Andreas villa es una villa de lujo de nueva construcción ubicada en el área superior de Daratso, cerca de la playa Agioi Apostoloi y la playa Golden, en la prefectura de Chania, Creta. ¡La Villa está a solo 2 minutos en coche de la playa ya 10 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Chania! Villa está bien equipada, ofreciendo un fantástico alojamiento familiar con todas las comodidades.

La villa consta de 4 dormitorios de diseño moderno y 3 baños, uno de ellos en el dormitorio principal. También en el área de la oficina hay una cama individual. Hay una amplia sala de estar con televisión por satélite y una cocina abierta y dos comedores. ¡Villa Andreas tiene grandes terrazas con vistas panorámicas sobre la bahía de Agioi Apostoloi y la playa Dorada y la ciudad de chania! ¡El amanecer y el atardecer también son espectaculares! La villa tiene barbacoa, una piscina privada muy moderna y grande con tumbonas y umbrelas muy cómodas.

True Greek hospitality at its very best!

What a wonderful holiday. Andreas and Georgia couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our time in Chania, from initial booking enquiries to our time spent in the villa nothing was too much trouble. Efcharisto poli and we hope to visit you again.

A beautiful villa just outside Chania.

We were greeted by Georgia, a most gracious and helpful host. The villa was perfect for our group of 7 women. Gorgeous, spacious , clean and private. The village centre with a taverna, a mini mart and the bus stop was within walking distance. While a car rental would have made getting around easier, we relied on public transit to go to the old town. It was quick with no transfers required. Georgia arranged our shuttles and taxis for other excursions and our driver George was very helpful. The pool was lovely with enough room and lounge chairs for the seven of us. We made friends with some local cats and loved the olive trees, figs and roosters on the nearby properties. A beautiful private place to stay, away from the crowds with gorgeous vistas from the decks and poolside.

Great villa in lovely part of Crete with perfect hosts

Had an amazing couple of weeks in Chania in a lovely modern villa which was perfect for our stay. The villa is located on the top of a hill with gorgeous views which also generates a decent amount of breeze making the hot days bearable. There is also lots of shade around the pool area for those not wanting to see too much sun. The villa is kitted out with lots of modern equipment , the beds comfortable, there is air con in every room and lots of towels for the pool. It’s located around 10mins drive from the old town but we spent most evenings walking into the location village which is a 20min walk, by the beach which has an abundance of great restaurants. Andreas and Georgia are the most perfect hosts, always available but never intrusive and they helped us hire a car and gave lots of recommendations on places to see. In all my years of staying in villas they are without doubt the most friendly and helpful people who did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommended staying here and would definitely stay here again if we revisit Chania

Extremely accommodating

Our hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful in explaining the area. The hosts made sure we were taken care of and helped us navigate the city. We cannot recommend this place enough! It was one of our favorite parts of staying in Crete!

Guter Startpunkt zu Ausflügen

Das Objekt befindet sich unweit zu den Schnellstraßen und ist auf einem Hügel mit schöner Aussicht auf Chania ruhig gelegen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist persönlich und unkompliziert. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise schlecht geplant. Beispielsweise ist das Bad im UG mit der Duschwanne so knapp bemessen, das das WC mit geduscht und nass wird. Teilweise schließen die Kleiderschranktüren und -schubladen nur zusammen. Das Alles tut aber einen Urlaub in dieser Gegend keinen Abbruch. Ein Aufenthalt in der Villa Andreas ist aufgrund des großzügigen Baus mit viel Luft und Raum empfehlenswert.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Andreas. Plenty of space, clean, everything we needed was provided. Shop and taverna within 5 minutes walking distance and main town with shops, bars and restaurants a short drive away. The pool was lovely and the views from the balconies stunning. Excellent communication with Georgia our host. We would love to return again one day.

Très belle maison, spacieuse, confortable et bien décorée. Superbe piscine et jolie vue. Emplacement idéal pour les visites et proche de très bonnes tavernes. The highlight of our vacation!

The time we spent at Andreas Villa was the best time we spent during our whole vacation in Greece, the villa is very spacious and beautifully designed and is impeccably clean, but what made our stay memorable was the hospitality of our hosts, especially Georgia who went out of her way to make us feel at home. She was very patient with our inquiries even before we arrived and then it was all the little things that made our stay special, such as making sure the closest supermarket would stay open late for us as we were technically in Crete before the official season and helping us finding the best places nearby for take-away and dining in. The location on Google Maps is accurate, and you can easily find the villa. All the amenities were provided, but note that the washing machine has a long wash cycle so don't use it at night as it can get loud. The location is perfect for day trips to Elafonisi, Iraklion (Knossos) and to see Chania and the wineries in the area. The only downside of Andreas Villa is that you feel like staying in instead of going out to see Chania because it's quintessentially a home away from home. I highly recommend it and am looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful Villa

This was our first stay in Crete and Villa Andreas was a beautiful villa well sited to enable us to visit places of interest around us. Andreas and Geogia the owners were so helpful and welcoming. They regularly checked that we were ok which was so reassuring. We will definitely be going back again.

Traumvilla mit sehr guter Betreuung

Die Villa Andreas ist eine moderne Traumvilla auf Kreta im Aussenbezirk von Chania. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber . Es fehlte an nichts. Sogar Obst, Wein, eigenes Olivenöl und viele Gewürze standen für uns bereit. Da wir Anfang März sehr schönes Wetter hatten konnten wir uns viel im Aussenbereich (auch der Pool und die Liegen waren schon hergerichtet, was nicht überall im März der Fall ist) aufhalten. Der Bereich war sehr gepflegt, aber schlicht. Die Betreuung von Geogia war einmalig. Wir konnten uns zu jeder Zeit melden. Wie vier Frauen haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

My name is Andreas, i live and work in the beautiful Chania of Crete as a DJ! I would say that music is and will be my everlasting love! The villa was built in 2013 and from 2014 it operates as a tourist accommodation. The fact that i live in Chania gives me the ability to be always at the disposal of my guests and provide them with useful and relevant information. I am sure that the villa will amaze you and i hope that you will hear the same music in your head, as i hear, when i gaze the magical view that it offers!
