This property was great for our multi-generational family. The different levels were perfect for privacy, although I wouldn’t recommend it for a person with mobility issues. It was located only a few minutes to the casinos, shopping, restaurants and beach.

Great Place in Tahoe

The house is well set up for a bunch of people with the bedrooms spaced out and a good living room for group time. The house was well provisioned and it was really great to have a/c as it was very hot. The property manager was helpful and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely return.

Reviewer Comments: Not impressed for the following reasons:- They're very strict about parking, but when we got there our spot was taken which therefore made it so we might get towed- The heater was locked so we couldn't adjust it- The shower in the upstairs bathroom also had a heat limit on it so the shower was barely even warm- The cable didn't work in 3 of the bedrooms- The second floor bedroom floor was completely soaked from the window to the bed and smelt musty (super strong smell!), the worst part about that is obviously the cleaning team knew about it and didn't say anything, there were fresh vaccum marks over a completely soaked floor, there's no way you wouldn't notice

Reviewer Comments: Should be clearly listed as split-level - other reviews mentioned lots of stairs to get to the door, but there are lots of stairs inside as well! Not even a half bath on the main floor.Some things need repair - the handle for the hot water in the shower fell off and landed on my foot (ouch!). The screen door fell off with a gust of wind. Carpet is pretty stained.Other than that, the place was comfortable, and Sierra Tahoe Realty was VERY responsive! Someone before us had broken the blender and Sierra Tahoe ran out and got us a new one immediately - thanks Tammy! Kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, plates, etc.), but some of the glasses were cracked and should be thrown out.Cleaning crew does a great job - the place was VERY clean!Living room was comfortable with plenty of room for 3 of us - if you have more than 4 people, there's no place for them to sit other than the dining table or bar stools.The whole complex is VERY quiet and the trees are great! We really enjoyed the calm and quiet, as well as the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks! The deck was nice, especially for breakfast and coffee.The pool and hot tub were also very nice and never crowded.

They went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our group of 3 adults and 5 kids were safe and happy. There were storm warnings on the weekend when our trip was booked and they moved us to a location closer to town on dates that we felt more comfortable driving up from the Bay Area. The property we stayed in was clean and gorgeous. There was clear communication and they made sure we felt taken care of. All our future trips will be booked though them! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our large group and we had all the linens we needed. 10/10! Thanks to everyone who helped make our vacation memorable!

Great place, lots of red tape

The cabin is very well laid out, has great AC, passable wifi and is nicely furnished. My only criticism is the increased amount of administrative hassle required, including sending pictures of credit cards & drivers’ licenses, requiring docusign signatures and requiring us to print out our own parking permits that then had to be filled out. It all felt rather intense and unnecessary compared to similar rentals.

Roomy and Clean 4BR with easy access to Stateline and Heavenly

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the condo. That said, some things were harder to find than others - extra blankets and towels only in the middle level bedroom for example. Fireplace remotes did not work, so had to navigate the controls underneath the firebox - not intuitive. Also, parking was a bit of a challenge. If there's snow, you will not be able to see which parking spot is assigned to the unit. Guest parking is also anyone's guess. If there's snow, make sure you have AWD/4WD, or you may not make it to the unit. Additionally, the heating situation is not great. The upper bedroom and the lower bedrooms are cold. In fact, there's a space heater in the master - the owners know it's cold. The middle bedroom, on the other hand, has a vent that breathes fire. No real way to regulate the entire house. There was a broken cover that looked like it was intended to block that vent entirely. There's also a space heater on the main level. Finally, the management office has a ton of rules - most of which are a bit arcane. If you're skiing, don't plan on using the hot tub - it closes at 4:30pm, and is only open six days a week. All that said, we enjoyed the trip, and the price to value was good.

Good just a few flaws

The sheets could have been better quality. They were itchy first day but I washed them and much better. Only ac units in two rooms but was quiet with windows open. Lots of space.

Very nice property in an area close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The house itself was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Kindof close to other houses, so you couldn't be too loud without being heard by everyone.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was ok, nice and great location but lots of stairs and the front porch and deck need maintenance. My issue was arriving to pick up our keys. My mother and I wore our masks and the property management woman greeted us in the hall after using the restroom. She didn’t have a mask which is fine, no issue for us. She put her mask on and gave us a full lecture on why Donald Trump is such an amazing person and said very unprofessional stuff about Biden and Harris calling Harris “camel toe”. Then she asked if we were vaccinated and we told her yes we were both double vaccinated. Then she said “well why are you wearing your mask?” I felt like I was being lectured for a personal decision I made for myself and my family. She went on to tell us why she wasn’t getting vaccinated and gave us a lecture on that. I don’t care either way what people believe about their political or personal reasons for getting or not getting vaccinated. I’m not a Democrat or Republican so none of that made a difference to me. I just thought it was extremely unprofessional and I just wanted the keys so I could run out of there.

Excellent location

Our experience went very well. Property was as expected. management company was excellent. It was very close to casinos and ski resort. Our kids had fun hanging out in the loft and the split level design was perfect. Everyone had their own privacy.

Nice stay

We had a good time in South Lake Tahoe. The house was close to casinos, restaurants and lifts. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with as we had a cable/ internet issue but was able to get someone out the next day. Sleeping arrangement was just right for our group.

Only thing that I would like to see different is to be able to have your parking pass given at the time you pick up the condo packet. Since you can't get into the condo and the HOA closes both at 4, you have to start your vacation by having to get up early and go to the HOA first thing just to get the parking permit. Plus it snowed 5 inches over night and luckily they plowed the road before we had to get down to the HOA.
