Hermosa y actualizada casa ubicada en la segunda calle del campo de golf de 9 hoyos de Estes Park. Espectaculares vistas a la montaña desde todas las ventanas, incluida la cubierta. Nuestra casa está a una corta caminata (500 yardas o menos) del centro de visitantes de Estes Park, el sendero para caminar Lake Estes, el río Big Thompson para la pesca con mosca y el área de cría de alces. Estamos ubicados a media milla del centro.

Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas king size de cedro con sábanas y colchones de lujo. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con sábanas y colchones de lujo. Las 3 habitaciones tienen una cómoda, TV con control remoto y ventiladores de techo. The Game Room tiene un conjunto de literas gemelas y un sofá cama queen size (todos con colchones de espuma viscoelástica). También tenemos una cuna de viaje en la casa si la necesita. Sin embargo, nuestra casa NO es a prueba de bebés o niños pequeños.

El nivel principal tiene 1 dormitorio King y 1 baño completo; el nivel de abajo tiene 1 habitación King, habitación doble, sala de juegos con literas (2) y un sofá cama Queen Hide Away y 1 baño completo.

También tenemos un área de oficina con escritorio, impresora e internet inalámbrico para aquellos de ustedes que todavía necesitan trabajar un poco durante sus vacaciones. Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo también se encuentran abajo en el cuarto de servicio. Y sí ... tenemos una plancha y tabla de planchar.

La cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar, incluyendo olla de barro, licuadora, tostadora, cafetera Keurig (traiga sus propias tazas K). También se incluye un microondas, cocina a gas, todos los utensilios, ollas, sartenes, platos, vasos y tazas de café.

También hay internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y DVR de cortesía. También se incluye un televisor LCD de pantalla plana de 52 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD en la habitación familiar y un televisor LCD de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas en las 3 habitaciones con múltiples canales HD.

La gran terraza exterior es ideal para observar a los alces, los golfistas o las personas que vuelan pescando por la noche. Tenemos muchos asientos al aire libre y una mesa si elige comer afuera. Hay una parrilla de gas si quieres cocinar hamburguesas o filetes.

Loved the house and would definitely stay again! Everything was super clean. The owner was very proactive in checking in with us. Loved the location, great walking paths around Lake Estes. Close to everything. Only minor criticism were the pillows. They have quite a few very nice memory foam pillows. Those just are not our preference. We would definitely take our own pillows next time.

It is a beautiful home, with spacious areas to gather - large kitchen, dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. The house has a large deck with plenty of seating and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the elk on the golf course. We were very lucky to be there during the elk rutting season and they visited the golf course each morning and evening. So much fun to watch and listen. The house was well maintained and equipped. The house had plenty of Kleenex; the only surprise was that there was no shampoo or bar soap in the house. We were surprised because every other place we’ve stayed has provided them.

While had pre arrival communications with host, host was traveling internationally on day check-in. No problem as also gave # for property manager. BUT, on date when experience is to get code for access, etc: 0, nada, no communication through app, email, text; nothing. Arrival at site and had to call property manager; who seemed puzzled; but got access , and within a minute realized problems: towels on floors of both bathrooms, all beds rumpled, no clean towels, crumbs on counter, dirty glass on counter; basically not ready. Took few pics and called property manager back and said was going to send over photos. She seemed oblivious but said would come over. Did with a 2d and proceeded to clean, and spent an hour; but had a young chich who was hungry so had to prep dinner while they cleaned. What still bothers me is reasons/ excuses that seemed to indicate yo me a complete lack of communication between host and their crewas not even getting code indicates failure in 1st instance, but for property manager, if aware guest arrival not to remember to review and clean. One particular excuse was Owner had new deck done and just finished ( and clearly a new deck) and cleaning crew couldn't be there? Strange as clean crew need not access to deck to clean bedrooms, bedding, towels, etc. Since dishwasher full (I empted), bags of garbage in garage and items 1st noted, no one had cleaned from previous guests; guessing days, unless the deck crew stayed and no one followed up. Wonderful Christmas vacation!

We loved this house and the location! Family of 8 and we all had beds for everyone! Great location…walking distance to town. Nice views from back porch as well. Definitely recommend and great hosts!

Family Visit

We had a great time and had a wonderful elk show one night with multiple bulls bugling for 3-4 hours with lots of cows around. the weather and accommodations were great and RMNP was as beautiful as ever!

Tranquility in Estes Park

This is our second time renting from these owners. Check in was a breeze and we were even told we could arrive a little early because the house was ready to go. We had some minor issues that didn’t affect our stay and the owner Joyce was very responsive and quickly addressed the issues. It is obvious that she wants her guests to enjoy their stay while visiting beautiful E.P. I loved that the house had plenty of room for our family of 7 (5 adults and two children) and even had 2 king beds! The house is right off the main road of Elkhorn/Big Thompson Avenue and approximately a half to three quarters of a mile from town, which is a perfect location… The whole family enjoyed the buck and his girls coming through the back yard and even got to see two bucks “practing” before the rut officially began… Our family may just have to pick this home as our “go to” place whenever we come to Estes Park. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Wonderful Estes Park weekend!

Our group of four adults, two teens and a middle-schooler loved our stay at the Hofemann's home on the Estes Park golf course! The home is indeed beautiful and spacious with lovely views. We so enjoyed the comfy furnishings and wide deck. This gem was a lot more private and secluded feeling than it looked from the photos. Yet, everything we wanted to do in Estes was within walking distance or a quick trip in the car. It made for a wonderful family weekend in the mountains.

Excellent vs action home

The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Great kitchen and laundry. Two living areas. Great location convenient to everything, but also quiet. Communication with owners was excellent. I have been coming to Estes over 50 years and this is one of our favorite homes we have stayed in. We would love to stay here again.

July 4th week

The house is very spacious and the location is great! It was very convenient to be within walking distance to the shops downtown. We kived watching the elk and geese on the golf course, and it was a perfect spot to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July! We would love to stay again.

Wonderful location, great house

This home is one of the best spots in Estes Park, in our opinion... beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains, but also walkable to downtown. The home had everything we needed, including all the kitchen tools to cook dinners, etc., and plenty of space. We hope to return!

Best trip ever to Estes!

We absolutely loved this place. So convenient and close to downtown and grocery store! My son and husband loved the location on golf course! Very well equipped kitchen and bedding supplies. Just a couple suggestions for improvement would be a small vacuum sweeper for the rug in living room and some smaller kitchen towel/dish cloths/sponges. Other than that, it was perfect! King beds were VERY comfortable. Very nice and we will be back for sure! Thanks so much!

Estes Park Accessible

What a great home in a beautiful setting just outside of the Estes hustle and bustle. We shopped and dined in Estes and walked from the home. Might not be for everyone but everything was within 1.5 miles and much of the walk was along the Fall River. The house had everything that we needed to make several meals and the evenings on the deck overlooking the golf course were really special for our family.

Spacious home, great location

Our family of 7 had a great 3-night stay at this lovely property. It is a 2-min drive from the Visitor Center or Safeway. We saw elk in the backyard every afternoon, which was a treat. Communication with the owner was excellent as well.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Home was in a great location! Kitchen was fully stocked, as listed including a griddle, crockpot, multiple sized pots and pans, roaster, mixers and multi-sized bowls. This was great for meals. Home was walking distance from the stores in Historic Estes but did require crossing Hwy 34. Awesome view of the mountains. We would stay again!

GREAT PLACE and LOCATION

So glad we booked this place! Beautiful views across the golf course, close to everything, layout was perfect for visiting and had enough beds/bedrooms for a fun girls weekend. Clean, had all the amenities we needed, clear instructions for Wifi TV etc. And although we had no issues it was nice to know we could reach via text or phone for a quick response. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Staying at this house

The Concern, The Refridgerator was reading that it was overheating, The Refridgerator was giving a load alarm noise during the day and night My son wanted to play catch with his dad, unfortunately the back yard was very high and had not been mowed in a while The chairs on the outside porch were very uncomfortable to sit in to get a good reach of the table meal This was the topper the wine opener in the door was supper small cheap piece of junk that had to be worked by two people. I was concerned that I would get cut while holding it in place

Paul and Joyce were married in 1997 and have three children, twin girls and a son. After living in California and New York we moved to Austin, Texas in 2007. Recently we visited Colorado to escape the Texas summer heat and fell in love with Estes Park. We decided to purchase a second home in this beautiful area for our personal getaway as well as offer it as short term vacation rental for others who want to enjoy the Rocky Mountains.

Walking distance to downtown restaurants, few hundred yards from Thompson River for fly fishing, large deck overlooking golf course lot that is frequented by large elk during rut season.

Parking downtown is nearly impossible during peak summer months. Our property is within walking distance of downtown while still in a quiet, natural setting of a golf course. Elk frequently pass thru our backyard to get to their favorite meeting spots on this golf course.
