Esta villa está formada por dos plantas y en cada una de las plantas hay baños y cocina. En la planta baja hay un baño y una habitación con 2 literas Triples (la parte baja es una cama doble y la alta, una cama individual), 2 camas individuales y 2 sillones que se pueden convertir en 2 camas cada uno, si fuera necesario; en esta planta hay un gran salón que dispone de diferentes zonas (zona de cocina y comedor, zona de televisión y zona de juegos. En la planta alta, hay 3 habitaciones con cama doble, 1 habitación con litera triple (en parte baja, una cama doble y en la alta, 1 cama individual), y una cama-nido con 2 camas individuales. Se trata de una casa bien situada, cercana al mar, a zonas comerciales (en 10 minutos a pie), pero a la vez disfruta de la tranquilidad de ser una casa individual fuera del pueblo, rodeada en la parte frontal de un cuidado jardín; en la parte posterior se encuentra, de reciente construcción, una zona dedicada a piscina privada, solarium y barbacoa, con un baño y un plato ducha de piscina. Posee, además, una amplia azotea desde la que se pueden divisar los cuatro puntos cardinales sin obstáculos: el mar y el pueblo al sur; el Teide, al norte; la piscina y el solarium, al oeste; y jardín y paisaje volcánico, al este.

Alojamiento perfecto para grupos

Alojamiento con todas las comodidades requeridas para un viaje de grupo. Muy buenas zonas comunes destacando la zona exterior de la piscina y barbacoa. Tiene menaje de todo tipo, horno, microondas por si no se quiere comer fuera. Muy bien en general y recomendable 100%

Vacaciones inolvidables

Hemos estado disfrutando de esta casa varias familias para darles a nuestros hijos el viaje de fin de curso que debido al Covid 19 se han perdido. La casa es espectacular, con todas las comodidades qje jamás hubiésemos imaginado, no le falta detalle. Muy cómoda, amplia y confortable. Una de las cosas que más nos gustó fue la independencia de la habitación de los niños con respecto a la de los adultos, ya que ellos se alojaban en la parte de abajo y nosotros en la de arriba, y así, ellos tener su espacio y sentirse independientes. En la zona de la piscina, disfrutamos muchísimo tanto los niños como los adultos, ya que es un espacio bastante amplio y cómodo donde pasábamos todo el día. Por último, me gustaría destacar el buen atendimiento de los que regentan la casa porque estuvieron muy pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada y poder pasar una estancia agradable.

The pictures of this villa really don't do it justice! Its really spacious and homely and clearly well maintained. We were notified of the pool cleaners and gardeners arriving during our stay, to ensure we weren't worried by them appearing.There was planty to keep kids and adults entertained with the pool, a pong pong table and games. The location is good, but it is a bit of a walk to nearest shops if you need lots of shopping. Not a problem for us but worth bearing in mind. There is a lovely view from the roof terrace and lots of places to eat and drink in Las Galletas, which is a 20ish minute walk. We had a fabulous stay, great communication throughout and would happily stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic villa, pictures do not do it justice. Perfect location, close enough for main tourist areas but also far enough away to experience local culture. Everything you could possibly need at the property. Owners responded to any questions both before and during stay. Overall brilliant time would definitely recommend

Very nice Villa

We enjoyed a lot our stayed in the villa. Tereza is such a great host. The villa is walking distance to the city (15/20 minutes) The pool is a bit cold, but it's good for the blood circulation! I HIGHLY recommend this place

Parfait pour un groupe

Nous étions très bien situés, près de l'aéroport, près de l'autoroute et près du quartier Adeje. La maison est sur deux étages et le sous-sol est un vrai plus pour les soirées du groupe. La cuisine et les différents salons à manger offrent beaucoup de variété d'ambiance.

Good place to be with bigger group

House was convinient especially for our group because we had teenagers and young adults and middle aged persons. Was easy to put teenagers downstairs in big room and they had own space in downstairs. Also would be convinient for smaller children to sleep peacefully while adults are having longer evening in upstairs. There was enough bathrooms for all and it was nice to arrange breakfast when we did get just baked bread every morning near bakery. You could bring robbish at same trip to common robbish gathering station. Swimming pool isnt warmed, but we as finnish could easily swim there because we dont have warmwer water in Finland even in summer. There is flying planes right ovet house, but we used to that really fast, maybe in second day we didint even notice it. There is really good pizzeria, Burlamacco. Bakery and that and two minimarkets are really near when you walk to beach direction. There is nice beach buleward in La Galletas. La Galletas is having all the shops you need, there is better opportunity to shop than Las Americas. I must say, this quite home like house and we had nice time there. Very nice house with a beautiful open space

The house exceeds expectations. Very neat. We were well received by nice people and they were immediately responding if we had questions. The outdoor area is beautiful with a nice bbq and swimming pool. The basement is very large but has only one large bedroom. Recommended in relation to price and quality.

Fantastic

We stayed here for my 30th birthday in group of 8. The property was fab, clean and well equipped. The outdoor area was definitely used the most, the only downside being for the time of year obviously, the pool was very cold! Also something I didn't consider was how close to the airport we were, the planes were quite low and frequent through the day until at least midnight so if you're a light sleeper I would recommend bringing some ear plugs! Housekeeping were always on hand via phone or text for any queries with quick response and keeping us updated with any maintenance visiting to tend to the pool or front garden. The local shops and bars, cafes etc were only a short walk way, and despite our attempts to speak Spanish there was always a member of staff who spoke good english! We went into los Cristianos on two days, once getting a taxi which was only about €20 and the second time the bus which was less than €2 each and a lovely scenic route.

We hadden een fantastische tijd!

Communicatie vooraf en ook ter plaatse met Conchi en Alessandro was perfect! Er werd goed voor ons gezorgd. Dank daarvoor! Geluid van auto's en vliegtuigen was soms storend maar daar waren we snel aan gewend. Kortom, huis, service, communicatie en omgeving een aanrader! We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Everything we hoped for and more.

The villa is very big and well equipped. There were eight of us and we had more than enough space. We had a lovely stay there and couldn't have asked for more from the villa. I didn't know much about the area before I booked it but took a chance and didn't regret it. Las Galletas is a beautiful place and has everything you need for relaxing and/or family holiday. There are shops nearby to buy basic provisions and they are very cheap. The coast is beautiful and is only about a 15 minute walk away where you will find lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Every restaurant we ate in was of a good quality and reasonably priced. But if you want more of a party atmosphere then Los Cristianos is only about a 15 minute taxi ride away. The owners of the villa were very friendly and accommodating. Everything we hoped for and more, would definitely go back.

Fantastic (& huge) villa!

We stayed here for a week in July '19. We had 3 adults and 5 teens. The villa is a great size for a large group or two families together. It is a safe and short walk to two different restaurant areas. It's an underdeveloped part of the island, so it feels very un-touristy. Great value in food everywhere we ate. The villa has on the main floor, two good size double rooms and two small double rooms (one a bunk), with a kitchen, sitting room etc. Then there is a basement with one bedroom that would sleep 8 people and a large games room/kitchen. The pool is a perfect size, and the kids had a ball there. There is an outside shower and wc and even a roof terrace. The air con is only in one room. We had a super holiday.

Really nice place, very big, clean with full loaded kitchens and dinning areas. Pool tarace nice and big, pleanty of room for everyone. Nice bbq place that we have used almost every day. Pool has been cleaned every second day while we was there. Really big and would recomended for any one

séjour très agréable avec soleil au quotidien ,température 20° , 24° . La petite ville est toute proche a pied pour les courses ou les restaurants . La maison possède toute les commodités et le plus souvent nous vivons dehors sur la terrasse ou le barbecue est bien pratique. La piscine était a 21° pour une fin mars nous en avons profité tous les jours.Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les personnes qui gèrent la maison ,présent pour notre arrivé comme pour notre départ . The house was really big and with all equipment. Good choise for long stay for big family.

Every thing was nice, exept that the house is located near very busy street and in even in some rooms and backyard you can hear a cars driving. The location is good, close to good beaches and LAS Galletas is really nice willage, not so crawdy, smalls Cafe, shops, some restourants. The bus station is some metres from the house and you can go to Las Americas easy.

fantastic villa so spacious and clean

we loved our stay in Marie Theresa s villa .it is massive and easily sleeps around 20 but the rooms are also lovely and everything was so nice and clean. it was great to sit on the patio and that is where we spent most of our time .there is lots of seating space. everything was just fabulous. the villa is within a 15 minutes of all the bars and shops.thanks for everything.

Perfect

Huge villa. Well equipped. Outside pool area is perfect with room around the pool, around the BBQ and even more on the decking area backing onto the property. Owner was on hand to answer any queries in the run up to and during our stay. Lovely area. Nicely away from the built up touristy spots to the West. A quiet town a few minutes walk to the south offers plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

simply cant fault it, loved it

We stayed for a week on a break we took at the very last minute due to a mix up with another property, obviously because of this mix up we were very apprehensive, that instantly fell away when we arrived, we had everything we needed, spacious isn't the word, this property is enormous, and then we found the downstairs, OH MY GOD two kitchens, three bathrooms two dining rooms of which we only found the second one by accident when i went to go out of the wrong door, lord knows how many beds, a great pool area, table tennis for the kids, a place the kids can watch tv and you cant hear them if you so wish to get away from them like we do :-) oh and the massive roof terrace, I'm positive ive missed something A fantastic Pool area and a great location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to it if you wish I have to mention Alessandro and his wife who popped explained all and answered to all our needs and then arranged for us to stay on a little bit longer free of charge as we had a late flight and put them selves out by working late into the night to get the villa ship shape for the next visitors thank you so much

Can't wait to come back!! Perfect home, great quiet area, wonderful vacation!

The minute we walked in the doors we knew we loved this place! We usually like to spend time outside, and this home has the PERFECT outdoor setup. A couple sitting area, plenty of lounging space, a decent sized pool, bbq and cooking area, and a large dining table. And this is all just in the backyard!!! Bonus - the roof is like a giant patio too with great views on a clear day! Plenty of room inside too - lots of bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, you name it! It was VERY clean and well kept, the owners were incredible to work with, and the area was nice and quiet. Walking distance to a couple little markets and bars, or a very short drive to the bigger stores and restaurants. The tourist areas were also just a quick drive away (we did see the bus stop was walking distance, too, and you can take the bus to the touristy places). As far as the island goes, there is so much to do and see. We will definitely be back, and will hopefully be staying here again! Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Esta propiedad ha sido la casa familiar (mis padres y mis hermanos) durante más de treinta años. Ahora la casa ha pasado a ser de mi propiedad, la he reformado y he decidido alquilarla. Es una casa a la que le tengo mucho cariño, porque participé en la construcción de la misma y junto a ella construí otra casa en la que he vivido más de veinte años con mi propia familia y la cual hoy también está destinada al alquiler vacacional. La casa está construida en una parcela de 700 metros cuadrados (425 metros cuadrados divididos en dos plantas y el resto zona de solarium, piscina, terraza y jardines).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

El solarium de la piscina posee un terraza con tarima de madera y una barbacoa con mesa de comedor cubierta.

Debido a la situación creada por el COVID-19, les informamos que la villa sigue manteniendo los mismos servicios y las mismas características de siempre. Sin embargo, como medidas de seguridad sanitaria, hemos retirado algunos enseres: cortinas, alfombras, cojines y otros elementos decorativos prescindibles.

Aufgrund der von COVID-19 geschaffenen Situation teilen wir Ihnen mit, dass die Villa weiterhin die gleichen Dienstleistungen und Eigenschaften wie immer aufweist. Aus Sicherheitsgründen haben wir jedoch einige Gegenstände entfernt: Vorhänge, Teppiche, Kissen und andere dekorative Verbrauchsmaterialien.
