and Centrally location Apartment

My husband and I stayed in Veronica’s beautiful apartment in Sevilla for two nights and we absolutely loved it. Veronica met us in person to give us the key and had a nice bottle of red wine waiting for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed on the gorgeous rooftop. The apartment is very airy with lots of natural lights and tastefully decorated with a practical kitchen. The location is very central to all major sites within Sevilla. Veronica has created a very nice guidebook, which is in the apartment, for her guests to browse for restaurant suggestions, site details and history and other important information. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone visiting Sevilla and hope to return to visit very soon!

Excellent apartment with rooftop patio

We enjoyed our stay at Veronica's home. All the amenities where thought out to make our stay comfortable. The wine upon arrival was very much appreciated and enjoyed on the rooftop patio. The washer was very welcome. Veronica's location was very central to all the sites. Would recommend this location to anyone heading to Seville.

Excellent experience in the centre of town

Book it now! This is an excellent property in the centre of Seville with wonderful views over the cathedral. The property is located in the city centre. It has a terrace shared with only one more flat with sunbeams, a table, and with wonderful views of the cathedral. The home is well appointed and all details are taken care of. It used to be Veronica's home, so it does not feel like a rental, it feels like a real home. Veronica is very kind and precise. She met us for check in and followed up on any question we had. She also wrote a very comprehensive manual. Wifi works well, and in every room. The price is very reasonable, excellent value for money. It is highly recommended.

Home in the center of Seville

My family (grandmother, parents and 2 small kids) loved Veronica’s apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, well styled and perfectly located to walk to all of the sites in Sevilla. Moreover, it’s only steps away from top notch restaurants (the Michelin rated pizza restaurant downstairs is amazing), tapas bars and the gelaterias. Sevilla has an amazing spirit. Superb Location

Lovely apartment set in a great location for all the beautiful, "must see", in Serville. We found our bearings really quickly . There is a really good supermarket less than 5 mins away and a smaller one almost opposite apartment . The local Tourist office on same street were good , we used them a lot for local tours and trips out . Restaurants on doorstep .Veronica is a great hostess and very attentive , responding quickly to any inquiries or concerns we had .

No podemos decir bastantes cosas buenas de la estancia de nuestra familia en este hogar. Para empezar, estábamos encantadísimos del apartamento, ¡que es tan lindo y acogedor que todos nos pusimos tristes al momento de tener que irnos! La atención a los detalles con las decoraciones, la luz natural que brilla por todas las ventanas, y el hecho de que todo se veía moderno y/o renovado…fue un gran placer de llegar a Sevilla y encontrarnos en un lugar tan bonito. Además, está situado justamente en el medio del centro histórico, lo cual nos permitió dar paseos muy lindos para llegar a todos los sitios, museos, y restaurantes que queríamos ver. Y, a pesar de que fuimos durante una semana muy ocupada en Sevilla, la calle en la que está el apartamento siempre fue muy tranquila. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad y profesionalismo de nuestra anfitriona, Verónica. Coordinó mucho con nosotros de antemano para asegurarse de estar al apartamento a la hora de nuestra llegada, y, a nuestra sorpresa, chequeó con nosotros un par de días después para ver cómo nos iba con la casa y con nuestra visita. No hemos visto a muchas personas a tomar estos pasos extras. Y, la última sorpresa especial: el techo del edificio, donde hay sillones y una mesa para descansar (de los cuales se aprovecharon mucho nuestros niños), ¡y desde el que uno puede maravillarse del paisaje de Sevilla desde arriba! Un lugar muy recomendable para todos, especialmente para familias que buscan una segunda casa durante sus vacaciones.

Fantastic apartment in prime location!

My husband and I have stayed in many apartment rentals through the years and I must say this is one of our favorites! Veronica was a kind, generous host and it was obvious that this was her home prior to renting it out. There are two generous size bedrooms each with its own heating/cooling. The high quality windows kept street noise out for peaceful rest, and the shower with great water pressure was a delight after a long day of sightseeing. Each morning we had breakfast on the rooftop deck which provided a view of the giralda tower of the cathedral. The kitchen was well-equipped although we didn't do any cooking. A washing machine is even provided in the apartment. The apartment is situated in the heart of the historic center within the maze of narrow cobblestone streets. In one direction we were only about two blocks from the cathedral and in the other direction only a couple blocks from Plaza Nueva. We were able to walk everywhere and loved checking out the small tapas bars on the other side of the cathedral in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Veronica's home has set the bar higher now as we travel to other places. We will definitely try to stay here again if our plans ever bring us back to Sevilla!

Highly recommend!

Very comfortable modern apartment steps away from the Alcazar, the Cathedral and the winding old streets of the Old Town Seville. It's located on the 3rd floor in an old building with a beautiful winding staircase. It has access to a roof deck with the view of the Giralda tower, which is beautifully lit at night. The street below has at least 5 tapas bars, where the locals sit late into the night. A mini market is right around the corner, making it easy to get a baguette for breakfast the night before, since most restaurants in Seville don't open until 12pm. Veronica is an outstanding host. She was very responsive and came down to the street to 'rescue' us from a dead end one-way street to guide us to the parking garage when GPS sent us the wrong way. Moreover, she created a booklet of restaurant recommendations, local attractions, schedules and open hours, and quick historical notes of Seville and the neighboring towns that we enjoyed reading. And she welcomed us with a package of local galletas that were a hit with our kids. We stayed 3 nights and the location and amenities were perfect. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

Great location for sightseeing, restaurants, shops and access to public transport. Only a 5 min walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar de Sevilla. Flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Access to a roof top to take in the views across the city. Veronica was an incredible host and made sure we were happy and if we needed any help with anything during our stay. Really couldn’t ask for more. So much better than staying at a hotel and one of the best rentals I’ve ever had. Would recommend highly and hope to come back and stay again someday.

This rental exceeded my expectations and beyond! Excellent value, prime location!

I stayed with my husband and parents for 4 amazing nights in Sevilla during January. The location, amenities and charm of the apartment and neighborhood make this one of the best rental apartments I've ever visited. But what takes this property to the next level is Veronica's excellent hospitality. She greeted us when we arrived and checked in during our stay to make sure all was going well. On our arrival she had thoughtfully brought us a local wine and local pastries to enjoy on the balcony (what a view!). In addition, she has prepared an excellent locals guide to the city in Spanish and English with suggestions on where to visit and eat. I thoroughly recommend this property for those interested in experiencing Sevilla at its best!

Supérette à 50 mètres et bons restos populaires dans le quartier de l’arenal (Moins cher et plus typique que dans Santa Cruz) Bref nous recommandons très fortement cette adresse. A savoir que les Sevillans aiment beaucoup sortir le vendredi et samedi soir, c’est l’occasion de vous joindre à eux ou alors pour ceux qui préfèrent se reposer prenez des boules quiès car les soirées sont animées dans la rue. Dommage il faisait un peu frais pour profiter du toit terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale. Merci encore à notre hôtesse. Frédérique
