Los buenos momentos y los días felices serán su recuerdo de esta espaciosa casa de varios niveles. El nivel del suelo tiene estacionamiento cubierto para 2-3 autos, y luego estacionamiento descubierto para 2-3 más. También hay una ducha al aire libre, ¡perfecta para después de la playa! El primer piso sobre el estacionamiento tiene 3 dormitorios. Una habitación para niños con dos gemelos, un dormitorio de invitados con una cama matrimonial y un dormitorio principal con una cama king. Hay un baño completo en el pasillo para las dos habitaciones de invitados y un baño privado completo en la habitación principal.

Subiendo un nivel tiene la sala de estar principal con una cocina completa, una gran mesa de comedor y una sala de estar abierta con un televisor de pantalla plana. Gilmore Family Wedding in a Frat house

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nothing we expected. It looked like a fraternity house. The furniture was old and the love seat had a hole in it. Definitely not a place for a family with young children and grandparents!

The perfect place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented a home for the week around July 4th at Wrightsville for 15 years. This is the first time we have rented from Intracoastal and I will hopefully only rent from them in the future. They were very friendly, responsive and pleasant to work with. The home is perfect for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances all work wonderfully. The rooms are well appointed and the areas are spacious. The only thing I would change is to add furniture on the outdoor decks. The one rocking chair was a little old and needs to be replaced.

A 14 day stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location was great and management was professional, I felt the house was very outdated. The furniture was old and looked dirty, the curtains were old and looked terrible, there were roaches which I hadn’t experienced at any other home I have rented in Wrightsville before, and no elevator which was problematic for my elderly parents. There was signs of water damage on the ceilings and on the floor moldings. Since the stairway was poorly lit and carpet was slippery due to poor quality, my 78 yr old mother fell twice. Overall, the stay was okay but for the costs, I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. Additionally, I feel Intracoastal could have done a better job of identifying that this unit may have not been the best fit for a group with elderly parents, a 2 yr old, and 4 yr old.

We hoped while you were here, we addressed every concern that was brought to our attention. In the spring of this year all the carpets in the home were replaced and the home was newly painted. Our website showcases our homes in very real conditions and nowhere on the site does it mention the use of an elevator in the home. If that was an issue for your family, we would have hoped you would have mentioned it during the booking process so we could have found a home more suitable to your needs. Roaches love this place and plant growing in drain.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a nice house and could be a great rental place to stay however the owner clearly does not give it the TLC it needs. The yard is disgusting, not mowed or taken care of, the air conditioning condensation drain poured out into the carport area and the outside shower area is dated, and gross. These factors contributed to the infestation of large roaches that loved to hang out on this property. I personally bought a can of raid and killed over 60 reaches the first 3 nights and that included 5 that came into the house. (Yes I counted my kills). The second floor bathroom sink drain had a bean sprout growing up through the drain. Many kitchen cabinets are broken and the fridge is missing shelves and brackets so its hard to load up groceries since there is no where to put them in the fridge. If a little TLC was given to the upkeep this would be a nice vacation spot, until then I will be looking elsewhere.

Will forward these items to maintenance, we had an excessive amount of rain the week before, which contributed to the carport flooding. Nothing we can do about the yard if it's raining unfortunately. The palmetto bugs are unfortunately very prevalent in this area, but we try to spray for them and will continue to. -MKR 8/15/13

Great location - responsive staff

The kitchen stove and air conditioning had issues but the Intercoastal Staff was very responsive. Short walk to the beach was manageable. Probably the best feature was the upstairs suite which provided a separated space for one family though the a/c unit did not work well up there. We did see some of the large cockroaches but I understand those are very common in that area. House was as clean as most rentals. I would recommend this house, but not for any foodies who really like to cook.

The only thing that has been updated in the house since the 70s is the AC thermostat, which had to be set remotely, big negative. This along with uninsulated glass doors on the western side of the house, left the upstairs floors very warm, the top floor bedroom was to hot to sleep in. The house was a little dirty when we got there, garbage cans outside were overflowing, but Intercostal was very responsive to the garbage situation got it cleaned up the next morning .

Only positive is the location

The location of the house is amazing. However, the air conditioning for the upper level bedrooms does not work, bathroom downstairs had a sink that did not work, furniture was broken, rain came in the door frames and the fireplace, overall condition was not how it was advertised and there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The original house we had booked for this stay flooded earlier this year, causing us the need to find a new home. Intracostal was great to work with for that, they reached out let me know the issue and helped me find another property that would fit my needs. The issue was the house we ended up booking. This place was a dump - nothing like the pictures. We saw multiple (large) cockroaches during our stay, the railing fell off when people attempted to use it, multiple doors had holes in them, the toilets needed replaced, the shower basically broke when you tried to use it, the porch light was disconnected with exposed wires just sitting on a bench, loose wires ran across the door in the one bedroom, the furniture was falling apart and overall it just felt extremely dirty - furniture included. I mean this place was a nightmare. Overall, Intracostal was great to work with, but I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Bachelorette Weekend

It was seriously the perfect weekend. It was so nice to have everyone all together in the same house and have a place we could all hang out together without having to drive around much. It was a very short walk to the beach which was convenient and great. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend and a better place to stay for the weekend! Thank you so much!

The window treatment in the master bedroom needs replacing. It doesn't shield the noise from the street or the light. There needs to be some deck furniture... The one lounge chair was broken. And there needs to be better pest control in and out especially in the front area near the outside shower. M

Unprofessional and rude staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff are control freaks and cometely inflexible. The house came with absolutely nothing. The pull out couches were all broken, so there weren't enought places for people to sleep.
