Un apartamento encantador, espacioso y decorado con buen gusto (alrededor de 50 m2), con impresionantes vistas al mar, en una ubicación ideal: a solo 1 minuto a pie de la playa de arena y a 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad de Chania y del casco antiguo.
El apartamento tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera / congelador, estufa, horno, cafetera, tostadora, etc., un baño con bañera, dos balcones grandes, uno de ellos con impresionantes vistas al mar, muebles de comedor al aire libre, amplia sala de estar, aire acondicionado. en todo, wifi gratuito, etc.

The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and breakfast spots nearby, along with a few small markets. It’s also just a short distance from old Chania. The beach is close and very easy to walk to. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony with its lovely sea view. The washing machine and convenient drying area on the back balcony were also a big plus. Having an elevator was convenient too. Thanks Stella we really had a great time.

Fantastic

As my wife and I like to stay close to a tourist location but far enough away that we don’t have to deal with the tourist, this location was ideal. The harbor of Chania is approximately 1K away and the apparent is located in a residential area. Additionally, the apartment faces a smaller harbor and the area has plenty of non-tourist seaside restaurants. As we were on the go the nine days we were there, we did not spend much time in the apartment. It did have everything we needed, especially a washing machine, plus some. Parking was tight but nothing horrible. As we live in the mountains, the balcony facing the harbor was outstanding. Suggestion, if you need a vehicle for only a portion of your stay, there is a car rental office nearby that you can rent a car for a day. Warning, the local pastry shops are a killer for your diet :).

Lovely apartment with sea view

The apartment is in a great location, a few minutes from the beach and short walk to the harbour and town. We loved the balcony with table and comfortable chairs and the apartment had everything we needed for 10 days holiday. Thank you Stella, one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Fantastic apartment in Chania

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Seaview apartment. The unit was clean, spacious, modern and well appointed. Michael and Stella were fantastic hosts and were always available to help with any questions or requests. The location of the apartment was very convenient. Under ten minute easy walk to Old town, close to supermarket and very easy for us to park our car on the street outside. If you are planning on staying in Chania i cannot think of a better location or more considerate hosts.

Great view

It is a great location! Close to everything we needed. Not far from Old Town and the Harbor. Many good restaurants that are not a far walk. Once they get the issues corrected with the hot water heater....it will be perfect. The owners were helpful and nice.They even left us juice, water and a bottle of wine and some local treats.

The MOST perfect place to be in Chania!

Stella is a host beyond compare and this apartment is perfect. We were right in the middle of New Hora Beach to the left and the Venetian Harbor to the right. Everything is in walking distance and, as two older ladies, we felt very safe no matter when we were out. Local restaurants serve phenomenal food and have good, fun staff. The apartment is all brand new appliances, nice furniture, and two great balconies. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen equipped for all cooking. Stella gave a great map and showed us how to get around Chania. We spent 5 days in Chania, 5 days in Santorini, and 3 days in Athens. We regret not spending more days on Crete and only maybe 3 days in Santorini, and no days in Athens. Our suitcases were lost and Stella did battle with the airlines for two days to get our suitcases delivered. She became a friend who was always there on the phone. Truly Stella and this apartment were some of the best things about Greece!

The best place to be in Chania, Crete!

Very cute appartment with amazing views to the sea. Clean and with everything that we needed.the location is perfect. Quite area by the beach with lots of restaurants with high quality and cheap fresh sea food. This area is full of locals and you don't feel to be treated as a tourist as happens by the old harbour. The harbour is by 10' walk following the promenade. Stella was really helpful, kind and nice, really friendly. Felt as home all the time. Bus station is 15' walk. If I go back to Crete I will stay same place it's just perfect place, location and host. Beatriz B.W.

A GREAT HOLIDAY IN CHANIA!

We had such a wonderful stay at the seaview apartment! The apartment is very well located, only 10 minutes by walk to reach the old city of Chania. The area is very nice with some good fish restaurants by the sea. Also it is very well equipped and it has a fantastic view! Lina and her husband were very nice and welcoming. They gave us tips for places to visit and restaurants. Lina also left some fruits, cheese, bread and orange juice in the fridge. I would recommend this place at 100%. If we come back to Chania, we will definitely stay there again.

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and elegantly furnished, in an ideal location, by the sandy beach and a short walk along the seaside (5-10 min) from Chania city center and the old town.
The surrounding area is quiet, yet very popular as it maintains its local character. Moreover you can find many shops, supermarkets, traditional restaurants, cafes, etc within 5-10 minutes’ walk.
