Dear Susan I'm sorry about your disappointment but I'd lik to point out 1. I wrote several time in the flat description that the flat it is at 2nd floor...and my flat at 2nd floor it's the first one. I tried to call you many time your arrival day exactly to know if you needed anything but the number you put on home away platform is wrong, I staid awake utili 2am that night because I was afraid you need something (I wrote you at 23.52 as you can see because I could not reach by phone) 2.In 3 years of hosting noone asked me instruction for tv or cooker...are so basic... if you had some problem you could ask, as you did for bath 3. the kitchen is perfectly working (not new but full equipped) It's as showed in the picture, I wrote in home description "This is our historical mountains home since 1962" that means it not a brand new home 4. My cleaning woman told me that the flat were literally "a disaster"... so I allowed myself to ask an additional fee for cleaning, that at the end I didn't really do. I'm quite sorry that after 20 days you came back you wrote such an unpleasant reviews that I do not think it is the picture of your staying. very very sorry. I do all my best to welcome guests, to pay attention to every needs. I know that the lady that help me to manage home is very precise and efficient in order to provide comfortable holidays
