“We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach! This home was absolutely adorable and had everything you could possibly need — and more. The location couldn’t be better: so convenient to shopping and within perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Everything was so thoughtfully designed and put together. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this home to friends and family!”

Loved the house, our favorite Folly place so far. Clean, cute, inside and outside shower is great. Kitchen has everything you need from a device, dish, utensil perspective. TVs in every room and good wifi. Fridge works great. Oven is fine, but tiny. Lots of clothes storage. Access to a beach cart and 2 chairs and a washer and dryer. They supply a little body wash and shampoo, thankfully, I forgot mine!These aren't cons, just minor things, but just a heads up on a few things - There's not much in the way of supplies if you want to do any cooking, you need to bring foil, wax paper, wrap, oil, seasonings - anything that's consumable. The grill is small. It was fine for us, but if you have 4 or more people it's a little small. Also it's charcoal only, and you have to supply the charcoal. No gas.There were only 3 of us and we nearly ran out of TP. No access to a hose outside. They have one, but don't supply the quick attachments so you can't use it. Would have been good for sandy doggie beans. Finally the AC can't really cool the downstairs so it gets a little hot and humid (in july), but they have lots of fans and a dehumidifier. The 2 upstairs are fine with the doors closed.Looking forward to another stay some day, maybe when it's a little cooler!

We had a wonderful stay at this Folly Beach property. The home was spacious, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Great Location and Outdoor Space

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location for everything Folly - easy walk to beach, restaurants and Bert's. Really enjoyed the patio area and yard with our dog on a beautiful Easter weekend. Outdoor shower was an added bonus. I used it the entire weekend. Keep in mind that you are 1/2 of a duplex, so you'll hear some noise. Just be respectful of your neighbor - we had no issues.

Great place, Great location

We really enjoyed our stay, great location and the description is spot on. It is a small two bedroom, but it works great for myself and my wife and our two dogs.Nice little fenced in back yard was nice for letting the dogs out for a quick break. It is a five-minute walk to Center St. where all the restaurants, bars and shops are located. Easy walk to the beach and if you are traveling with dogs there is a very small public dog park a 1/4 mile from the house right next to the water tower on the North side of the island. If you really want your dogs to run, then take a 10-minute drive back to the James Island and go to James Island County Park. It is 2 per person to enter (no charge for dogs). They have a large dog park with a lake. Lake has nice beach areas for the dogs to enter the water. Just be on the lookout for alligator's. We saw two 4' alligators on this trip but they stay to the other side of the lake according to the locals that frequent the park.

Great get away

Wonderful and clean property in fabulous location. We enjoyed being able to walk easily to restaurants and beach! The backyard was a perfect spot to hang out! Will definitely come back!!

School vacation getaway

Husband, dog and I wanted to get away some place warm. House was well appointed and dog friendly. Fenced in, private backyard was perfect for us to let our dog run around.

Wonderful stay.

Perfect stay. Very clean place. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for us to make a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. The yard and patio were lovely. Easy to walk to the beach, Bert’s market and nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay in Folly

We just absolutely loved this property! Very clean, cool funky, industrial feel and very comfortable. Great backyard for the dogs and a nice place to sit out in the evening to hear the wind in the palms! The best part is the location. VERY short walk to the beach. With every walk in the neighborhood we discovered a little hidden gem like Chico Feo and their live music, Bert's Market for all of our needs, Lost Dog Cafe, and Taco Boy for the best taco of my life. We came for the ocean but honestly we just LOVED walking around the fantastic little town and the location of this home was just PERFECT! It was quiet at night, beds were very comfortable. We never got in our car until we went to the county park for a sunset. I highly recommend taking a sunset sail with Sail Folly which was in walking distance from this house. There is also a little park with piers out to the Folly River basically behind the house. We cannot wait to come back!

PERFECT LOCATION

We LOVED this townhouse and cannot wait to book again and return to Folly Beach. We have stayed in MANY vacation rentals but this one if by far our favorite. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and a very easy walk to the beach. This host has provided everything you need for an awesome beach getaway. There was a beach wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. They have 2 nice beach chairs available to use also. The backyard was amazing and beautiful and a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The king bed was super comfy with nice linens, blankets and great pillows (I'm a picky pillow person and thought these were excellent pillows.) In fact I liked the bed setup so much that I got all the info off the tags and have ordered a set just like the one in the rental to be shipped to my house so I can make my bed at home just like the Folly Beach Bed. I'm sure the other bed in the other bedroom was awesome as well. Overall a very CLEAN rental that has all the amenities you need when visiting FB. Can't wait to come back.

Great three night stay

I took my teenage daughter on a little getaway and this was the perfect spot. She loved the art and decor! We were able to easily walk down to the pier in the morning, grab a coffee, and enjoy the morning. It was so convenient. The rental had everything we needed and we loved the little backyard! We would definitely stay again!
