Great stay. We had a couple hiccups but they were immediately responsive and fixed the issue.

Great place to stay at!!

This house is amazing everything was clean, nice and cozy. We didn't want to leave! we couldn't find a better place to stay during our spring break vacation in San Antonio. Highly recommended!!

Family Friendly Home

Our family had plenty of room for sleeping, cooking, hanging out, and dining. The neighborhood is animal friendly so it's a great place for walking our dogs. There is a gap in the gate so be sure to inquire if that is fixed otherwise we secured it with ratchet straps during our stay. The listing mentions a pool; we looked all through the neighborhood and never found one. The beds are super comfortable. The set table was really welcoming for meals for 6 people. There were a lot of pantry items available to assist with prepping our meals. We added some hot cocoa packs to the pantry. There is a helper taking care of the property who responded almost immediately to some questions we had. It's a great house!

Decent. Dated. Roaches

Roaches our first night. Dead roaches in bottom of fridge. Contacted manager of the problem and they wanted roof in pictures and after sending proof they had the pest control come out. Not once but 3 times in a three week period. We stayed a little under two months and saw roaches the our entire stay even though pest control helps it didn’t get rid of all of them. Not from the area so we had little options of leaving and finding another place to stay plus i had my family with me. Managers were nice enough but still the biggest issue was the roaches.

our month

The layout was interested in the decor was cute. We were very glad to have use of the garage because we had bikes. we did have a couple of safety concerns. The dishwasher was not mounted to the countertop and fell forward as you try to load it. There is a missing electrical plate which concerned us when our grandson visited. The table by the grill was so rusted that when we lifted it to move it we were afraid of getting cut by the rusty loose metal. The exterior sliding glass door handle was broken off making it difficult to use the side patio. We were grateful that the property manager was on top of things.

Our fave place to stay !!

We lived in Short term type places for over a year during pandemic as we sold our house & moved just prior to everything changing & this was by far our favorite place to stay & we would've stayed longer if we didn't have to move to Austin. It's much larger than the pictures reveal & so many extras really make it feel like home !! Highest recommendation !!

So much room!

We had a great stay just before Christmas with our family of 4. The pictures do not do this property justice in terms of size. We were very pleased. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond with one small issue we had during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Great Property, Great Owner, Great Property Assistant

My husband, myself and our 2 small dogs came down for a lil mini vacation in San Antonio and stayed at this property. The home is lovely and conveniently located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The home was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, the yard well maintained, lovely linens in all the bedrooms. This home is very spacious and was more than enough for just the two of us. Astin was always very prompt to reply to my corrospondances with her. Elvia, Astin’s assistant was quick to reply as well. Elvia made sure to let us know of a water issue in the neighborhood which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in San Antonio.

Graduation from BMT visit

We had a wonderful time at this very cozy home.we came in for our daughters graduation from BMT. Elvie was a great host and very attentive to needs. She ensured the house was ready for arrival and stayed in touch with us to ensure the visit was going well and we didn’t need anything. The house has a nice backyard with 2 sitting areas. The neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely rent this place again when we come in to visit our daughter while she goes they tech school at lackland!

The house is very spacious, homey, & comfortable.

We were a little sceptical when we 1st entered the neighborhood, but the house proved to be very comfortable with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The proximity to all the major attractions was a huge plus. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

Looks were deceiving from the outside, but once you enter the home it is spacious, well kept, and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and Astin's assistant was so gracious. I would give it 5 stars but there were some issues with the water in the master bath. It was either too hot or too cold. There was also a smell in the fridge (fish) that was terrible. It was clean and nothing was left in there so why it smelled so bad was a mystery. All in all it is a great home!

Awesome place to hang out

Great location. Hosts were perfect. Only thing that doesn't give this place a 5 star is the outside doesn't look as appealing. I would say the place should have a grill too. Other than that we loved it. Thanks.

AMAZING/RELAXING/BEAUTIFUL

Million times better than staying in a hotel. It is a beautiful home and If you are looking for a place to spend quality family time, this place really provided that!! Astin made the process super easy. There are plenty of spaces for relaxing, the beds were super comfy. The location is very close to Fiesta Texas. We had a weekend stay 7/22-24/2016 and we created forever family memories there! Thank you so much Astin!!! We will definitely come back!

Comfortable stay out of town

Our family visited SeaWorld and had a very comfortable weekend at this property. It was just as described in the listing and we felt like we were at home with everything we could have needed. Beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean and in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and grocery stores. Astin was great to work with and very attentive. I have already told so many people about our stay and will continue. We had a great stay!

Great House

Exceeded my expectations

The property was exactly as it was described on the website. There's was plenty of room for my family of 5, my in-laws and my parents. Our friends who stayed in a nearby hotel were envious of our accommodations. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. The house was very neat and clean. Communication with Astin was amazing, quick responses and very informative. She made sure we made it safely and that we were satisfied with the property. Even after our visit, Astin continued to respond to me in a very timely manner and addressed my concern immediately. My out of town family was very impressed worth this experience. I will definitely use this website again and choose more of Astin's properties in the future.

Spectacular

This neighborhood is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves. Greet each other and watch out for each other's property. Family oriented. I love that it is only one mile away from Loop 1604 which is easy access to the HEB Plus store for grocery shopping, surrounding restaurants, and movie theaters. La Cantera shopping mall is close by and well at the UTSA grounds. There is so much to do in San Antonio and this is a perfect quiet neighborhood close to all this excitement.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes this house unique, that would be the two living areas. One is the front area of the house and the other in the back part of the house. Have the children play their games in front and family time in the back living area all spread around the cozy sectional sofa.
