CASA ANA: Muy tranquila, con jardín y piscina para relajarse

Es una casa tranquila de una sola planta con mucha luz y ventanas panorámicas en el pueblo de Sevilla, Burguillos, a solo 25 minutos en coche de la hermosa capital andaluza.

Está situada en el corazón del pueblo con todas las comodidades. Burguillos tiene alrededor de 6.000 habitantes y, por lo tanto, tiene todos los servicios a su disposición, incluidos muchos bares y restaurantes hasta los que se puede caminar desde la casa, que se encuentra justo en el centro del pueblo.

Ofrece una terraza y un gran jardín verde, cubierto de césped natural, con una bonita piscina privada, lejos de las miradas indiscretas de los vecinos, para refrescarse en los días calurosos de verano, con árboles frutales (uvas, naranjas, ciruelas o peras) y un huerto ecológico con productos de temporada al alcance de los huéspedes, tumbonas, barbacoa, mesas y sillas para disfrutar de las comidas al aire libre.

Aunque se encuentra cerca de la bulliciosa y cultural ciudad de Sevilla, es una opción perfecta para unas hermosas vacaciones llenas de descanso y relajación después de largas caminatas.

La villa está totalmente amueblada y bien equipada. Cuenta con un amplio salón y comedor. La sala de estar incluye un televisor de pantalla grande y canales internacionales, y hay WIFI gratuito en todo el establecimiento.

Los autobuses están disponibles todos los días a la capital.

Beautiful Villa

Great facilities, more than expected. WiFi throughout the property and parking was outside the property or in the garage. The pool was a welcome treat especially with the very hot weather. The village and shops were all walking distance and the bigger supermarkets a short drive away. 30 mins from Seville which is a beautiful place to visit. All in all a fantastic experience

Fantastic property. We had such a lovely holiday. The garden is truly superb, so much so that we spent the majority of our holiday here. The place is spotless, and the owner could not have been more helpful from the time of booking until departure. It is all the little touches that make a difference. On arriving after a long day of travel, it was lovely that there was milk, juice, eggs, bread etc. I thoroughly recommend this house without reservation, in a town, but you wouldn't know it, so quiet in the garden.

An oasis in the heart of Andalusia

Quiet in August, very clean and very well equipped, it's an oasis 30 mn from Sevilla, 1h30 from Cordoba, Arcos de la Frontera or Cadix. Ana is a delighful host, professional and very informative. Location is exactly the same as the photos. Several minimarkets and restaurants in Burguillos and a Marcadona supermarket in 10mn by car. Highly recommended !!

A lovely oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Casa Ana. It is a lovely spacious house with a beautiful garden and pool. There are several shaded seating areas in the garden and it is a wonderful place to relax after a busy, hot day out. Seville is a 30 mins drive and Jerez and Cordoba are close enough for a longer trip. Communication with Ana was first class and we very much appreciated the food and drink supplies she provided. Thank you Ana!

Lovely oasis in quiet town.

Perfect week in great property. Close to other properties but not overlooked. Beautiful pool and garden area. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, immaculately clean. Very useful utility, outdoor toilet and shower area. Perfectly cool inside the house. Ana provided great basic foods and drinks - very much appreciated.

Peaceful oasis

The house was exactly as described and the pictures are good. The booking was easy and it’s c30minutes from Seville airport. An easy drive (but do check the map carefully since there is a key right turn just after the roundabout in Burguillos). For us the garden was the perfect spot warm sheltered and really peaceful while the house would be a welcome retreat when it gets too hot outside.

Great villa

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Ana. Ana was great with communication. The villa was extremely clean and looked nicer than the photos. It had everything you needed to cook. The pool and garden are the highlight of the property. The children enjoyed the inflatables. Unless you want to stay in the villa you need a car to explore. It's a 30 minute drive to central Sevilla. Burguillos is a small quiet town with a few cafes, bars and supermarkets. There are a couple of park that our children enjoyed. We would definitely recommend Casa Ana and are hopeful we can return soon.

Perfect break

Casa Ana is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. We arrived to find the house and garden in immaculate shape and had a really relaxing and peaceful week. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby with amazing local ingredients meant lots of delicious dinners in the garden looking out over the pool. Great mix of sun and shade in the garden and house nice and cool even in the heat. Seville only a short trip away. Real attention to detail from the owner to ensure that everything we needed was easily available and seamless communication. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely villa, in a town with a pool

We thought we were looking for the impossible when we searched for something near Seville, with a garden and pool, in a town and enough room forseveral generations from 8 month old baby to 87 year old great-granma. This is perfect! Beautifully clean, well-equipped and the many shady seating areas in the garden were very welcome. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The owner(?) Ana was really easy to deal with and extremely helpful, leaving us a welcome food parcel and suggesting local restaurants to eat at and places to visit too. One of the best we have ever been to.

A HIDDEN GEM

WOW. What a wonderful property. Everything was perfect for our holiday. The house was immaculately clean and really well equipped, It is short of nothing that you will need to enjoy your stay, Ana has thought of everything. The welcome pack was fabulous and most appreciated after our long journey, and the secure parking was an added bonus. The air conditioning in each room in the property was most welcome especially as there was a heatwave during our visit.The private pool was great and the garden was enchanting with the lovely palm trees and fruit trees. There were various seating areas to enjoy both the sun and shade.There are ample bars and restaurants in Burguillos to choose from, all which serve lovely, spanish food & drinks all at very reasonable prices. There are a few supermarkets and a variety of smaller shops within walking distance from the property. Seville was only a 30 minute bus ride and well worth a visit. Ana was a fantastic host and all communication with her from start to finish was excellent, so efficient and helpful. The house is a credit to her.All in all the property exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you Ana :)

Charming house

We had a lovely holiday in Burguillos with relatives. House was clean and comfy and garden was very nice. You can hear some noise from the street to the first bedroom and from the church opposite the house. Bells are ringing every hour starting from 8 am untill 8 pm. So if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. The second bathroom is actually in the garden terrace, not inside the house. Otherwise everything was as descriped. Short walks to many resraurants in Burguillos and short drive to Seville. We recommend also 10 minute drive to restaurant GBA tapas y copas! Owner is very friendly and helpfull. We're very satisfied! Thank you Ana!

Immaculately clean! Wonderfully stocked with many new grocery food & beverage to get us started!

This property is updated, well cared for and exceptionally clean. There are heat and air conditioning wall units in each room for perfect temperature comfort. As international travel weary as we were, it was a blessing to find virtually all the basic grocery items we could need to get started including both food & beverage. I don't know that everyone should expect this (Perhaps because we rented for 8 days). A couple of streaming services logged in and ready to go was wonderful too. A second toilet/sink/mirror/shower in small pool house worked great as I let the ladies get ready inside. Also a washer in pool house. Spiral stairs up to large rooftop space with clothes drying line. Although cold and rainy I still managed to jump in the pool once! I did not meet Ana in person but we had good communication via VRBO & commonly used international messaging app (Won't name or review may be removed). Property is about a 30 minute drive north of Sevilla which was perfectly fine. To conclude, it is clear Ana has been doing this for a while...and she is good at it. I would indeed stay again. :)

Wonderful garden

The standout feature of Casa Ana is the very private garden, which is perfect for enjoying the summer warmth, both in and out of the sun. The jasmine-scented pergola is excellent as a lunch spot. The pair of magnificent palm trees deserve to be a tourist attraction in their own right. The house itself is on a quiet street – aside from dog barks, church bells, and sounds from the nextdoor school – and roller blinds on the windows keep it cool although a tad dark inside. The three bedrooms are small, sharing a single bathroom. There’s an additional shower and toilet in the outside utility room adjacent to the terrace – plus a washing machine. The house also has a PV system, which gets a big thumbs-up from us. The living room has a large flatscreen TV with soundbar, and Netflix streaming was glitch-free thanks to the decent WiFi inside (and outside) the house. The kitchen is compact, but adequately equipped, and with an efficient oven. Some additional baking trays, bowls and utensils wouldn’t go amiss. We appreciated the generous ‘welcome pack’, which included wine and a selection of fruit and vegetables. Of the two supermarkets in town, Dia was the best. With regards to eating out, we’d recommend Pizza Genuino, which creates Romana-type pizzas; non-meat eaters receive short shrift elsewhere, at least locally. Ana, the owner, was an excellent host, and readily contactable via a WhatsApp message.

Quiet (mostly) and pleasant location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Ana. It was scrupulously clean and pleasant throughout, and Ana was a considerate and helpful host. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the 25c to 35c weather, and just big enough to swim short lengths. The terrace and garden were charming, with several shady places to sit out of the direct sunlight. A pleasant breeze was almost constant, which took the edge off all but the highest heat. One thing to be aware of is that during late September it is the Pilgrimage of the Virgen del Rosario, Burguillos. This is celebrated with bell ringing from the church opposite Casa Ana, and 5 to 10 rockets being let off nearby between about 8PM and 8:30PM. When heard from across the town they sound like fireworks, but when in the garden of Casa Ana they're directly overhead and extremely loud. Café Bar Centro De Dia is a good breakfast place, especially if you're looking for something like toast and coffee. Mesón El Abuelo is a short walk from Casa Ana, and sitting outside for lunch was a definite pleasure. Be warned though that the opening/closing times for restaurants in Google Maps are not always accurate, and the restaurants themselves have a relaxed attitude on timing too. Casa Ana has two wifi networks (one in the house and one in the garden). The house wifi is not particularly good - OK for browsing/streaming, but not quite enough for video calls/conferences. This probably isn't a problem for anyone there on holiday, but if you plan/need

Un coin de paradis

Nous (famille avec 3 enfants) avons reçu un merveilleux accueil d'Ana et de son mari qui n'ont pas manqué d'attention pour que notre séjour soit idéal. La maison et son jardin sont encore mieux que sur les photos, c'est pour dire ! L'ensemble est d'une propreté irréprochable. D'autre part tout est fait pour faciliter l'installation (nourriture pour le premier repas, boissons, condiments, linge de maison, gel douche, produits d'entretien, ...). La maison dispose de nombreux équipements (tv avec chaînes françaises par satellite, wifi, climatisation, ...). Le jardin permet d'allier les plaisirs de la piscine et ceux de la détente. A l'extérieur, l'aménagement des tables permet de trouver un endroit à l'ombre à tout moment de la journée. Le quartier est très tranquille et comporte des commerces de proximité. Burguillos est une petite ville en retrait du tumulte touristique, ce qui offre une relation privilégiée avec ses habitants. Quel plaisir d'observer chaque jour les cigognes sur le clocher de l'église située face à la maison (aucune nuisance sonore). Nous recommandons vivement cette location et ses charmants propriétaires.
