Great view to the ocean, very well furnished and clean apartment. Super easy parking during our stay. Inly 4-6 minutes walk to the white sand beaches.

Good location with gulf view and access to beach in close proximity. Comfortable stay for four adults. Living furniture needs updating and a few minor things need to be attended, i.e., working batteries for remote controls, repair of torchiere living room lamp, balcony door lock and balcony light fixture repair or replacement. These were reported to property management.Pool is too cool to cold due to mostly shaded location.

Our stay at the property was wonderful. Everything was nice and clean, the balcony was had just gorgeous views. We are very close to the beach and to restaurants.

The Perfect View

We had the most amazing week in this condo. The location is perfect and the view is phenomenal. ❤️ We will definitely be returning. We really enjoyed how close this condo was to activities on the island. The view from the balcony is just stunning although I preferred the view from inside due to the road noise. The condo was well equipped, well maintained, and clean. No complaints - I just can’t wait to come back. Check-in and out were a breeze and I appreciated the gifts provided by the property management company.

Very easy to reserve first off. Then when we go there the staff was wonderful. The condo was so easy to find. AND THEN.... the view. we spent alot of time on the balcony. So peaceful. Rooms were big, space was clean. It was nice to go to Publix and cook from the condo. Best spot to see sunrise was right on the beach. Others in the hotel were friendly. Try the Shrimp Basket for dinner and also Peg Leg. Pete's Restaurant. Things to know - you do have to walk in sand (deep sand) to get to the shoreline.

Reviewer Comments: The Condo was very nice, everything clean, beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I did not like and wasn't aware of is you can't cross the road and go directly across the condo to the beach. I like to watch my older children from the balcony and the beach access was a walk down the road with all the stuff we have to take, then walk across the beach to get back in front of the condo. Not very convenient. Would book somewhere else with this company thought. The people are very nice.

Christmas on the Gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was great & condo overall was lovely. Very clean. But we did lose hot water for our showers at night, actually cold 3 of the nights. Owners need to upgrade water heater. No toilet paper roll holder in first bathroom. Shower tile chipping in 2nd bathroom. BR tv's were not user friendly. Altho this was out of owner control, there was pounding and drilling going on in other units at different times during the day for 6 days. Not pleasant to listen to when confined to condo due to cold/wet weather.

Reviewer Comments: We had some last-minute changes to our vacation dates and luckily, Paradise Coastal Realty was able to accommodate this at no additional charge. When we arrived for our fall break getaway we were pleased to see that our condo unit was clean and the layout and furnishings were as advertised. The view from this unit is wonderful and the balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the family room. A couple of things for future guests to note: the toilets flush quite loudly (any late-night restroom breaks will likely wake others!), the master bathroom door is not completely private; it's frosted glass (something to be aware of depending on who you're traveling with). Furniture was comfortable, the rugs in the unit could stand to be replaced in the near future, but there are tile floors throughout. Plenty of places to hang towels in the bathroom and options for putting clothes away. Laundry is not available inside this unit; it is in the building's basement.

Not easy to get to the beach plus odd customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: They offered early check in and late check out. The unit looks exactly like the photos, clean , great view and is very spacious. Biggest living room I’ve had at the beach. The bad: The posting states you can walk across the street to the beach, but you cannot as there is a fence. You have to walk down .25 a mile then cross over (or drive which we did because we had a lot to carry). Beach access was our #1 need. What’s also bad is paradise beach homes made us move to this property after they canceled our first property reservation and didn’t offer a discount or a comparable featured unit. Lastly, during check in they didn’t give us the key to room. They only gave us a code, but the door doesn’t have a code, it needs a key. So we had to drive back to the office to get the key. Why they key wasn’t given to us at first is beyond us. This issue wouldn’t have happened if they had a keypad door in this unit. Also, we found damages in the unit upon arrival and sent them to the paradise team but they didn’t responded to our concerns. I’ve stayed with multiple rental management companies and this type of service was unexpected so I won’t be choosing them again as there are so many others. However again, the early checkin and option for late checkout was nice. (Also it rained and there wasn’t any games or activities for in the unit besides some books)
