Magnifique

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très bien équipé.La vue du balcon est exceptionnelle. La place de parking et la climatisation des chambres sont un vrai plus. Point de départ idéal pour visiter les cinq terres. La petite plage publique de Lerici est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour. Nous recommandons.

Le voci sul carattere genovese sono giuste.

Al arrivo abbiamo trovato il fratello della proprietaria che ci ha fatto vedere la casa, molto gentile. L'appartamento non è nulla di chè, mobili tutti diversi tra loro in tutta casa...oookey. La cucina è veramente molto datata, mi chiedo ancora come funzionava davvero il forno, mistero della vacanza :). La posizione non è male, un po distante da supermercati e mare ma nulla di insormontabile, nel appartamento c'è sempre un odore di casa di riposo, consiglio un profumo per ambienti. La terrazza è la cosa migliore di tutto, ma, la prima sera che ci siamo seduti per mangiare, il mio amico è caduto perchè la sedia si è letteralmente spezzata (pesa 70 kg), hmmm, vabbè è una sedia di plastica che sta sotto il sole tutto il giorno, nulla di grave, nessuno si è fatto malissimo nonostante la precarietà della seduta. La chicca arriva ora però, ecco il perchè del titolo, LA TIPA HA PRETESO 20 EURO PER LA SEDIA, una sedia verde di plastica che costa 5 euro forse. Non solo, ha aspettato che andassimo via per chiederci i soldi, nonostante gli avessimo fatto notare subito che la sedia si è rotta, poteva dire qualcosa. Che mancanza di professionalità e povertà imprenditoriale. bah.

Très bel appartement très bien situé. Une très belle terrasse bien exposée permet de profiter aussi bien du soleil que de l'ombre et surtout de la magnifique vue.

Nice place, good bedrooms with airco, basic kitchen, large terrace with a very nice view! You can walk down in 5 minutes, to the free beach ca 15 mins.

Large, comfortable, quiet apartment with amazing views

This was our first time visiting Lerici and the Golfo dei Poeti. We really enjoyed it and if you are thinking of coming here, I definitely recommend this apartment. The apartment is on the top floor of the building but there is a lift. The views from the large balcony are amazing. We sat out there and enjoyed our breakfast and the view each morning. All the essentials you need are provided and the building is very conveniently situated for the town which is a less than 10 min walk down hill. Up hill on the way back of course. It is also usually possible to park outside the building which is a bonus. There are two smallish supermarkets in the town down the hill which can provide most of the essentials. There is also a larger one in San Terenzo, about a seven minute drive away. My only slight gripe is that we both found the beds a little uncomfortable. Although we really enjoyed our stay, neither of us slept that well. There is very little noise though. Our contact for the visit, Chiàra was lovely, patient and helpful.

Die Wohnung ist toll. Man hat eine tolle Terrasse und einen super Ausblick auf die Bucht von Lerici. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und schön groß.

Super Lage mit toller Aussicht

Uns hat die Terasse, die grösser ist, als sie auf dem Foto scheint und der Meerblick von jedem Zimmer aus super gefallen. Lebensmittelladen 50 m. nebenan, in 5 - 10 min. zu Fuss an die Promenade und Restaurants am Meer. Ruhig, sehr zu empfehlen! Grazie Chiara!

Fabulous apartment, beautiful place

We had a wonderful week in Lerici and this spacious apartment is brilliantly located to reach all the restaurants, beaches and shops. Chiara, her friend and family could not have been more helpful or friendly. When my luggage was left in London and my husband realised he'd forgotten to pack his charger, Chiara and her friend drove to the next town to buy substitutes and flatly refused to take payment! They also spent ages trying to locate English TV channels after someone had used a play station and messed reception up. This was all on a Sunday afternoon which was so kind. We hadn't realised there was no wifi in the flat but with data this was not a problem and forced us to take a proper break from devices. Lerici is utterly lovely and we never got tired of the view from the balcony. It was hot but the aircon ensured we slept well in the comfortable beds.We will definitely return to this wonderful part of Italy again and thank Chiara for making our stay so very enjoyable.

Ein großzügiges Stadtdominizil - ideal für Familienurlaub mit älteren Kindern

Die Wohnung von Chiara findet sich in einem normalen Wohnhaus im Zentrum von Lerici in der obersten Etage. Sie ist äußerst großzügig von der Größe her und super sauber. Waschmaschine vorhanden, was sehr komfortabel ist. Ebenso eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Der Balkon, der über die ganze Breite der Wohnung geht ist von sehr komfortabler Breite. Von hier lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang herrlich genießen, der Blick auf die malerische Bucht von Lerici und Umgebung ist sowieso wunderschön. Ansonsten ist Lerici wirklich traumhaft schön und ein netter quirliger Ort - im Sommer sehr voll - im Herbst super schön, dieses Jahr konnte wir sogar noch baden im Oktober. Das Jungvolk kann sich in den Bars der Stadt vergnügen, so sie ein bisschen Englisch oder Italienisch natürlich können. Von der Wohnung aus ist das Zentrum 5 Fußminuten - eine Treppe runter - man sollte in dieser Hinsicht gut unterwegs sein. Die Wohnung hat übrigens einen Aufzug. Das Auto parkt in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe (inklusive). Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub - mit einem Besuch in die Cinque Terre, nach Spezia und auch mal nach Tullera. Man kann noch beliebig viel mehr unternehmen, wenn man möchte. Es gibt viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung. Chiara als Vermieterin haben wir nicht getroffen, dafür aber ihren freundlichen Vater, der auch das Wasser zum wieder warm machte ;-). Es gibt zwei Dinge, die ich etwas bemängeln würde, die sich aber leicht beheben lassen: Es muss ein Tischchen für den Wasserkocher und Toaster her für die Bequemlichkeit - und - wichtiger - die Betten im Elternschlafzimmer sind mega hart und auch für einen Hartschläfer eine Herausforderung - und eine Matratze im "Kinderzimmer" ist durchgelegen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder und können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen - wir hatten hier eine herrlich entspannte Urlaubswoche :-)

Best view of Liguria

Nice and clean top floor apartment, with a great terrace view over the blue bay of poets, Lerici and Portovenere in the distance! Chiara was very punctual and friendly. In the house is information about the area. From Lerici, the Cinque Terre can easily be reached by boat or bus/train, however the bus ride is not very pretty going through the port district of La Spezia in a crowdy bus. Lerici is a nice place with a boulevard to San Terenzo (abt 2 km walk) Everything is close by, supermarkt, bus stip, boulevard, but be prepared to walk some steep stairs back. At 100m from the apartment there is a tiny shop for bread, water and other daily groceries. We spent a very nice week here!

Real Italian Living!

Right from booking to being met by Chiara and her father, visiting Lerici and the apartment was a good experience. We came to where the flat was located by car from Bologna Airport. Chiara contacted us in advance and her Father was waiting to greet us, very thoughtful. We we're charmed by the flat, typical older style, high ceilings, great balcony with fabulous views of Lerici Castle and the boats in the harbour in the distance. The flat was huge for two people clean, fresh and everything worked perfectly. In a safe location with access to an excellent small nearby supermarket. We were given a private parking space off the road in a secure location less than two minutes away. The town centre and harbour were only a few minutes walk away where access to the trips and tours start from. There was a small amount of traffic sounds at night but we only noticed it because we come from a very quiet home and not used to any sounds at all. We would highly recommend Chiara's facilities as good value for money especially as the bed was really comfortable, bed linen and towels fresh and new and the layout of the flat worked perfectly. A great adventure finding the best restaurants, beaches, gelati & local markets. Check out was great especially as we left at seven in the morning! We felt really at home, a lovely stay.

An amazing vacation home!

This apartment was magnificent.. Extremely clean with beautiful furnishings. The view off the huge balcony is breathtaking !! You can see the castle, sea , boats and the beauty of Lerici. We were extremely pleased with the neighborhood as there is market close by for small shopping and a larger one a little further. You must be able to walk the beautiful stairs to reach the town and beach. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms but not in the main room... She even had her father take us to the train station at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful holiday.

Bel appartement, avec une vue sublime.

Bel appartement, agréable et grand pour trois personnes. Les pièces sont agréables. L'appartement est bien situé, à 10 minutes du centre-ville à pieds. Même chose pour les plages, 15 minutes pour la plage de sable. C'est pratique pour prendre le bateau pour les cinq terres. La seule chose à revoir, c'est le matelas de la chambre parentale qui est vraiment dur. La cuisine est grande et on peut cuisiner car rien ne manque. La ville est-vraiment agréable, touristique, mais pas trop et l'on peut visiter tous les petits villages comme Sarzana et les autres à côté. Le bateau est pratique pour les cinq terres. On reviendra peut-être.

Lovely property with great view

We had a lovely stay at this property, good size apartment, clean and comfortable. Lerici is a good base for seeing the area, which is beautiful. We did have a car and visited Lucca and Portofino and other lovely places and also took the boat up the coast. I would recommend this property.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit riesigem Balkon

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und große Wohnung. Von dem Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Bucht und auf das Kastell. Optimale Lage, da alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist (Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc.) Netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent view

Wonderful stay in this lovely situated apartment overlooking the bay. The location was just perfect, near to a small shop to buy essentials, bread, milk, fruit etc., There was also a larger mini market nearby. There were also some excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment was very well equipped and was extremely clean. The owner was very helpful, even organising for her father to collect us from the train station in Sarzana the evening we arrived and she also escorted us to the station on our departure. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a quiet haven in the most stunning location.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit bezauberndem Meerblick

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung hat einen bezaubernden Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht. Das Zentrum, ein Supermarkt sowie die Strandpromenade sind zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist etwa 100 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt.

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances. Climatisation appréciée et très performante pour rafraichir l'appartement. Grande terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Le stationnement proposé avec la location est indispensable car peu de places libres. Nous conseillons cet appartement bien situé à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir cette région magnifique. Dommage que les plages soient payantes mais on arrive à trouver quelques plages libres.

Appartement idéal avec belle vue sur mer

Appartement spacieux avec vue de rêve sur la belle ville de Lerici et son port. La climatisation dans les chambres a été fortement appréciée en période de canicule. Chiara a été une hôte très gentille et nous a même prêté son emplacement de voiture pour la semaine. A moins de 10 minutes à pied de la ville et un supermarché juste à côté. Seul bémol pas de Wifi dans l'appartement et peu de points d'accès dans la ville. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement dans une région magnifique et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Great apartment for a relaxing beach vacation!

this is an apartment very near the center of town on the top floor with a beautiful view of the port and castle. it is well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and bedrooms. the bedrooms are large and there is a fold out couch in the living room plus another fold up bed if needed. the terrace overlooking the sea is gorgeous and huge! the supermarket and beaches are under a ten minute walk. the port and main piazza is under five minute walk. there is a bar that is very close for internet if you need to be connected. also the venere azzuro beach has free wifi. the owner will answer all your questions and is very nice. you can walk to the next town San terenzo in ten minutes. there is an outdoor theater and numerous places to go into the water even next to the main square. there are boats that will take you to the cinque terre although they are expensive. the train station is in the next town sarzana but it was easy to go there by bus and take train to Florence lucca or Milano. there is air conditioning in both the bedrooms which was great during this extremely hot period. there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. both bedrooms and living room open onto large terrace. great vacation place!!

Très bel appartement

Calme, (4°étage ), avec très belle vue de la terrasse, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé pour se rendre en ville . Accueil très sympathique de Chiara . Bon point de départ pour visiter les "Cinque Terre " Seul petit problème : le stationnement difficile causé par le relief en pente . Je le recommande à qui veut visiter cette jolie région .
