Situado en la emblemática esquina de la calle Ángeles con Mateos Gago, en el histórico barrio de Santa Cruz y a pocos metros de la Catedral de Sevilla, este precioso dúplex combina estilo, comodidad y ubicación privilegiada.

En la primera planta encontrarás un salón luminoso y acogedor con zona de comedor y un cómodo sofá cama. Junto a él, una cocina independiente completamente equipada para todas tus necesidades. En esta misma planta se ubica uno de los dormitorios dobles, con dos camas individuales y baño completo con ducha en suite.

En la segunda planta se encuentra el segundo dormitorio, con cama doble y baño completo con ducha en suite. Desde esta habitación se accede a una terraza privada equipada con mobiliario de jardín, un espacio ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del clima sevillano.

Este apartamento es una opción perfecta para quienes desean disfrutar de Sevilla sintiéndose como en casa, con todo el confort y una ubicación inmejorable.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. Great location, spacious with terrace.

The apartment is perfectly located near the Real Alcazar and Cathedral. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms separated by a floor, providing privacy. The living area big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Location, location, location! Steps from the best street for restaurants as well as the cathedral! The apartment is as shown, modern, clean and ample space. I loved the terrace. The host was super and helpful! The only reason for 4 stars for property condition is the elevator was broken the entire time and the key to access the front door of the building is ridiculously difficult. Other than that, perfect!

Incredible location. Off a pedestrian street, so be careful if driving as some of the streets nearby aren’t for cars. So many good restaurants nearby, communication was excellent, right next to the church, apartment has two full baths and a washer. Overall a very authentic Spanish apartment and feel. Cannot recommend more!

This property was a GEM. We stayed here with our 6 and 8 year old and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location was unbelievable and close to everything and it was the perfect haven to come home to and sit on the balcony after the kids went to bed. A dream.

Nice apartment in Seville

The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. It is in a great location, near the Cathedral, Real Alcazar, and tons of tapas restaurants. Although right off of Calle Mateos Gago, which is a main street in the neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We loved wandering through the narrow and twisty streets of the historic neighborhood where the apartment is located.

Wonderful apartment in a fabulous location

We loved our visit to Seville and are so thankful we booked this apartment for the week. We were met by Theresa, who showed us the apartment and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was clean, well appointed and decorated, and was a very comfortable stay for our family of 5. We spent many mornings and evenings relaxing on the terrace. The location is absolutely perfect in the Santa Cruz area of the city and we were able to walk everywhere. We would highly recommend this apartment to any visitors to Seville!

Very nice modern apartment hidden away in the old town

We loved the stay at the apartment. It is very centrally located and is in walking distance to everything in the city center. The A/C and other amenities are modern. No cars can get in to this part of the old town but the cathedral is a short walk and is a good place to catch a cab to get further out since the tram and the metro doesn't really service the city center. I rented a car for a few days and had to park in a garage within a 15 min walk.

Very comfortable for a family of 4. Couldn't be better located for seeing all the sights of Seville. Two minutes to the cathedral. Lots of cafes and restaurants right outside the door, but the apartment is very quiet. In fact you can't even hear the noise on the deck upstairs. Amazing. Came with all the amenities. The neighborhood is the biggest asset

At the last minute we decided to travel to Sevilla for a quick 2 night stay. We are glad that we chose this neighborhood: many tapas bars and authentic feel, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. This apartment worked well for our family of 3 (my husband and I stayed upstairs, daughter stayed in the bedroom down). If it is important to you, this apartment is not stocked with anything other than towels, a small bar of soap and shampoo. (No salt/pepper, no coffee, not even a sponge nor handsoap at the kitchen sink). The apartment itself had a stale smell and did not feel clean (I don't think that the floors had been mopped). Upon check-in, (4pm), the apartment was still being cleaned and we had to wait at the door for someone to arrive to let us in. Again, the apartment was fine for us for 2 nights, but more from a utilitarian way. Given what I know now, I would seek out another place.

Wonderful stay in the center of Seville!

We are two families of 10 people that stayed in Seville in July. We booked two apartments placed in the same building (Mateos Gago Terrace and Mateos Gago II). Our stay was wonderful, the apartments are placed in the heart of the city and the company (Genteel Home) offered us an excellent service. The staff was very helpful for us because Reyes recommended us the best restaurants and places of Seville. Both apartments are totally recommended!

Mateos Gago apartment 16/10/17 to 19/10/17

Perfect location for exploring Seville and surrounded by excellent places to eat and watch the world go by. Within a very short walking distance of the magnificent cathedral. The apartment is well furnished and has all modern amenities. The only downside is that the kettle should be of a regular size and not a one cup capacity! If leaving late on departure day the hotel 'The Bellhop', only 50 metres walk along Calle Angeles, provides excellent storage for bags etc. Nearby taxi rank on Mateos Gago provides excellent service to the train station and local attractions. Would have awarded 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of a good kettle!!!!!!!!

Loved our stay

From the booking process to having to check out (sadly), everything was so easy. The location was perfect for us, right by the Cathedral and there were so many lovely tapas bars to try just moments from the apartment. A few good local shops close by too to grab a few snacks and some orange wine perhaps! We would thoroughly recommend this apartment, it’s very modern and super clean, all the amenities you could need. Absolutely loved having our own space, being surrounded by different nationalities and just escaping into another life, not just being on holiday. Genteel-Home were very thoughtful and easy to deal with, we were met on arrival and shown the apartment as well as being given some little tips to make the most of our time in Seville. Thank you to everyone, we loved it here and hope to return again one day.

Excellent location, clean apartment

The location of this apartment is it's best asset. There was no information inside the apartment. It would have been nice to know where we could dispose rubbish or where the nearest supermarket was located. The kitchen could have been better equipped for example the coffe maker was a cafetière requiring boiled water but the kettle was of travel size holding just one cup of water. I did message the manager a couple of times but had no reply. The arrival procedure is a problem in that you have to telephone when you are 30 minutes away which is very difficult when arriving in the centre of a busy city consequently we didn't phone until we arrived and then had to wait some time to gain entry. I was not allowed to say what time I would arrive prior to arriving. The apartment is very clean and furniture modern.

Déception

Appart super bien situé à quelques pas de la cathédrale. Mais déception quant à la propreté en général : têtes de lit poussiéreuses, intérieur des armoires pas nettoyées et coussins du mobilier de la terrasse sales, plein d'oréoles ! Autre déception : aucune chaîne télé étrangère, tout en espagnol. Dans les salles de bain, pas de poubelle.

Je suis désolé de lire que vous aviez cette impression de l'état de l'appartement, nos propriétés doivent toujours préserver des normes élevées de nettoyage et de préservation et nous avons fixé un rendez-vous avec le personnel de nettoyage pour aborder cette question. Je ne sais pas si il y avait une confusion mais nous n'annonvions pas les chaînes de télévision étrangères dans aucune de nos propriétés; À propos de la poubelle dans les salles de bains, il y en a une dans chacune. Excellent location!

This location in Barrio Santa Cruz cannot be beat! We literally stepped out the door, turned a corner, and had a full view of the Catedral. The Real Alcazar was just a few short blocks away. There many wonderful shops and restaurants on our street and within the surrounding blocks. Even with this central location the apartment was very quiet. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that the apartment felt very used, with many scuff marks on the walls, a broken drawer in one bathroom, and a few areas that hadn't been cleaned well. However, the AC was great, the beds were very comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also handy to be able to do a load of wash. The check-in procedure was very easy and the lady who greeted us was very friendly and informative. We would definitely stay here again!
