Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Christine and Serge are so nice and we felt welcomed from the very first moment. The view is stunning and we loved it every single day. We would totally stay here again!

Great place for a relaxing holiday

Very nice and well presented studio, perfect for a relaxing holiday with an amazing view whilst vlose enough to enjoy the French Riviera We’d lived being so close to St Jeannet to have a stroll and great food Cristine and Serge were lovely! We’d love to come back!

Serene and Devine!

The location of the property is second to none. Christine was extremely warm and welcoming. Close to the town and amenities but extremely private with amazing views. A short drive to Nice if you want to explore. Enjoy time on the patio in the morning with your coffee and soak in the ocean view along with the sunshine. Great shower, on-site private covered parking, washing machine and amazing hosts are some of the reasons we would return to this location.

Perfect in so many ways

My husband and I spent a month in this studio. It was everything I could have wished for. The location worked well for us as base to visit many of the charming perched villages that were nearby. One of these perched villages was St.Jeannet a charming village in walking distance. The perfect place to explore because there is something picture worthy around every corner. If you are a hiker or are into mountain climbing this is an ideal location. The studio backs onto the Baou and facing the gorgeous view of the Mediterranean in the distance. The view is breathtaking.The owners Christine and Serge live on the property which was very handy whenever we had a question there were there to help but they gave us all of the privacy we needed. When we arrived we found a freshly baked cake that Christine had made us and a vase on the self that held a Canadian flag to make us feel welcomed.The studio was exactly as shown in the website it was clean comfortable and well maintained . The studio had a well equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and (clothes washer in the garage) we were there during the heatwave so the air conditioning and the private pool were fantastic ways to beat the heat. We loved every minute of our months stay in St.Jeannet and I would love to go back there again. I highly recommend this studio. I also want to mention that the owners Christine and Serge are doing everything right as hosts I want to Thank them for making our trip so memorable

Magnifique endroit

Excellent séjour dans ce studio idéalement placé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Une clim serait idéal avec les grandes chaleurs qu'il y a eu et un minimum de condiment aurait été appréciable (huile, sel, poivre, vinaigre, sopalain).

Great accomodation - spectacular vues

We stayed for a week at this studio apartment in June 2016 and had a fantastic time. The apartment, although located on the owner's land next to their villa, is quite private as is the pool area which is beautiful having great views over Nice to the sea. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained having all the facilities you could need including a fully equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking, it is a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village of St Jeannet, where there is are several restaurant including a great Pizza place , 'Le Vieux Four'. The larger towns of Vence and Grasse are a short drive away and the coast (Nice, Antibes, Cannes) within easy reach. The owners, Serge and Christine, are the perfect hosts being ever helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive. We can only thank them for their hospitality and recommended this property to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in a beautiful studio in a spectacular location

Een top locatie voor een top vakantie

Het huis is schoon, eigenaars Christine en Serge zijn ontzettend aardig. Het uitzicht is overweldigend. Als je mazzel hebt kan je zelfs Corsica zien liggen. Binnen een half uur zit je in Nice. De Intermarche zit redelijk dichtbij en er zijn leuke dorpjes om te bekijken. Biot en St. Paul zijn erg leuk. Ook de Italiaanse grens is via de tolweg snel te bereiken. Kortom, een leuke plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Superb views, elegance and value!

This property is an absolute jewel in every way! My husband and I have rented a lot of different properties, but we think this may be the best value we’ve ever found. It’s perched high in the hills, overlooking the entire Mediterranean coast from Nice to Cannes and beyond (but only a short drive to Nice and/or beaches). On clear days up here, you can see all the way to Corsica! It’s quiet and beautiful, with only the sound of birdsong and the breeze through the trees! The bright, spacious studio is charming, furnished with taste and elegance, and every comfort you might require. The pool is great after a day of exploring, and there’s also a small terraced garden adjacent to the studio where we enjoyed breakfast under the trees, and drinks as the sun went down. Be careful, you may leave a little piece of your heart in this lovely hide-away! The owners, Christine and Serge are tops--the most kind and gracious hosts you can imagine! We loved the lemons and delicious olives from their gardens. We had a very specialized agenda of places we wanted to find and see—Christine was AMAZING in arranging for us to visit places that normally tourists wouldn’t have a chance at! She is an ace! If you’re a hiker, there’s a trail behind the house, leading up to the mountains and towering cliffs (le Baou de Saint Jeannet). You’ll also love wandering through the narrow little streets and old stone homes of the medieval village of Saint Jeannet, enjoying a drink or meal at one of the cafes or restaurants, exploring the lovely church and other historical points. We love this property and will go back!

Automne enchanté

Nous avons traversé la France pour trouver en pleine arrière saison un petit coin de paradis... Le soleil, le calme, le confort, la propreté, la baignade, la vue superbe sur la côte de Nice au massif de l'Esterel, tout était au rendez-vous pour passer un excellent moment. Outre l'excellent côté matériel, nous avons trouvé une fraîcheur d'âme et de sensibilité chez nos hôtes qui nous ont reçus avec gentillesse, discrétion, générosité et dévouement. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller ! L'automne a pris une autre couleur dans nos yeux et dans nos coeurs. Nous garderons de ce séjour à Saint Jeannet un chaleureux souvenir. Le lieu idéal pour vos vacances

Comme il y a deux ans nous avons passés nos vacances chez Christine et Serge et ce ne sera surement pas la dernière fois . Ce sont des gens d'une amabilité incroyable. Le studio est formidable ,très bien agencé,d'une propreté irréprochable qu'on aimerait retrouver plus souvent dans d'autres locations. Très bien situé avec une superbe vue de Nice à Antibes et d'un calme ,le paradis quoi. Nous n'avons pas à faire à une relation propriétaire locataire mais bien à une amitié qui s'est créée . Certains propriétaires peuvent prendre exemple sur cette location ,au moins nous serions plus sereins pour louer . A l'année prochaine Maryse et Jean Michel

Location dans un panorama extraordinaire !

Accueil très sympa des propriétaires qui sont toujours à l'écoute de leurs hôtes tout au long du séjour. Rien ne manque dans cette location située dans un environnement exceptionnel (calme, panorama, les Baous pour la marche et le vtt, mais là c'est du costaud...), sans oublier la fameuse socca, préparée par Christine et Serge, qu'ils nous ont permis de découvrir lors d'un repas amical. Ravis de ces 3 semaines de vacances et une adresse à retenir... Geneviève et Patrick

Charming studio with a fantastic view!

We stayed one week in this charming studio in a quiet and comfortable area. The pool and studio are super located. It is the perfect location to relax. Around the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains behind the house. The studio is well equipped and the bathroom is pretty decorated. The owners are really generous and friendly. Although the owners house is nearby, there is enough privacy. We recommend to have a walk on the 'Bayou Saint Jeannet'. We had the luck to see a shepherd and his sheep. At the top of the mountain you have also a superb view on the French Prealpes. The studio is also great located to visit cities like Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Vence... We highly recommend this studio. Wunderschönes Studio in herrlicher Lage

Sehr angenehmes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio in traumhafter Lage hoch über den Dächern von Nizza. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele sportliche Aktivitäten (Rennradfahren, Wandern,Schwimmen). Auch als Kulturliebhaber bekommt man jede Menge geboten. Aber man kann natürlich auch einfach am Pool(herrlich frisches Wasser) entspannen, die Aussicht (grandios) genießen, den Zikaden lauschen (viel mehr Geräusch gibt es nicht) oder im Garten einen Wein genießen. Alles in allem ein rundum toller Urlaub,wozu auch die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber beitragen. Vielen Dank dafür, Renate und Fritz

Supers studio dans l'arrière pays nicois

Un studio tout confort, très très bien équipé et entretenu, on a l'impression d’être les premiers arrivants, Une vue imprenable, même la Corse se dévoile pour notre plaisir !, mais tout cela n'est rien par rapport à l'accueil de Serge et Christine. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et nous avons pu gouter aux plaisirs de la Socca en famille sous les chênes , une bonne soirée qui restera gravée au fond de notre mémoire. Lovely in every way!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The location is wonderful--St. Jeannet was one of our very favorite villages, and it is just a minute away down the hill. The property is gorgeous with beautiful flowers and landscaping, and the view that spans the Riviera is unbelievable. The flat was extremely nice: well-appointed, immaculately clean, and very pretty. The pool area is very nice, and it was great to have a garage, too. Christine and Serge (and their lovely daughter) were wonderful--they were so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our entire stay. We felt very well taken care of, and we would highly recommend this flat to anyone without hesitation. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed!

Vacances à privilégier

Un accueil familial très précieux pour un bonheur partagé. Un très joli studio décoré avec goût et bénéficiant d'un confort très agréable avec une vue panoramique sur la baie de Nice jusqu'au Cap D'Antibes à couper le souffle. Vacances de rêve a Saint-Jeannet

Super accueil, propriétaire très chaleureux, et plein de conseil pour la visite de leur belle région location très bien, la piscine très chaude, le cadre avec la vue sur Nice et Antibes très agréable ,sans les nuisances de la ville le calme, la description de la location correspond très bien les nuits sans climatisation même avec le soleil ,les petit déjeuner sous le chêne super bref le paradis existe

Des vacances inoubliables

Dans un site formidable(vue sur la côte d'azur) nous avons passé de loin nos meilleures vacances depuis une vingtaine d'années .Tout était réunis le studio était spacieux,confortable et propre,la piscine bref que du bonheur.Les propriétaires Christine ,Serge et leur fille Raphaelle qui nous ont réservé un accueil formidable sont des personnes d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, ils n'hésiteront pas à vous renseigner sur la région pour des visites à pied , en voiture ou à moto ce qui était mon cas .N'hésitez pas à passer vos vacances à St Jeannet un superbe petit village . Il n'y a pas tromperie sur l'annonce tout y est vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus .Je conseille cette location à tous pour passer des vacances inoubliables , moi je sais déjà ou je vais passer mes futures vacances .
