Nuestra cabina de lujo dormir hasta 6 personas.
Nuestra cabaña está completamente amueblada con 2 dormitorios (2º dormitorio como Loft), 2 baños, salón con chimenea de piedra, cocina totalmente equipada, lavandería ,, acceso inalámbrico a Internet y TV por cable vivo. Su es un sofá cama en el salón. La propiedad cuenta con numerosas rutas de senderismo y está al lado del río francés amplia para la pesca, paseos en bote y kayak. La amplia zona de terraza es ideal para la recolección formal o informal, como bodas, fiestas de empresa y reuniones familiares. Nuestras cabañas bien equipadas tienen vistas a un lago Coma, donde la naturaleza está en su puerta, que rodea por las magníficas montañas Blue Ridge. Nuestro lugar está a sólo 20 minutos de la animada ciudad cultural, de Asheville.

Wonderful cozy getaway

We love staying on this property. It is conveniently located next to the city of Asheville and all outdoor activities. The property itself is charming and cozy with all the comforts of home. We highly recommend staying!

lovely cottage by a small lake, just outside of Asheville. kitchen well equipped for a short to medium stay, with a full stove, grill, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher available. communication with hosts was very easy, with a great check in and check out process. Only unexpected things were that proximity to the airport and a freeway meant it could get rather loud outside, not our favorite thing but can’t really be helped. Would happily stay again.

Loved this place! The place is very clean and rustic. The owners were very nice and helpful. The only downside was a few low flying planes landing at the AVL airport but didn’t bother us. It was actually entertaining to watch.

Great stay

Our stay was great. Although we received a lot of rain during our stay the property was very peaceful and relaxing. Hosts were very accommodating and kind. This will be my first choice to stay wherever I return to the area.

Wonderful property

We loved our stay here at the lake. We were able to catch many fish and using the canoe and paddle boat was fun. The owners are very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had fun visiting the goats, rabbits and ducks as well.

Wonderful property and location

Really enjoyed our time here. The property is very well maintained and clean. The location is fantastic, so convenient to anything you would want to do in Asheville, Hendersonville or Blue Ridge Parkway. Property owners were very responsive to every question (we didn't have any issues that needed resolved) Highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was convenient to everything and the host was very helpful and accommodating. The cabin is as described - beautiful and cozy. As noted, it is near the airport so there is definitely plane noise but we felt like the convenient location outweighed that one negative.

Biltmore Visit

The Host and Property were both excellent. The property was well maintained and very nicely decorated. It was also very central to all of our activities during our stay visiting both Asheville and Hendersonville.

Arden stay

The cottage is beautiful and unusually well-provisioned with pots and pans and things you need for cooking. The sitting area is so welcoming. We also loved the screened in porch and decks. The owner is lovely. He gave us great advice for hikes and dining.

Much needed getaway

Wonderful little cottage for a much needed getaway. There is some noise from the airport from incoming flights but it wasn't horrible. The owners are great and very accommodating.

Best of both worlds

Very easy commute to hiking, dining, movies, shopping, Biltmore estate yet the property is a pocket of tranquility to recharge the batteries and enjoy the serenade of nature from the screened in porch day bed or high top bar table on covered porch. 2nd stay for us and we'd love to do it again.

A Short Distance From Asheville

This house was an easy drive from all we wanted to see - esp. the Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore, and Asheville. We very much enjoyed the view of the pond, all the surrounding woods, the peace and quiet and the conveniences of the house itself. The owner was friendly and responsive and made sure that all went well.

We decided on a long weekend trip to the Asheville area and found this charming cottage in the woods on a small lake. The owners are quite gracious and greeted us on our arrival, told us all about the 20 acres property, then allowed us to enjoy ourselves yet be on call should we need anything. The cottage is lovelyly, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, but longer than a long weekend.

First time to NC

We had a wonderful week long stay at The Cottage. It was perfect for two couples. We loved the porch and ate almost every meal out at the table. The fire pit and wildlife were added bonuses (deer, turkeys, owls, birds, and of course the goats, chickens, and ducks). The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the area, close to things we wanted to see and do. (The Biltmore was only about 15 minutes away, with traffic). We will definitely go back to stay!

Lovely cabin

My family had a lovely time at the cabin. The decor is so cozy and inviting. There is a screened-in porch right off the living room as well as a nice-sized deck, which we enjoyed. The cabin is relatively close to Ashville and the Biltmore which is what we were looking for. If a guest is looking to spend some time on the water there is a large pond on the property. The owner provides canoes. There are 3 adorable goats, chickens, and ducks that we spend some time with before exploring the area. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The owner was great, very friendly and helpful. Sat on the porch and talked to us when we arrived. Had to delay the conversation every time a LARGE jet would go over us. The house is in a flight path for the airport. The house was very comfortable and clean.

Great location, super secluded!

Our stay at Pumpkin Verdi was super cute! The home is located in a very quiet and secluded spot in the middle of the woods, with a private lake and hiking trails. The location is perfect for quick access to downtown Asheville and not far from Asheville airport. The owners are present but not pushy and are quick to respond and helpful. I forgot my iPhone charger and they offered to run one to me to use! They also put the AC on before I arrived so that the house was nice and cool before arriving. 😎 Grab some coffee and extras while you are at the store on your way to check in., this is the first home I have stayed in that did not provide complimentary coffee. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Transparency for Travelers

It is not to say this cabin is a bad place to stay, but in the spirit of transparency for future vacationers, here are the pros and cons from our experience. Pros: large outdoor space that feels secluded, cute goats that the kids in our group loved, very responsive hosts, proximity to Asheville. Cons: VERY loud airplanes fly overhead approx. every 20min from about 8a-10p (hard to hold a conversation on porch & can hear them inside), inaccurate listing- cabin is ONE bedroom and ONE loft (no door for privacy), there are amenities listed like golf, massage, and breakfast for purchase and none of this is accurate, king bed and pull out couch are very uncomfortable so in theory this cabin sleeps 6, but I wouldn't recommend the couch, some musty smelling sponges and towels, along with cobwebs on light fixtures and corners of windows that were large enough to notice. We enjoyed our time despite these cons, but would not stay here again.

Expectations exceeded

Our experience with Brett and Rumi from the initial booking through checkout was pleasant,enjoyable and seamless. I can't say enough about the look, feel and comfort of Pumpkin Verdi. It is designed and furnished like a primary retreat with so much attention to preserving the North Carolina mountain motif. We spent each morning lounging on the wrap around deck while enjoying a fresh ground cup of coffee grinder furnished!!), overlooking the well manicured pond in front of this picturesque property. I can not say thank you enough to Brett and Rumi for opening up such an amazing residence for my little boys and I to create memories of a lifetime. We were told there were fish in the pond, and quickly realized that was an understatement ,as each day we reeled in fish until our arms were sore. We will be back to enjoy this amazing property and it's equally perfect hostsThank you again guys. We are grateful!!!!Colin, Cayden and Kyler

On arriving you feel the nature and its beautiful setting in the heart of Blue Ridge Mountains. You are under 10 minutes from Asheville's attractions, activities & shopping. In 4 minutes you can be at the stores, cinema, restaurant.

The property is excellently located for those vacationers who wish to be near Asheville's main tourist attractions and amenities. The property is tucked into a forest overlooking beautiful Lake Coma with the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the lake, teaming with wide life and in the migrator paths sees a host of visiting wildlife. Our children love to swimming and boat and walking around the lake is so peaceful and serene.
