Beautiful views from both sides of the property. All extremely clean and tidy with daily maid service. Outside areas are fantastic and we especially enjoyed watching the sun set on the upper terrace with a few drinks and nibbles. My only minor negative would be the few breakages that have occurred during the season or longer have not been rectified. Only 3 dining chairs,1 fizz flute, drawers in kitchen broken, a sun lounger split and cushions missing off outside dining set due to misuse. As a holiday home owner back in the UK it still amazes me the number of careless and inconsiderate people out there!

Beautiful vista in peaceful setting

We had a wonderful stay as 2 adults and 2 teens as the space was perfect for us. We loved the outdoor and pool area with loungers and seating. We were unable to use the outdoor cooking space due to fire risk in the heat, which is perfectly understandable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped with cooking utensils such as a cheese grater, wooden spoons, and dish for the oven. The cleaner changed towels alternate days and the place was clean and very comfortable. The location was ideally placed between Argostoli and Lassi, allowing us to enjoy various sites and beaches. Replies to questions were prompt. Use of the main pool area and room with shower etc was fantastic as we had a late flight home. We would definitely recommend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment great location

The views are incredible and the property itself is just as described. We had a baby and teen with us and the apartment was the perfect location for our trip and stay on the island. The property is at the top of a very steep hill so accessibility should be considered unless you’re reasonably fit. In the heat and carrying baby equipment it was a challenge but very worth it for the spectacular views. If you have a toddler it wouldn’t be suitable due to steps and not railings everywhere but for older children it’s fine. For adults it is perfect! It was very clean and staff were all helpful. Unfortunately the high chair provided wasn’t working but this wasn’t an issue for us. The cot was available on request and perfect for the baby. Both rooms spacious and air con worked very well. The hotel (for breakfast) is a fair walk away so we only went half the days. I found it very good but there’s more limited choice for vegetarians. Overall we would stay again and would happily recommend the place to anyone.

Couples trip

The property is spot on and the views are breath-taking! We appreciated the welcome items and the daily maid service. The breakfast was at the hotel was ok. We experienced better at other places but it was a nice option we ate there 2 out of 5 mornings. The thing that would put this place over the top would be to offer a chef service- the grill, pizza oven etc. went untouched by us but we would have gladly paid to have someone come in and cook a meal for us! Hard to leave for dinner with those decks and overlooks. We would absolutely return!

Fabulous Villa - Beautiful Location

Fabulous villa with the most amazing views. Morning coffee in the turret taking in the breathtaking view out to sea. The villa was spotless & we were met by the Manager who showed us around/how things worked & there was a welcome pack of basics. The villa was serviced daily by a lovely lady who was very helpful. We hired a car when we arrived - the Manager contacted Autochouce who dropped the car to us. We had the large villa with its own plunge pool which doubled as a jacuzzi & we made use of the main pool. Really can’t fault the villa & would live to return. We visited the local beaches - the main beach has plenty of parking & a beach cafe. We ate at Mel’s - good food at reasonable prices. Also at the two beach tavernas - can’t recall the name of one but it is watched over by a lovely dog & 3 or 4 times at Sto Psito - both have great sea/sunset views. Mel’s do great takeaway desserts for €3 which the boys/husband loved. We shopped at Dolphin Supermarket - quite expensive & only found Bazaar close to villa later where they have a meat & cheese counters. We also took a private boat trip with Prime Sailing based in Argostoli with the lovely Makis who took us to remote places accessed by boat only. We dropped anchor & swam in clear waters. The price included morning coffee, snacks & a lovely lunch finished off with him buying us a round of drinks in The Compass. A lovely holiday and amazing villa.

Fabulous location at the top of the hill with amazing views over Argostoli and Lassi

We loved the villa and the location. The setting is fantastic and views spectacular. When we arrived we were met at the villa, which is really easy to find and just 15 mins from the airport. There is a mini market around the corner and you are a short walk away from all local amenities, however the walk back is quite strenuous! The cleaners came every day and were very helpful. The back bedroom has a very soft mattress and the front bedroom is very soft. The showers had plenty of hot water and you can use the washing machine down by the pool. The infinity pool is very refreshing first thing in the morning and we used the communal pool in the late afternoon. Fabulous holiday and would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful!

We have just returned from a ten night stay in this stunning villa and we enjoyed every second. Not only was the villa perfect, we arrived to find essentials in the kitchen and bathroom - just what you need after a long journey! The views are absolutely stunning and this is the perfect place to have a relaxing holiday. I can’t recommend this villa enough and we can’t wait to go back.

Probably the most beautiful place we have stayed

We stayed in the two bedroom villa at the top of the hill. Magnificent and worth every step. The pictures don’t do it justice and it was total bliss. Easy walk in both directions for different experiences and an easy cab back up the hill. We loved Agostoli, loved the island and would visit again in a heart beat. The fabulous daily service was an unexpected bonus.

I have just come back from a stay at the Ionian Vista Villas. After a long journey with children I arrived hot and tired . The owner had provided some essentials in the fridge so didn’t have to rush out for supplies. They had thought of everything from fruit on the table to dishwasher tablets. It was spotlessly clean and the views were stunning from every window. It’s impossible not to unwind in a villa like this. I wanted luxury and this is what the villa is. A housemaid is on hand should you need anything and will change bedding and towels. This is without doubt the best place I have ever stayed. Thankyou to the staff, I truly believe you thought of everything. Julie Oliver

AMAZING! Superb modern villa with great views and location! Highly recommended !

Our family of five has travelled extensively and this property is one of the best we have stayed in! This villa is superb in every way! Everything was modern, new, and very clean! There was a coded gate to enter the property so it felt very safe. The finishings were a very high standard and everything is very well thought out! The kitchen and bathrooms were generously stocked, and had everything we needed and plenty more. We received a complimentary fruit basket, honey, water, milk, coffee capsules, cereal, etc. The AC and WiFi were perfect! The exterior landscaping, the private pool, the outdoor kitchen, and patio areas were exceptional. There was light housekeeping everyday and change of towels. The complex also had a washing machine and dryer for laundry. The views of the sea, mountains and town were absolutely outstanding. It was a great base from which to explore the island. It was 5 min to Argostoli, 5-8 min to Lassi and local beaches ( Makri Gialos, Plati Gialos, Gradakia), and 45-50 min to Myrtos, Skala, and Petani beaches by car. We highly recommend this property and would return without hesitation!

The Villas are the best place I have ever stayed, everything you could ask for, service wonderful.

We loved our weeks stay at the villas. Thoughtful welcome pack of food to get you started, incredibly clean and beds very comfortable. But the best part has been the location and views. You can walk easily to Argostoli and Lassi beaches so have great access to great restaurants and swimming. The pool at the villas is excellent and makes it hard to leave. We watch the sunrise and sunset...the view at any time of the day is spectacular. We will definitely come back, the Ionian staff could not have done more to make our holiday better.

Amazing apartment with fantastic facilities.

Fabulous holiday, although beware this is on the top of a rather large hill. Walkable to lassi And argostili but you need to be reasonably fit. Not sure there is a better view on the island.
