Ideal para vacaciones relajadas en familia

Primer piso, dormitorio trasero con cama queen y baño completo, sala de estar con un sofá cama queen. El segundo piso tiene dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño completo y el nuevo dormitorio trasero tiene una cama king size. También hay un tercer dormitorio en el segundo piso con una cama litera. También un segundo baño completo en el segundo piso. El piso superior tiene una cama nido, 2 gemelos y una terraza exterior con vista al golfo y excelente para la puesta del sol. El porche delantero tiene un columpio y la casa tiene 4 televisores de pantalla plana. Tenemos una piscina comunitaria en la parte trasera de la casa. Al otro lado de la calle está el hoyo 4 del campo de golf de Santa Rosa. A 150 yardas calle abajo está el Santa Rosa Beach Club con el restaurante y bar The Vue, abierto al público. Solo permitimos que 8 personas, adultos y niños, ocupen nuestra casa. La cocina ha sido recientemente remodelada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. (Mayo de 2017)

Wonderful house. Convenient to everything. Beach is a two minute walk. We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy the trip. Hosts are very nice and responsive.

Wonderful house with plenty of room to move about. Close to beach and has beach set-ups available. Convenient to good food, groceries, etc. Have stayed a few times and always enjoy. Owners are very nice and responsive.

Perfect in Every Way!

This property is such a gem! We’ve had the pleasure of staying in Phil and Kay’s beach house for several years now, and it really is perfect! Beach access just across the street, with easy beach chair service from Conner at Southern Resort Beach Services. This property has deeded beach access, so there was no issue at all with the current private vs public debate. If anything, the beach was a bit quieter than in years past. We had friends stay in a house next door, managed by an agency, and you really feel the difference! Phil and Kay have put so much effort into making their place as comfortable as possible! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys, throw blankets, pillows etc! Our friend’s house didn’t have any of these added touches, and it reminded us what a special place Absolute Paradise is! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Best beach house

We could not have asked for a better house or location for our family beach trip. This house comfortably fit our family. Close to the pool and beach with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. Can’t wait for our trip back next summer!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Perfect beach getaway! This house was ideal for our group size and had a great location with private beach access. The crow's nest was a highlight, providing stunning ocean views that made sunset-watching a nightly ritual. Another feature we all fell in love with was the outdoor shower - it was so popular that we found ourselves using it more often than the indoor ones. The kids had a blast with the provided boogie boards and beach toys. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking meals at home a breeze. Dune Allen's relaxed atmosphere was a nice change from the more crowded parts of 30A, even during a holiday week. Phil was awesome to work with and very communicative about anything we needed. He hooked us up with the beach chair rental guy, which was a huge plus. Having those chairs for the week meant we didn't have to lug as much stuff down to the beach. Bringing our bikes was a great decision. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee runs, plus long rides down 30A. It was an all-around excellent trip. This house is perfect for a laid-back family beach vacation, with all the right amenities and thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back!

It truly is a great place for a laid back vacation. We have had a great time in this house four times now, over the last 15 months. It is a very comfortable house and location. Recommend.

Favorite stay!

We look forward to our week at Santa Rosa beach every year. We’ve stayed in multiple places over the years, this was our second stay at this home and by far our favorite. Location can’t be beat with only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Love the floor plan of the house with a bedroom on first floor, 3 bedrooms on 2nd and my teen stays in the crows nest. Updated, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. See you next year!

Family Vacay

Everything is just as described and pictured in the listing. The house is walking distance to not only the beach, but a few restaurants/bars and souvenir shops, too. The house has everything you need to enjoy a great stay at the beach. We are definitely planning to stay again in the future.

Absolute Paradise, indeed!

We just finished another great week at Absolute Paradise in Dune Allen. Immaculate property, that comes with everything you’d need to make your holiday…fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, beach towels, and plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. An easy walk across the street to the neighborhood beach access. Conner at Southern Beach Services will set you up chairs and umbrella for a super reasonable rate, making things even easier. Phil is super responsive and easy to work with. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Fantastic House

This was our third stay in this great beach house. It is a convenient walk to the gulf, has a wonderful outside private shower, clean, clear swimming pool, and a peaceful front porch swing and chairs. All you need is provided by the owner, who is a nice man and easy to work with.

Great family beach week!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful home, easy beach access even for our 4 yr old grandson. We really appreciated the chairs,wagon, and toys that were already there and we didn’t have to pack and haul. Also the kitchen has everything, even an under the counter ice maker. We’d definitely like to go back!

All you need

I don't want to give away a secret, but this house is perfect. The walk to the beach is incredibly short, the home was clean and stocked full of everything we could need (chairs, beach toys, wagon), and despite visiting during spring break season this area of 30A was pleasantly busy without being overcrowded. Couldn't ask for more.

Awesome House with great details

Great location across from beach. House was roomy and full of great details, like beach towels, extra beach chairs, very well equipped Kitchen. Phil checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. We very much enjoyed staying here, everything was better than advertised.

Second stay in this beach home. Wonderful location, house was clean, owner was in touch to make sure things were going well. Had a very relaxing stay at the beach. I hope to return again.

Beautiful family-friendly beachhouse

Our family (age 3 to 81) had a wonderful time at this beach house! I can’t tell you how much easier it is when you don’t have to take all the beach gear. Phil had plenty of chairs, toys, 2 boogie boards, 1 umbrella, and a cart to take it down there with. We brought our own tent because we had multiple people that didn’t want to get much sun. Outdoor shower is a plus. Phil put a video of the walk to the beach online if you want to see how close it is. The 3 yr old and the 81 yr old both found the walk super easy. It truly is the best location! It was close to Publix and restaurants but yet Dune Allen isn’t crowded. My young boys loved the bed in the crow’s nest area. Plenty of room in the living room for everyone to sit. For dinner we put the kids on the bar stools while the adults sat at the dinner table which worked well. There were lots of puzzles and games when we had to come inside due to rain which was a lifesaver. The porch also had plenty of chairs and a swing. We loved sitting out there with rain on the tin roof. Kitchen was sufficient for basic meals. There was never anyone at the pool that is shared with some of the houses. I usually try a new beach every year but this place worked so well for our family that I might save myself the trouble of researching new places. Ha! Phil is great to work with. He was easy to talk with when I had some questions. Super short walk to a beautiful beach and a wonderful, family-friendly house - what more could you want!

We purchased our second home in 2005. We fell in love with it mainly because of the location and the layout. Along 30-A buildings cannot be taller than 55feet which means no high rise buildings. The area is very laid back. We are five miles east of Sandestin. We are the 1st house on the left on Allen loop off 30-A. Along 30-A there is an 18 mile jogging, walking and biking path.

No crowds but a short distance , 5 miles, to Sandestins Baytown Wharf and 12 miles east of Destin. Directly across the street from the beach access.
