This house was perfect for us! We truly loved our stay here and felt at home right away. It was very clean, spacious, and truly had everything that we needed. The location was very convenient for us, and the space is beautiful. We loved the decor in the house and were finding new and interesting features each day! Coming from Massachusetts, the temperature controls in the home were much appreciated. Everything worked and ran smoothly, though we didn't have a chance to try out the golf cart. I'd recommend this stay to anyone spending time in the Sun City/Surprise area, and it will definitely be our first pick for our next visit.

Golf cart had flat tire, air conditioner went out on the second day. Had to leave Tuesday night for a hotel. Offered to go back to the house, owner didn’t think it was a good idea. I believe he should refund our money. He even charged us 300.00 for the dog that didn’t stay there. I hope you can help us. I wish I would have taken pictures.

Wonderful place to stay

Spent roughly ten days here to get away from the midwest winter weather for the Christmas holiday. The home is really lovely. Wonderful floor plan. Home is well kept and very neat. The decor is really cute with a horse and western theme all throughout the home. Alex was very kind in checking in with us to assure we were able to enter the property the morning after check-in. The golf-cart amenity was a really cool touch and helped my mom and I get around during our stay without us needing to rent a car. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay!

Good Times

The home had a very attractive western theme. We loved the birds and rabbits, mornings and evenings. The manager, Alex was very accommodating to us and helped us out with some scheduling problems we had due to our great grand child being born at the time. Had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Multiple stays and always a great place

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at this property - a strong recommendation doesn't get much more real than that. It is a very comfortable place to stay, from layout to furniture to amenities to atmosphere. Whenever we have needed anything, whether kitchen utensils or furnishings, we have found it there. From repeat visits we can tell that maintenance is very good and what has been left behind by previous guests to make life easier is has been filtered down to just the really useful things. Finally, the owner is super helpful and responsive, for us that was even over a holiday period. If you need help he is there, if you want to be left alone that is fine too. This is a great rental in a good location for a reasonable price.

Very nice home, with a good vibe

I honestly loved the darker lighting of the interior and the general western decoration of the whole place. If im ever going to be staying in the area again i will definitely look for this home. Absolutely recommend.

The Second Time

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at Alex‘s property and it’s always consistently clean and ready for my arrival (the location is also convenient)! All of these things are very important to me, but what makes my stay the best, is knowing that Alex is always timely with his communication if I have a question, and if for some reason he’s not available for a question, he makes sure that I know ahead of time who the contact person will be. A great home in Sun City West

This was our second stay at Alex's property for the Christmas Holiday. As before, it was very clean and super well-equipped, from kitchen to furnishings to bathroom supplies, and all of good quality. That and the arrangement and layout of the house makes this one of the most comfortable VRBO's we've stayed in. We also greatly appreciated the extra effort and touches that added some Christmas spirit. Alex is a very accommodating owner and ready to help; although, everything is so well set up and documented that help is generally not needed. We also appreciate that half-a-dozen fees are not added to the base price. It is a simple, straightforward fee structure, and you get what you pay for. If you would like to stay in a place that feels like staying in a home with personalilty and very well-equipped, this is the one.

Perfect Home Away from Home

I loved the location of the house and everything about the house during our stay! Alex is an exceptional host and answers questions quickly and works with you to make your stay top notch. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Arizona! The theme of the decor even adds that extra touch! Stayed for hours watching the sunrise and the quail running around the cacti in the back porch

More than expected!!

We absolutely loved it here, very clean and quiet. We've stayed at quite a few places and this home had a very warm and relaxing feel to it. Loved all of the knick knacks.

The house was wonderful! Clean and thoroughly stocked. Even a golf cart! Our grandkids took turns spending the night with us and it was perfect. Alex was very responsive and his uncle who met us there and checked us in was a delight. We will definitely book again!

Ideal home in Sun City West

Our time in this VRBO exceeded all our expectations. It is a cozy, very clean, very comfortable home. It is amazingly well equipped, whether it is in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms or bathrooms. The owner is very responsive, and actually is proactive, reaching out ahead of the rental to see if he could help us with specific requests. We spent Christmas holiday in Sun City West and had Christmas Eve and Day dinners there for family in the area. We found every imaginable accessory, utensil, and decoration to prepare an elaborate meal for Christmas Eve and give the evening a festive atmosphere. The owner had even set up a small Christmas tree for us. The house is well laid out and furnished, and in fact more spacious than the photos suggest. Most of all, it was wonderful to stay in a house with warmth and personality that made it closer to home than a rental.

Affordable accommodations close to mom

We needed an affordable place to stay for Thanksgiving with Mom. (She lives in Sun City Grand and already had a houseful with my brother and his family.) Hotels in the area are quite expensive and we really lucked out with this rental. The house was perfect for our adult son, my wife and myself. After driving straight through from Colorado, check-in was easy with info provided by Alex. Everything in the house was as advertised. It is well stocked with the essentials, you just need clothes, clubs and a quick trip to the grocery store and you're all set.

Great Stay

Very nice place

The home was very clean and cozy. It was nice that they proved a maid after we left so we didn't have to clean the place. Not having network TV on cable was disappointing.
