Esta cabaña clásica en el codiciado South End tiene todo el encanto y todas las comodidades actualizadas para que su estadía sea perfecta. Los televisores de pantalla plana se encuentran en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones.
Comience y termine sus días en el gran porche delantero donde puede balancearse mientras observa a su familia regresar de la playa en el acceso directamente al otro lado de la calle. Beautiful home in a perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated! The house is right across from the beach on the South End which is a great area for surfing. The Oceanic is across the street as well and South End Surf Shop and Sundays Cafe are right down the street. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The rental company was easy to work with. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Fantastic Stay

Awesome place to stay when visiting NC. We loved being just steps away from the beach and in short driving range of everything Wilmington and Wrightsville have to offer. The unit was very clean and well decorated and stocked. Would highly recommend. Thanks!

Enjoyed everything about this property!

We have rented many properties on Wrightsville Beach and I must say Ryan's Retreat was perfect. The location was really convenient to the beach and the local coffee shop, Sundays. The property was very well maintained, clean and very well appointed. Our favorite part of the rental was the covered deck with ocean breezes and views. We will definitely visit again.

Stellar location, well stocked, beautiful upper level duplex.

We watched a rainbow over the ocean from the porch, as soon as we arrived. The door was coded so we could go right in and unpack. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish and accessory we could want. Basic seasonings were in the pantry along with starter dish soap, pods, sponge, dishtowels etc. There are two large bedrooms with linens provided and adequate storage. The washer and dryer is in the hall closet (bring along some detergent if you plan to wash clothes). The master bath with walk~in closet was huge and completely renovated. The walkway to the beach is across the street from the house, and the walkway to the sound (where we watched the sunset at night) runs along the side of the house next door. When we weren't on the beach or in the boat, we were at Tower 7 or the Oceanic eating. We had coffee on the front porch every morning. The location cannot be matched. If you are a walker or runner, this place is perfect for you. Bring your bicycles. Everyone bikes to their destinations on the island. Bring your beach towels and sunscreen. There is an outside shower downstairs. (Note:This duplex is on the second floor and there are many steps to access it.) Ryan's Retreat is a beautiful rental and we hope to come back again. It's obvious that the hosts decorated and equipped it with their guest's comfort in mind. The representatives at Intracoastal Realty were very helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to stay there again!

The location was awesome. Property was beautiful. NOTE: Your property description needs to be updated. It had no jacuzzi bathtub and no view of the bay from the stairs. We will be back!

Amenities and appliances were fantastic. We stayed for the Ironman event and exercising locations are very peaceful for running and cycling. Short walk across the street to beach. Great restaurants and local pubs, even an amazing winery very close to the rental. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful also. I can’t say amazing enough, will definitely stay there again if ever in the area!

As we do every year, we came to Wrightsville with 73 of our family members and of the 10 houses rented we were honestly most impressed with Ryan’s Retreat. Clean, updated, well kept and accommodating. We are hopeful about returning in 2022!

Previously we have stayed on the beach front and in a slightly larger property b/c we vacationed with friends. the past two years it has just been the four of us. so this property is a good size. though not on the beach it is very convenient and quiet even though it is across from the surf motel.

We cooked most nights at the house and the kitchen had everything you needed. Beach was right across the street and so convenient, especially when you travel with 2 small children. Neighbors downstairs were super friendly. We will definitely be staying at Ryan's Retreat again.

Nice and comfy!

Nice little place. Worked great for our group. Parking was a challenge. Had a full size pickup and the people below us double width parked and made it extremely frustrating and hard to get a large vehicle in-and-out at times. Other than that it was great place.

Bathrooms were nice size and also had hair dryers! Furniture all very clean and comfortable. Lower tenants very sweet and helpful. Plenty of space for our family of 5! Easy quick access to the beach and right next to oceanic pier. Thank you and shout out to the terrific staff at intracoastal rentals for helping us so much!
