Could have been better

The views of the ocean were amazing and being able to just walk right out to the beach was what made this condo worth it. It was outdated, the door handles on every door fell off as we opened them, it had a damp smell and the ceilings and walls were stained and damaged and in need of repair or paint, overall we wouldn’t stay again because it didn’t feel cozy or truly clean.

Needs Some TLC

We always look for units similar to this one and usually find a hidden gem. The location and beach access were great. The unit was clean and ready to go at check in. The photos in the listing do not fully show what is needed for this unit. The living area and eating area are large and comfortable. The bathroom is very tiny and so is the bedroom. The owner has way too many personal items on the storage shelves in the bunk area the the bedroom closet. So much stuff there was no room to put our personal belongings. The unit is in need of some upgrades, paint, shower, kitchen, refrigerator, tv etc. It's not a bad unit, but it could be a great unit with some TLC, Upgrades and the clutter removed. I would stay again in this area as we had a great time and spend most of our time at the beach and going out at night.

Perfect location!

We loved our week away and loved our stay here. I was a little worried staying on the ground floor level because I love ocean views from a balcony, but this was even better because the place is so high up on the dune! It’s like you have a balcony view all the time, PLUS you can walk right out your back door and head straight to the beach. It was like the beach was our backyard for the whole week. Perfect quiet location. Condo was great and had everything we needed. Property manager was easy to contact by text if needed, but we had zero issues during our stay. We will be back.

Amazing View

This condo was well appointed and the view is just amazing! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach chairs included is a wonderful perk. The communication with the 30A VACA was stellar. These condos are a little older, but you can’t get a view or a place closer to the beach anywhere else. This was our 12th year vacationing in the area and this condo can’t be beat!

Annual Beach Trip

Great Location. Views of beach and ocean are fantastic. Condo kitchen well stocked for cooking. Space and furnishings are A little dated, yet still enjoyable enough. Master bed comfy. Bunk beds are not comfy. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay.

Sunset Bonanza

This was our second stay at BMV4B Nearing the end of the season there were a couple of very minor issues with the property that were “toilet handled” very promptly! Everything else was as expected and nice Nice bed, nice kitchen with a couple of new appliances this time, very nice sitting area. Then you get to the really good part. We witnessed gorgeous sunsets every evening on the ocean facing patio. Perfect for two!

Can’t beat the location!!

Our check in stated after 5 which ended up being closer to 6. The cleaning company, who did a less than stellar job, was still inside cleaning at 5:45. However, we had to be prompt on checkout or pay a late fee. The entrance to the unit needs to be cleaned as it is not very welcoming. We thought the original vrbo link said there was a pullout couch but there wasn’t. Adults slept on the bunks. We loved the beautiful view and the location is steps to the private beach. No walking across the street which we thoroughly enjoyed. That made up for the negative marks. It is an older unit with only one dresser for clothes. There were too many decorative pillows which were stored in the closet with many other things taking up space to put our things. We lived out of our luggage for the week, but again the view and proximity to the beach made up for it. We would rent at this location again. .

Blue Mountain Beach

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. We absolutely LOVED the location! Right on the beach! You couldn’t ask for more! Close enough to restaurants and other attractions, without being in a high traffic spot. The condo itself could use some updating. It was clean, but the ceiling looked like it had suffered som water damage. Part of the ceiling is smooth. And part is popcorn. All of the air vents were filthy. I feel like they are planning some improvements as some workers were in measuring the countertops and cabinets when we were there. All in all, it was a marvelous honeymoon. So much so that we added an additional night to our stay! The communication with the property manager was fantastic! We hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful trip

This property was great for our needs. The bunk beds were really nice for our teenagers and I was worried about them being too big for them, but they weren’t. The view is gorgeous and can walk to lots of places. It was a fantastic trip.
