Esta encantadora villa de dos plantas ofrece el escenario perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes con familia o amigos.

Una cocina completamente equipada con lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas y frigorífico-congelador.



Un salón y comedor de planta abierta cómodo con televisión (proveedor MEO).



Una habitación doble y una habitación individual, ambas con aire acondicionado.



Dos baños uno con una ducha y el otro con una bañera y ducha separada.



Grandes puertas de patio se abren hacia la terraza, con vista a la piscina y la zona de jardín, perfectas para cenar al aire libre o relajarse al sol.



Primer piso:



Una habitación principal espaciosa con una cama doble, baño en suite con ducha y aire acondicionado.



Zona exterior:

El jardín ofrece una atmósfera tranquila y privada, con un césped bien cuidado y una piscina de forma triangular única (7m x 8m) con escalones romanos.

La piscina puede calentarse (extra opcional temperatura mantenida entre 26°C y 28°C).

Rodeando la piscina hay amplias terrazas y una barbacoa integrada, ideal para comidas y reuniones al aire libre.



La villa también cuenta con un sistema de alarma para mayor seguridad.

Perfect Holiday Stay

I Stayed here with a couple of friends during summer and we had an amazing time. The villa was very clean and had great amenities along with a lovely pool, it’s in a super relaxing area with some lovely restaurants and bars in the village. It was only a short taxi journey away from the Centre of Albufeira which was great for a bit more of a lively evening, the beach wasn’t far at all. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

Great family holiday

The location was private and quiet - just what we wanted and the property was well equipped It would have been great to have a welcome basket with basic preserves in - tea/coffee even just for a couple of cups. We arrived late at night and had to go out to buy food as there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The rooms are quite large lovely kitchen if you prefer to stay in and cook. The lounge diner was very comfortable, though we ate and drank on the patio overlooking the pool which was also a good size with plenty of sun beds. The villa is well within walking distance of a small supermarket for bits and pieces, and the restaurants were welcoming and provided lovely meals which were reasonably priced. If you wanted to go further afield taxis come within minutes of booking and I was shocked at how reasonable they are. Would definite be looking to go again. I recommend this place immensely.

I’m not even sure where to start. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Buganvilia is absolutely stunning and we didn’t want to leave! Gorgeous furniture and furnishings and lovely homely touches. The outdoor space is breathtaking we couldn’t get out breaths sitting on the veranda and looking at the view. The air con is amazing which was greatly appreciated when it hit 34 degrees mid week! We chose to pay to heat the pool as we know that pools in Portugal can be very cold even in the summer months and I’m glad that we did as the pool was always a perfect temperature of providing cool relief without being overwhelming. Such a special place that we’ll hope to visit again!

Excellent clean and spacious villa, lovely quiet location. Pool is a great size for a family and there are lots of places for guests to shelter from the sun around the garden and pool area. The veranda provides a great area for drinks and dining. The kitchen is brand new and there is also a barbecue area. It’s a short walk to Laos’s of great bars and restaurants for such a small town. Been there a couple of years now and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again next year Jeff Jones

Family holiday August 2024

We had a great week in this lovely villa. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished inside and out. The rooms are huge, all of the beds very comfortable. The two bathrooms were great but the fact that the ‘little’ downstairs toilet was a decent size and also had a shower cubicle really meant that each bedroom had a bathroom. We arrived much earlier than check in time but the maid had very kindly cleaned one of the bedrooms and a bathroom first so that we could leave our cases, get changed and head out for lunch and to explore until she finished. The aircon works really well (nothing worse than pathetic aircon in August temperatures!) The pool is fab, it was bigger than it looked on the photographs and was cleaned a couple of times during our stay. Communication with the rental company was easy, quick and helpful, they arranged our airport transfer and a welcome package of food basics for us. It was a 10 min walk to the closest shops and restaurants which was easy for us but sometimes a little too far in the heat for my elderly mum and we were delighted to find that Uber’s were plentiful and cheap. There’s a great shopping mall and massive supermarket close by, we did a big shop and uber'd it home! It was a lovely, peaceful week away, we all wished we could stay longer and would certainly go back.

Our 3rd stay

Lovely villa, always clean and location can’t be beaten. The air conditioning in the lounge doesn’t go below 18 and feels like it’s blowing hot air. Not nice on a humid evening. Whereas the ones in the bedrooms go to 16 and make the rooms nice and cool. Both showers drains were semi blocked. We had to keep turning the shower off as it would overflow the basin after just 1 minute. A bit of maintenance on both issues would sort this out.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa, lovely quiet location. Heated pool was perfect for my 2 year old grandson. Shady terrace, ideal for afternoon tea.....even a teapot! Very clean throughout, midweek clean and sheet and towel change. Well appointed kitchen. Would definately come again

Fabulous family holiday

A spacious & well thought out Villa that was perfect for my hubby & me, grown up daughter & her partner and our lovely toddler Granddaughter to enjoy some precious family time together is the sun. It was very clean & the lovely maid that came 3 times during our 12 day stay was superb & a nice addition. The pool, patio & garden were perfect for enjoying quiet relaxation during the day & fun with a few drinks in the evening after using the well placed built in BBQ. Our daughter enjoyed the Aircon as she is not great in the heat. The WiFi was excellent. I welcomed the fly net blinds which were at every window & patiodoors, I am vulnerable to Mosquito bites so it was nice to sleep with windows/doors open with the net blinds pulled over. The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery & cutlery. The kettle is a little tired & the washing machine has been well used !! We hired a car & glad we did as it gave us the flexibility to drive into Galé for restaurants & Alberfuria for the shopping (we found a great gym that you can buy weekly or fortnightly pass for) There are some good value restaurants that we walked too but we preferred the restaurants in Galé. ZooMarine is very close & we loved the Dolphin & Seal Lion shows, definitely recommend getting there before 11am as it gets really busy from midday. Had no contact from either the management company or owners, but the maid was lovely & the pool guys were discreet in maintaining the pool so it was fresh & clean throughout our 12 day stay. There was only 1 thing that made me sad which is something the owners/management company can not control but might be able to influence is the poor dog in the grounds of the Villa opposite that seemed to be left 24/7 & is clearly unhappy from the howling it did some mornings as dawn broke. I have dogs so I found it disturbing to hear the dog being so unhappy & feeling unloved. We will return to this Villa as it is lovely 😊

Relaxing family holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the sun at this property. The villa is very well equipped with all you need, we loved the pool (which we heated for our baby granddaughter & was so warm it was like getting into the bath) and outdoor area. We used the lovely bbq & terrace meaning we went out much less than on usual holidays. There was so much room that we didn’t feel on top of each other & had our own privacy travelling as three generations. The villa is really bright, spacious & full of character. It is a short walk to Guia where we used the little supermarket for daily needs (having shopped at the large supermarket at Algarve shopping centre nearby on arrival) and had lovely meals at Ramires, Oviera & Palladium during our stay. This is the first time we have booked through Home & Away/Algarve holidays & found the whole experience from booking to returning home simple & much better than anticipated; we would definitely book another holiday with baby/young children this way again as made a much more relaxing family holiday than being in hotel type accommodation.

Quiet Villa

Villa was easy to find in quiet neighbourhood with a welcome package on arrival. TV is well equipped with English channels and there are a lot of English books available to read. A travel cot was included for us in the price as an exception but there is normally a charge for this and a charge for a high chair which we have not encountered with other hires where these are normally provided as standard. Pool and outside area are very nice, sunbeds are well kept and pool heating worth the extra money, particularly as we had a baby with us. However we did find the furniture is an older style and appliances in the kitchen functional but old now and need updating. Washing machine shakes violently on use and was not kind to the clothes. That said it was well stocked with kitchen utensils. Workmen turned up during our stay to fix a broken toilet without an appointment which was a little unsettling though the maid assisted in understanding purpose of their visit - I would recommend giving renters advance notice to avoid worry. On the whole the villa is good.

Wonderful property in a nice quiet location but also only a 10 minute drive to Albufeira

What can I say - a very nice and well appointed comfortable property with lots of space and comfort. Kids loved the pool , which is bigger than it looks in the photos. The village is 10 minutes on foot with a few nice restaurants, bank, chemist etc and there is a very large shopping centre 5 minutes away with everything you will ever need. Sad to be going home and will definitely return .

Lovely villa and lovely relaxing holiday.

We stayed for 10 night and had a great time. The villa was just as we expected although I’m not sure we needed to have the pool heated because it was exceptionally hot while we were in Portugal. Definitely recommend the villa and the location. Close enough to everything, shops, beach, old and new towns, zoo marine (wouldnt go back there though). My only criticism is not something that the owners can control so wouldn't stop me going back but there were two dogs in the villa opposite that were left all day, every day and continuously barked every time a car/person went past!

Great layout for family or sharing clean we had a lovely time love the climate people food beaches wine cheese and all at reasonable cost definitely come back again

Nice place away from busy areas

A villa in a quite area which has everything you need. Close to a shopping mall and 10 mins in a car to the coast. Local beaches are worth a visit but they are busy. 40 mins back at the airport the most amazing beach .

A Lovely Fortnight in Portugal

We have stayed at this property before. It is very well situated with a short stroll into Guia which has a huge choice of restaurants. The property was chosen as it met our requirements. Air conditioning throughout, lovely garden, parking for two cars, good pool and three bath/shower rooms. We had a problem with the dishwasher which took a few days to sort out as it happened on a Saturday. But Florence and her staff were helpful as always. The reason I haven't given the villa five stars is because it's beginning to look a bit tired. Nothing too important but the kitchen appliances are getting towards the end of their life. The outside furniture needs replacing. A few pool tiles are missing. None of these issues really lessened our enjoyment of the holiday but they do need addressing. We also had no water for a day but that was a general problem for the area. Overall, we had a great two weeks and will probably be back in Guia next year as we love the place. Most things you need are in the village (special mention here for Palladium and the Football Club) and the wonderful beaches are a short drive, so a hire car is essential. Lastly, Manuela (the maid) is like an old friend. She is lovely and whisks around the villa without you knowing. We'll be back.

Maison conforme à la description faite sur le site Climatisation très appréciée Excellentes prestations Positionnement centralisé permettant une visite complète de l'Algarve Nuisances sonores aux heures de baignade la semaine de notre présence (voisinage anglophone dans le lotissement en particulier) Préciser dans les consignes que la voiture doit être garee contre la maison (nous avons eu un rappel sur le pare brise car la voiture était stationnée dans la rue devant la maison) Personnel du ménage efficace et sympathique

Great property but you'll need the car.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool, the house is very clean and comfortable. Gardeners and cleaners came and went during our stay very discreetly. The house comes with great facilities including excellent wifi which we all enjoyed. The village of Guia although is very close to a large shopping centre and the zoo marina park, does lack in options for restaurants and shops. Saying that there are plenty of nice places to eat within a 10 min drive. It's a short drive to albuferia and it's great to leave the hustle and bustle and come back to a quiet village environment. Overall a great property located in a very quiet area.

Stayed May 2017-Would definately re-visit to explore more.

The villa was charming as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.It had all we needed and we really made the very most of using the swimming pool but glad we had arranged for it to be heated in May. So all in all a great time was had by all. Our only criticism, and this may just be because we have softer beds at home, but we did find the matresses quite hard on the beds and had to improvise a bit but nothing that would put us off returning at a later date. Manuela was warm friendly and really helpful during our stay and helped to polish up my French!! Many thanks. Sally & Derek

Een mooi ruim huis! Hebben een top vakantie gehad.

het is mooi huis in een fijne rustige omgeving. De ruime woning is netjes en schoon Wel zijn er dingen die de aandacht vragen zoals de douche deuren in de kleine badkamer beneden en sommige horen zijn aan vervanging toe. Maar we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !!!
