Perfect

This apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Venice. It was easy to find with Stefano's help. We enjoyed the sunny living room, dining room and kitchen area. Everything was clean and comfortable. We found it easy to get to the vaporetto stops, grocery store and affordable good restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment.

Overall a nice apartment. Great location for getting around the city. Clean and relatively confortable. The kitchen is not set up for any real cooking. But it's enough to make a cup of coffee.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit toller Ferienwohnung

Rossella ist sehr nett. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ferienwohnung fanden wir sauber und wie im Inserat beschrieben vor. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Auch die spätere Abreise war unkompliziert, denn unser Zug ging erst am Abend und wir hätten früh sonst das Haus verlassen müssen. Bei Fragen hätten wir Rossella jederzeit kontaktieren können. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der Nähe einer Vaporetto- Haltestelle und zu Fuß kann man auch alles erreichen, wohin einen die Füße tragen. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Wohnung- zentral gelegen

Wir waren von Ende Oktober 2019 zehn Tage lang in Rosallas schöner Wohnung. Die Eigentümerin hatte sich schon vor unserer Anreise und zur Ankunft gut beraten. Auch die Geste für abends anreisende Gäste etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken bereitzustellen hat uns positiv beeindruckt. Die Wohnung, zentral gelegen, ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um schnell zu Venedigs touristischen Höhepunkten zu kommen. Die 2 Ledercouchen im Wohnzimmer sind ideal, um sich nach anstrengender Stadtbesichtigung auszuruhen. Auch die Schlafzimmer, die zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen sind, sorgten für eine gute Nachtruhe. In einer so quirligen Stadt bestimmt nicht überall gewährleistet. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Möglichkeit an kalten Tagen heizen zu können. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und ebenfalls ideal ein Lebensmittelladen( Co-op) Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Nice quiet apartment

Rossella was easy to communicate with and did her best to check in with me daily. Very nicely furnished apartment in a quiet location close to vaporetto stop for Burano and Murano. Self check-in went smoothly as I used Google to get directions. Enjoyed outdoor dining at nearby Combo restaurant. Bell'appartamento situato in un quartiere tranquillo. Grazie, Rossella!

Typical Venetian flat.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people to explore Venice. It is very close to the water bus stop making it easy to access the airport and once in the apartment you can access all parts of Venice in a maximum of 30 minutes walk. Although close to everything you can need eg nearest supermarket is 300m and nearest restaurant is about 30m. You are away from the main tourist area.

Superbe séjour à Venise, très beau temps et appartement bien situé, à proximité des vaporetto pour l’aéroport et du centre de Venise tout en étant dans une calle très calme. POUR DES VACANCES IDYLLIQUES A VENISE EN TOUTES SAISONS, C'EST L'APPARTEMENT QU'IL FAUT CHOISIR!

C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne chez Rossella avec ma famille et j'apprécie son appartement chaque fois davantage. Outre le fait qu'il soit idéalement situé, tout près des différents embarcadères , de la Ca' d'Oro, du Rialto et de son marché, de toutes les sortes de magasins qu'on puisse rêver, il garantit l'intimité grâce à ses deux unités de repos bien distinctes, comportant chacune une pièce et des wc indépendants. L'ensemble est douillet et bien chauffé en hiver, autant qu'il peut être agréable en d'autres saisons. L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux, tous les arrangements sont pris pour que l'arrivée et le départ se passent dans les meilleures conditions . C'est simple, après une absence, on retrouve toujours Rossella avec autant de plaisir et je me promets bien de faire connaître son appartement à bien d'autres de mes proches et de mes amis!

Nothing like being personnally welcomed by an owne

Unfortunately, due to a problem of water, we could not stay in Rossella's apartment. But the owner found us another place to stay which was absolutely satisfactory. My complaint has more to do with the whole system: I had expected to be welcomed by the owner or to see him or her at least once. However, I was put in touch first with Stefano - whom I learned takes care of more than 30 apartments in Venice on behalf of owners who can't or don't want to do it themselves - then with another person (for the apartment we finally stayed in), who was very kind - but was Sri Lanken, hence knew neither Italian or English very well nor, more importantly, was in a position to give us any of the insider tips I would have liked to have from a local owner. In the future I would like to know if am welcomed by an agency or by the owner himself in order to by able to privilege the latter.

Affordable stay in residential neighborhood

Very specious apartment in quiet residential neighborhood. We loved internal decor and tall cellings. It was very handy to have a washer in the unit. There was good local restaurant on the same street we lived. Coop grocery store and a fruit stand was few minutes away. Rialto bridge was 5min away by walking and Piazza Marco about 15min away. WiFi worked well. No AC but the apartment has windows on both sides of the building so breeze was nice. Beware of mosquitoes though.

Convenient Location!

We have a large family and rented 2 separate apartments while in Venezia. This 2 bedroom apartment is the one closer to all major sites, as my 80-year old mom was travelling with us, and cannot walk too far. Out unit was on the 3rd floor. As long as your family members can walk up and down the stairs (no elevator), they should find this location very convenient. It's close to F. te Nove water taxi port, and is very quite, about 10 minutes away from all the fuss. The only pet peeve is that Google Map doesn't help to locate the site by the street number. You will have to make sure that Stefano is there to meet you and guide you. As far the apartment, I thought that it is spacious for Venezia, perfect for 4 people. It's clean, well equipped and decorated. It was very breezy with all the windows open. (In addition due to my mishap, we arrived much later (about 10 pm)than earlier announced. Stefano stayed late to check us in. Thanks!)

Echanges en francais avec la propriétaire Rossella et accueil sur place avec Stephano impeccable L appartement est relativement grand et bien equipe, literie confortable, piece principale assez grande pour quatre Et surtout endroit tres calme Situation ideale en venant de l'aeroport : juste a cote de l arret du bateau alilaguna arret fondamente nuove Ensuite 10 minutes du pont du rialto et 15 minutes de la place saint marc a pied Bon a savoir : oriente plein sud donc tres lumineux et donc tres chaud en ete Les ventilateurs fournis ont bien du mal a compenser la chaleur, je recommanderais plutot cet appartement hors juillet aout pour ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur Merci beaucoup a Rosella

Perfect Apartment!

We loved the 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom apartment we rented from Rossella. It was perfect for a family of 4. The neighborhood felt very authentic and not touristy (it was even across the street from a school). It was very close to restuarants, cafes, a grocery store and shops, as well as the water taxi stops. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Even though it did not have air-conditioning it was very breezy with all the windows open. Stefano met us at the water taxi stop and assisted us with locating the apartment and nearby amenities. He even walked us to a cell phone store to get a sim card and waited for us to make sure we could find the apartment again:) I highly recommend this property and Rossella and Stefano!

Great choice for a place to stay in Venice

As everone has mentioned, the apartment is very conveniently located near a vaporetto stop so it was easy to get to from the airport. We had a bit of trouble communicating with Stefano but finally connected and he walked us to the apartment. Other than that I found him to be pretty curt and not helpful with follow on questions. That said, we had a wonderful visit and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was quiet and yet still within walking distance from everything we needed and the sights we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend it to others. Be warned that if you are 2 couples, as we were, someone has to sleep in the bunk beds, but they were comfortable. It was great for the price!

Fantastic spot

This apartment was wonderful! A simple boat ride from the airport (blue line to New Foundations), and you are there in 5 minutes' walk. Stefano graciously met us at the boat and walked us to the apartment. It is close to all the action of Venice while being tucked away on a quiet residential street. All amenities are in the apartment, and it is beautiful and bright and clean. Heat works well. Totally relaxing. Two blocks to groceries, veggie stand, wine bar, etc. We stayed here as a family of four and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the 'kids' room'. Rosella was lovely to deal with. One caution to type A travellers like myself - she is relaxed and shy on details before you arrive. I had to just trust and let things unfold at the last minute, which they did without a hitch. You won't be disappointed with this lovely apartment.

Charmant appartement traversant, séjour du côté vivant et ensoleillé, donnant sur l'espace arboré d'un jardin d'enfants, chambres calmes du côté ombre, laissant percevoir le clapot du canal voisin quand on s'endort, que demander de plus ? A 250 m de la station de vaporetto qui vous amène de l'aéroport et vous conduit à toutes les îles, dix minutes de marche du grand canal pour accéder à toutes les destinations, l'emplacement est idéal. Agencés avec goût, les lieux permettent de faire la cuisine, de laver le linge et de le sécher "à la vénitienne", mais j'avoue que la proximité d'une multitude de petits restaurants, d'osterie, et autres endroits de gourmandise m'ont rendue paresseuse. Bref, un point d'ancrage parfait pour une parenthèse de "dolce vita" et de farniente... dont je me promets bien de profiter à nouveau!

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e ben gestito, unica pecca la toilette un po' stretta,ma nell'insieme abbiamo passato un bellissimo fine settimana, l'appartamento è vicino piazza San marco e fondamento nuove comodo per prendere battelli per visitare Murano e burano.

Wir haben dort 4 Nächte verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben: geräumig, sauber und gut gelegen - zentral genug, um zu Fuß alles gut erreichen zu können, aber nicht zu dicht an den großen Touristenströmen. Frank
