What a wonderful vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Place Chalet. Well-appointed kitchen, roomy and comfortable bedrooms, easy check-in, and quick communication from Ryan when we had questions. Great location, just a quick walk to ski shuttles and Main Street.

Great location.

This house was fantastic. Very close to Main Street. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of seating for 8 of us in the family room. House was large enough but felt cozy. Loved the gas fire place! Ryan was very responsive when we had questions.

Breck bound family ski trip

Excellent house and location in Breckenridge. Main Street within walking distance and short drive to the ski lifts. House was as described. We really enjoyed the living room and kitchen/dining areas for our family. Super comfortable house. Will stay here again on our next trip to Breck.

Home on the mountain

The house matches the listing and pictures. The house was plenty big enough for seven adults and our two year old. It was a little cold for us to walk to Main Street this trip, but it would be close enough normally. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation 2023

Beautiful home maintained with what seems to be all original decor. Warm and inviting. Living room is the perfect size for a large family to spend time together. Perfect location. Blocks away from downtown Breck. Reached out with questions and received a prompt response. Would recommmend and would consider staying again if visiting in the future.

Beautiful home & location!

Beautiful home and perfect location for accessing town and the mountain. Only request for the owner would be to have a kitchen garbage can available. All the cans were sized for a bathroom. With 10 people able to stay at the home, we want to make sure we can help keep it clean :)

Great Stay in Breckenridge

Overall, everything was great! The house looks just like it does on-line. We had 3 couples plus 2 children in our group and the bed/bath set-up was perfect for us. We cooked in about half the time and the kitchen had everything we needed.The biggest negative is that it is not convenient for skiing unless you are willing to pay to park closer to the slopes - or have someone in your group who is not skiing and can play chauffer. It is not easy to use the free bus because there is not a direct connection - you have to change busses. And if you are carrying your own gear, it is too far to walk.That being said, we would definitely stay here again and just pay to park.

We did walk to gondola one day but the walk home was a little tiring since it’s mostly up hill. There is a bus stop close but we didn’t want to wait.. although parking at the gondola is only 10 dollars for the day. This quaint house has comfortable beds, awesome hot tub and overall is an amazing house close to town!

Outstanding location, but...

Second time staying here. We had a heat issue with the downstairs bedroom (can't control temp - room over 80 degrees). We suffered through last year and the management company sent a plumber. We tried again this year, but same issue. The maintenance tech that was sent this year tried to brush it off until we told him we were here last year - and the response was "Ya - might be the mixing value, but we'd need a plumber for that". Perfect location but this is effectively a three-bedroom home - bottom bedroom is effectively unusable. We won't be back.

We loved our week in the Lincoln Place Chalet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The seven of us grew up in the same NJ town, but some had not seen each other in over 40 years. Now in our 60s (and one “child” nearing 30), we gathered here in Breck for a week of skiing and camaraderie. The Lincoln Place Chalet turned out to be the perfect venue. The gas stove was a real necessity, as one of our people is an amateur chef, and he directed much of the cooking. There are plenty of pots and pans, tableware, and utensils, but if you’re picky, bring your own knives. There was plenty of seating for our group; we took all our meals together in the dining area. The primary bedroom is enormous; its ensuite has a shower and bath with jets, two sinks, and a separate toilet. All the rooms are well supplied with pillows and towels. The second-floor laundry is handy. No one complained about the beds/mattresses, but the ones in the bunk room are a bit on the hard side.The great room is high-ceilinged with a fireplace, good lighting, and spectacular views. There is a deck on two sides, but we did not go out there as it was snow-covered the whole time. We did use the hot tub; it was clean and hot. One afternoon, sitting in the hot tub, we were visited by a red fox who walked up from the parking area, sat down not six feet away, scratched himself a few times, and wandered off. Another day, we spied a moose while making the short walk from the shuttle. There is parking for four cars and plenty of room to turn around. In the garage, there are racks for your skis. We stored our boots and coats in the garage-level foyer. It gets a bit chilly down there, but radiant heat warms the rest of the house and keeps the floors toasty. We found a good supply of books and games for entertainment. The internet is fast, and the smart TV lets you log in with your regular credentials so you can watch the same stuff you see at home. If you need to work, there’s an office area on the lower level that provide

Look no firther

This house was fully equipped, clean, comfortable mattresses, and a short walk to town. We did walk to the gondola and home one day but it is a little tiring on the way home. Overall, this house was amazing!!

Holiday ski weekend

Our family stayed over President’s weekend and enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for everyone, and walking distance to Main Street. Hot tub worked great. Homey decor was comfortable and cozy, but not modern if you’re looking for a newer home.
