Peace and quiet

An apartment in a lovely position, with views of sea and mountains. Well equipped with all the necessary items for a good holiday .Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and a level promenade. A pleasant 10 minute stroll right to the heart of Los Cristianos.

Clean and quiet

Nice clean top floor apartment with enough space for 4 persons. Quiet area, but still within walking distance to everything. Quick answer from owner. Contact person on the spot with key and information. Can highly recommend the apartment.

A fantastic home from home!

Fantastic apartment, with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Good location, las vistas beach can be walked to along the sea front in about 25 mins and there are many bars and restaurants in the vicinity and a good sized Super Dino supermarket just down the road. The apartment is spacious, cool and quiet. Communication with Jean Pierre was clear and quick making the booking process very easy. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again in the future.

We so enjoyed our stay in this apartment we have already booked for 2017. Breakfast every morning with that fantastic view looking out to sea. Great. The apartment had all the facilities you could wish for and so quite at night. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The complex is very clean and very well looked after. Pool is fab for adults and children. So would recommend this apartment to everyone. Looking forward to are stay in 2017.

Great stay, very central clean apartment

Lovely time at this very central apartment. Close to beach and all amenities, great pool and bar. Punctual hosts and very helpful. No problems and would definitely recommend. Did seem to have a problem. With hot water, downstairs though, not quite sure why!!. Didn't spoil. Our time here though and beautiful. bathroom and hot shower upstairs.

Well-equipped well-located apartment in a quiet and friendly complex

We were really satisfied. The apartment is well-equipped with microwave, stove, coffee machine, fridge, all the necessary kitchen gear. There's an enormous TV with Netflix in the living room along with two couches and a dining room table. The terrace doesn't get a lot of sun in Jan., but has a nice view overlooking the pool and in the distance the sea. The complex itself is quite nice, and quiet mostly British pensioners; no rowdy parties. The pool is heated and swimmable in January, but the jacuzzi was ice cold. The restaurant/cafe in the premises has friendly service and good drinks. There is a supermarket very close by, and it's an easy walk to Los Cristianos beach with lots of restaurants and everything else. Contact with Jean Pierre was excellent; the restaurant suggestions were spot on. Only snafu was that we had to wait nearly an hour to get the keys, because the agent was helping someone else. I would recommend the apartment; my wife and 6 year old certainly enjoyed it! The bedrooms on the top floor have sloped ceilings so be careful.

Great place to stay central to everything, cheap supermarket on the doorstep. Great pool very clean

Property was great , very spacious with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Everything available. sunbeds you can take to the pool but must take them.back to apartment.Hairdryer plenty bedding. 2 complaint . Our flight was delayed and I did have difficulty contacting the representative. we arrived at Paloma and we were left waiting a very long time for representative to arrive with keys was ringing and ringing but no reply which was very unnerving , she did eventually arrive and was very apologetic and all was forgotton quickly and it would not stop me booking the apartment again , but at the time it was worrying. Also.we were a family of 5 and the fifth bed was an airbed which was broken. Luckily fot us other family members were in.the same complex.so my son.had a spare bed with them . Again I could not get hold of the representative regarding this issue but have informed the owner and did tell another representative who collected the keys on our leaving so hopefully a new air bed will be available now for future guests. As I said despite these hiccups the apartment is lovely and complex great and I would reccomend to all.

Schöne ruhige Anlage

Wir können das Apartment empfehlen. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir, dass die Hantücher alle 2 Tage gewechselt wurden.Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Jean Pierre war bei Fragen sehr hilfreich und gab auch super Restaurant Empfehlungen. Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine mehr, aber dass hat uns Jean Pierre gleich bei der Buchung mitgeteilt und wir haben uns entsprechend organisiert.

Agréable appartement

Bon appartement est bien situé les belles plages sont à 15 min à pieds . Piscine était très froide en décembre ! Globalement je suis satisfaite de notre séjour. Supermarché est à 2 min à pieds , très pratique . Appartement est très propre et on trouve tout ce que on a besoin . Propriétaire est très bien , il m’a donné les bonnes adresses des restos et les excursions ! Grand merci à Jean Pierre

Wonderful stay.

Just returned from a ten day stay at Paloma Beach and had a great restful holiday. Property is in extremely adequate for our purposes with fully equipped kitchen for meals in, loads of bedding and towels. Washing machine is a real bonus to cut down on washing when returning home. Had all meals from the lovely terrace overlooking the complex and watching the ferries in and out of Los Cristianos. Stayed at Paloma Beach numerous times and always quiet and peaceful at night so had great quality sleeps! Communication with the owner Jean Pierre is excellent from booking to arrival and checking in with Smart Holiday Tenerife was easy and again communication with agent David was all fine meeting at the property on day of arrival. Did not use the dishwasher or TV so cannot comment. Only one complaint to mention is that the property is advertised as two bathrooms and a half bath! There is only one bathroom, no bath but had great walk in shower. Otherwise a wonderful stay and will hopefully book again in due course. Many thanks Jean Pierre and Smart Holiday Tenerife.

The apartment was clean, tidy, plenty of bedding, good pool view, large balcony. Bedrooms are ok but a lot of bending with slanted roofs as in pictures but they are low. Lovely view from back balcony - not so good front with wasteland & people living in tents with lots of rubbish. Cockroaches in apartment especially upstairs wardrobe is a challenge. Owner has pest control in place but they are getting in which was unfortunate.

Good apartment in a good part of Los Cristianos with close access to restaurants, bars and activity

Good apartment in a quite part of Los Cristianos but close enough to loads of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and other activities such as Siam Park. Pool was very good with adequate sun beds and well maintained. The apartment itself is clean, functional and well-stocked for eg cooking etc.

Paloma Beach on meren rannassa Guaza-vuoren lähellä Paseon itäpäässä. Asunto on siisti, kaikki pitemmällä lomalla tarvittavat laitteet toimivat. Suomalaisella sivustolla sanotaan että olisi kaksi kylpyhuonetta, mutta on vain yksi yläkerrassa makuuhuoneiden välissä, joten sopii vain hyvin liikkuville. Parveke on varjoisa. Très agréable séjour en famille à Tenerife

Propriété tout à fait conforme à la description, bon accueil et bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. La période était calme ce qui n’a pas été pour nous déplaire. Seul regret, les fermetures de Loro et Siam park.

Heerlijk appartement

Een ruim appartement op een rustig gelegen locatie. Inventaris is heel compleet, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed zwembad met altijd ruimte voor je ligbed, erg handig dat je die uit het appartement kan meenemen. Tevens een mooi groot balkon, eind februari kon je daar in de namiddag nog heerlijk in de zon zitten. Een aanrader dit appartement!

Fantastic Apartment

Great experience from the start with the managing agent at the site ready to meet us and show us to the apartment. The apartment it self had all the necessary kitchen utensils and with 2 handy folding sun loungers for the swimming pool saving the euros every day. Also in the apartment were some beach toys for the kids which saved us having to buy a bucket and spade and along with some beach towels and sun parasol. The apartment has a new large 55" TV with Netflix. The location of the apartment was good with getting some winter sun on the balcony in the afternoon with great views of the harbor and the New Year Fireworks. Apartment was lovely and clean and the walk in shower was lovely with all the towels supplied. Bedrooms great and again great supply of extra sheets and blankets, plenty of storage space and the safe is always good to have. Overall the apartment is great with everything you could need for your holiday and as always Paloma Beach remains a great resort and superb location. The property manager replied to our inquiries quickly before and during the holiday with good communication and we would use this apartment again with no hesitation and would highly recommend it.

Nice Apartment in a very nice 👍 complex. Loved the heated swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ and the jacuzzi.

In summary we’ve had a marvelous holiday. Our Apartment was nice and comfortable overall with lovely sea views from our balcony. The owner who lives in Paris was always very helpful and courteous towards us. In summary a very good holiday

Sehr gutes Objekt an idealer Lage

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gute Einweisung. Erfreulicherweise hatte es im 2. Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer einen Ventilator nebst der Klimaanlage im 1. Schlafzimmer. Schöner Balkon, neuer 55“ TV mit sehr gutem Bild. Gratis-WIFI, das etwas schneller sein dürfte, wenn man einen Film streamt. Aber es war zumindest zuverlässig. Sehr gut ausgerüstet, sogar Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Wir kommen nächsten Herbst auf jeden Fall wieder. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment is very spacious and clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We briefly met the owners during our stay, they were very welcoming and friendly. The complex was great with a very clean pool. The pool bar serves fantastic food all day and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this apartment for families/couples and wouldn’t hesitate to book it ourselves again.

Lovely apartment with everything you need

A well located apartment provided by a careful owner who makes sure his guest have all they need. Small issue with was dealt with quickly by the local contact. Main bedroom nice and cool with air conditioning, 2nd bedroom has no natural light and can get very hot but our 2 teenagers managed. We've been coming for many years to this complex and will be back again.

Why ?

Why Canarias ?

Of course for the sun within 4 hours of flight from most european countries. No jet lag. I remember a very pleasant, but very exhausting one week trip in Mexico. It is still EU, with a high level of general and medical security.

Why Tenerife

Because of the many and cheap flights from everywhere, and I hate the long autobus transfers from the airports to my holidays location.

Why Los Cristianos.

I know it is a little too much « tourist ». But you got to know that only between Los Cristianos and Los Gigantes, you are protected from strong wind and rain by the Teide. Almost no mosquitos :-) In the North, much less Sun, much more rain…

Why Paloma beach

Cos’ it’s a good balance between quietness (Little noise, Thick curtains, no neighbor upstairs) and still everything can be accessed walking(Beach, supermarkets,pharmacy, and a pleasant trekking to the nearby hills).
Consider also the 6 lifts (No stairs to the heated and monitored swimming pool)
