Great location, cosy space.

We stayed in Olivier's home for 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is outstanding and the home itself is very welcoming. Olivier was very helpful and responsive. We would recommend to stay here for anyone trying to be close to the hustle and bustle of the city but still far enough away to get a good nights rest.

Perfect Riad

This was our second time in Marrakesh, and we wanted to try an Riad. And boy, we was not disappointed. From the start we had a good communication with Olivier regarding the Riad and for transportation from and to the airport. The Riad is situated in the hard of the old city, and you are only 5 min from the big square. The Riad a little island with all you need for perfect vacation. If and when we decide to visit Marrakech again, it will be with this Riad. We can only recommend this super Riad.

Nice riad in central location

Property is as described and well-equipped. Walking distance to Jemaa el fna square, souks etc. Lovely rooftop terrace. Host Olivier was very responsive. Glad to have had the experience of staying in a riad, however when considering a riad vs hotel there are a couple of things to note. Stairs to bedrooms are quite steep so would not recommend for elderly or mobility-impaired. Riad rooms open into a courtyard which is effectively outdoors. In the winter the temperature gets very cold in the evenings and mornings in Marrakech so be prepared to be exposed to that. Also, there is quite a bit of air pollution in the Medina area. Rooms while clean, are not greatly insulated, and the courtyard is of course exposed. My daughter suffers from a dust allergy and struggled in the environment, so we had to check into a hotel on our final night. That said, I imagine most people would be fine with this and if you’re looking for a riad experience I would definitely recommend this property.

Muy recomendable si lo que buscáis es poder estar en la Medina y a la vez disfrutar de la mayor tranquilidad. El riad está muy bien comunicado ,no es grande pero es bonito, muy cómodo y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Marrakech. Olivier , el dueño, es encantador y estuvo a nuestra disposición para facilitarnos la estancia. Volveremos sin duda.

Riad très bien située. Proche de la place Jemma el fna, des commerces, des taxis et des restaurants.La ruelle est calme (L'étroitesse ne permet pas aux voitures de passer) et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. Le logement est bien équipé, tout ustencile de cuisine, tv, climatisation, sèche cheveux...Une bibliothèque vous offre plein de livres sur le Maroc. Pour l'aller, nous avons été transportés jusqu'au bout de la rue.Bref, nous avons été très contents de notre choix.Le propriétaire est très arrangeant, très bonne communication.

Joli Riad très central

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le Riad d'Olivier, idéalement situé à moins de 10mn à pied de la place Jamaa El Fnac. Le Riad était très propre et très bien équipé, et Olivier très sympathique et réactif pour les échanges. C'est une très bonne adresse !

Séjour à Marrakech

Riad conforme à la publication, très bien placé, calme, proche de la place Jemaa el fna. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Médina. Olivier est réactif en cas de problème, à notre demande il s'est occupé du transfère aéroport / riad. Olivier est une personne très agréable. Super séjour à Marrakech on y reviendra.

Nice, small riad with good, central location in Marrakech

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the riad, Olivier was very helpful and fast to respond. The riad is very much as per the photos, it is perhaps a little larger than you might expect. It's well equipped, the AC in bedroom and sitting room worked well. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. The location is central, but the approach very "local" and a little daunting to start with. From other reviews, we realised the roof terrace access is via very steep steps, but great care really is needed going up and down and taking drinks or food requires considerable planning, which detracts a little. The internet also doesn't reach the terrace. Unluckily, the next-door property decided to build a room directly adjacent to the roof terrace, workmen and angle grinders made the terrace unusable for the second half of our 10 day stay.

Très beau Riad conforme complètement à la description et aux photos

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans ce beau Riad. Cependant, petit bémol pour l'éclairage en général trop faiblard à notre goût dans les salles de bains, de la cuisine et du salon et très déçu de ne pas avoir pu profiter plus de la terrasse sur le toit dû à la lumière sous le patio qui ne fonctionnait pas malgré notre requête à ce sujet auprès d'Olivier.

2nd Time Staying at the Property. Better than before.

This is my second time renting Oliver’s place in Marrakech and it is excellent. You will not find a better private house centrally located in the square with a parking spot! The area is safe at night also. Since my last stay the bathrooms have been upgraded and it was the nicest shower I had in Morocco. I will be renting this property when I return to Marrakech. Oliver is also super responsive and on time to the minute.

Jolie Riad très bien situé.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce très jolie Riad. La terrasse est agréable et nous en avons bien profité ( le beau temps était présent tout le long du séjour). Le très bon emplacement nous a permis de faire le tour de tous les coins de la médina à pied. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour.

Ideally situated in central Marrakech

We really enjoyed our stay here. Olivier was easy to contact throughout the stay and helpfully able to arrange transport to and from the airport. The main square and all the other main sights are within easy walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the riad was well equipped. The roof terrace is accessed via extremely steep stairs which took a bit of getting used to, but was fantastic once you were up there.
