Excellent villa

Eventhough we ran a bit late, Cosimo was waiting to welcome us after a long trip. He explained all the features of house, which were a lot and then left, so we could unpack etc. The villa is really roomy, and there are lots of places in and around the house to relax. We loved the floor heating the first week, because it was a bit cold. The second week it was hot enough for us to use the air-conditioning which worked well across the whole house. The master bedroom looks very nice, with it's night time star ceiling. The walk-in closet is not very big, but large enough for a vacation. There is also a lot of closet space just outside of the room, but we did not need that. Because we went in april, the weather was not as nice as we hoped. The swimmingpool was very cold, The kids went in, but I didn't. What surprised me was how good the internet was, this was the first villa in Italy in 4 years that had decent internet, fast enough to watch a movie on Netflix. That came really handy when it was raining. All in all we did not have any issues while we where there and if we had something to ask, Casimo replyed very fast on Whatsapp. We had nice vacation and recommend anyone to stay here

Was great !

The house was amazing exactly what I expected, all the bedrooms were nice and spacious, bathrooms as well, the pool area is literally all you need ! House is equipped with everything you will need for your stay Not much to do in the area but if you are looking for a place to kick back relax and forget your problems then this is for you!!totally recommended, enjoy !!

La casa di Cosimo è meravigliosa forse ancora meglio di quanto ci si aspetti dalle foto che già di per se sono belle. Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti per il ponte del 1 novembre in 8 . Tutto incredibilmente pulito e niente che possa mancare e ,nonostante il tempo ,non ci siamo fatti mancare un meraviglioso aperitivo in piscina. La casa è vicina sia al lago D’Orta che al lago Maggiore e in 20 minuti siamo a Milano. Cosimo e sua sorella sono perfetti padroni di casa molto disponibili gentili e professionali. Insomma tutto Super. Speriamo di tornarci presto.

sehr schöne sauberer große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht incl. riesigem Pool.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Es hat mit einem sehr netten Vermieter begonnen der uns einmal durchs Haus geführt hatte. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht, vom Feuerzeug über Insektenspray, Pflaster zu 3 verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen, Fettreduktionsgrill, mechanische Saftpresse und weiterem Schnickschnack. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Von morgens bis abends Sonne. Das einzige Manko ist das Abends die Mücken kommen. Zum Pool und für draußen gab es ebenfalls eine Menge Spielzeug. Ein toller Safari/Freizeitpark ist in der Nähe und die nur 300 Meter entfernte Pizzeria (zum holen) ist ein Traum (kein Englisch/Deutsch). Es war, insbesondere durch den Pool, ein sehr stressfreier Urlaub mit unseren Kindern. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen

Wir, das sind außer mir meine Frau und unser Hund, sind viel unterwegs und mieten uns gerne Wohnungen oder Ferienhäuser. Dieses Anwesen war bisher das absolut beste, welches wir bisher hatten. Die Einrichtung ist super, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der sehr sympatische Cosimo war immer ansprechbar, die Einweisung für das Haus war perfekt. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus aus vollem Herzen jedem empfehlen. Heinz und Waltraud mit Hund Rana aus Saarbrücken

Have just returned from a truly wonderful week at Villa Cometa. The property is very clean and wonderfully furnished throughout with all the comforts for a great holiday. wunderschöne Herbsttage in der Villa Cometa genossen!

der Besitzer war pünktlich zur Übergabe da. Sehr freundlich und wohlwollender Empfang. Das Haus absolut sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was nötig. da das Haus komplett mit einer Mauer umzäunt ist ideal für Hunde oder Kleinkinder. wir werden das gerne an unsere Freunde weiter empfehlen! vielen Dank Cosimo und liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz

SUPER VILLA mit SUPER VERMIETER

Die Villa Cometa ist ein Traum..... Wir waren mit 6 Personen (davon 2 Kinder) zu Gast. Cosimo, sein Bruder Giovanni und seine Schwester Luisa waren ständig erreichbar um sich Tipps zu holen. Als wir einen Arzt brauchten waren Sie da und fuhren mit ins Krankenhaus. Sowas findet man sehr selten. Nochmals besten Dank. SUPER VILLA und SUPER Team. Ich würde dafür 10 Sterne geben (leider nicht möglich). Sehr Empfehlenswert. Ciao

Zeer fraai huis in prima omgeving

Wij zijn in augustus 2017 een week te gast geweest in Villa Cometa en hebben genoten van de omgeving en de faciliteiten van het huis. Het huis was zeer schoon en zag er goed verzorgd uit. Het zwembad is groot en neemt niet de hele tuin in beslag waardoor voldoende ruimte bestaat om ofwel rustig te liggen of het grasveld te gebruiken voor een activiteit. Het huis is volledig ommuurd en hierdoor heb je voldoende privacy. Wat betreft de omgeving zit je in een rustig stuk Italië, omringd door rijstvelden, maar op (maximaal) een uur rijden vind je in alle richtingen leuke plaatsen zoals, Milaan (is vlakbij), Allessandria, Asti, Turijn, Bergamo, Vercelli, etc. Genoegd te doen in de omgeving. Novarra (15 minuten rijden) is vlakbij en hier zit een winkelcentrum met een grote supermarkt voor alle dagelijkse benodigdheden. Nog dichterbij in Vicolungo (5 minuten rijden) zit een groot modern outletcenter waar je naar hartelust kunt shoppen (als het onverhoopt een keer wat minder mooi weer is). Al met al een zeer fraai en verzorgd huis in een omgeving die het verkennen meer dan waard is.

Perfect

Early July 2017, we enjoyed a magnificent holiday in Villa Cometa. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the vicinity of the rice paddies of Casaleggio. As the house is equipped with two bikes, it is possible to bike through the paddies to Novara or to the super market in Biandrate. By car, interesting sights such as Milan, Turin and the Italian lakes can be reaches easily. A beautiful, albeit less known place to visit is Fort Bard, located in the Aosta valley. Between the trips, the large outdoor pool of the villa is an amazing place to relax and to cool down. Both indoor and outdoor, the villa is well-equipped with all the tools to make your holiday: an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a sink, a pool with a music installation, air-conditioned bedrooms, a kitchen with a large refrigerator, a wine climate cabinet and an espresso machine, etc.. Cosimo, the owner, is an enthusiastic and hospitable host, who makes you feel at home right from the point of arrival and who is at your disposal 24/7 for any problems, issues or questions that may arise.

Alleen maar genieten...

Ons verblijf van 17/06/2017 - 01/07/2017 We werden onthaald door de charismatische eigenaar Cosimo. Na de rondleiding in het prachtige huis kon de vakantie echt beginnen. Dit huis heeft alles wat je maar kan wensen. Het is een woning met groot privé-zwembad. Het terrein Is volledig ommuurd en ligt in een afgelegen rustige buurt. De dorpskern ligt op wandelafstand. De binneninrichting is prachtig. Alles is aanwezig, je hoeft eigenlijk niets mee te brengen. Cosimo is een muziekliefhebber en dat merk je. Er is een centrale muzieksysteem voorzien waardoor de muziek in elke kamer beschikbaar komt. Buiten heb je ook nog een aparte muziekinstallatie aan het zwembad. In het kleine dorpscentrum kan je zowaar alles terugvinden: bakker/slachter/restaurant, café, pizzeria en een winkeltje. Voor de grote inkopen rijd je best naar Novara, zo'n 15km verderop. Op 10km vind je de outlet van Vuculengo, een aanrader. Het huis biedt plaats aan 4/6 personen en je hebt werkelijk alles ter beschikking. Het huis is veel groter dan dat de foto's laten uitschijnen. Het is altijd fijn als je verwachtingen, die je toch steeds hebt als je een huis boekt, overtroffen worden. Een pluim voor Cosimo, Luisa en Giovanni. Deze laatste 2 zorgen ervoor dat het huis, tijdens je verblijf, tip-top in orde blijft; handdoeken wisselen, vuilbakken wegdoen, gras maaien, onderhoud zwembad enz. Cosimo staat ook altijd klaar: Wij hebben bvb gevraagd hoe we Milaan best konden bezoeken en wat we zeker niet mochten missen in deze mode-stad. Indien er een probleem is, dan wordt dit meteen opgelost. Wij hebben echt genoten van dit fantastische huis. Als het uitkomt, dan komen we zeker terug. Grosses, wunderschönes Haus an ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unsere Ferien (4 Personen, davon 1 Baby) in der Vila Cometa sehr genossen. Das Haus war tiptop sauber geputzt und entsprach voll und ganz den gezeigten Fotos. Die Einrichtung liess keine Wünsche offen, bei Bedarf war stets eine Ansprechperson erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank wir kommen wieder

Dream vacation !

We have spend a fantastic 2 weeks vacation isnthis wonderfull villa Cometa , located in a very quite small village. Ideal to make some nice trips , during the day and to come back in a villa where you feel at home and can enjoy the privacy and become Zen near the pool ! Music all over the house . All the pictures showed in this HomeAway website are really like it is in reality , and even much better ! The house was very nice cleaned when we arrived ! Everything is present to make it conftable . In the village , a few hunderd meter from the villa , there is a small shop and bar with very friendly people with local food , drinks and Ice cream ! The location of the villa is perfect to visit the lakes in the north , the wineregion "barollo" in the south , some nice cities Milano, Bergamo, Turin , ... . The owner , is very friendly and is available 24 hrs/day if there should be any problem. To be clear we did not face any problem , everything was perfect ! Greetings from 2 happy people in Belgium.

Fantastic exclusive Villa with suberb service

Especially I would like to confirm the reviews of the previous tenants, and add the following to it: A long time ago, we decided to rent this villa from Cosimo. From the first time of hire, we had a good feeling for the upcoming holiday. We have wondered whether the villa indeed would look like on the pictures. But our fears were unfounded. Everything was perfect and everything was according to the pictures. We rent accommodation in Italy for years and always there is something what does not. Here not so! Everything works and is of fine quality. The air conditioning in the whole house is perfect, especially if you have temperatures above 35 degrees. The kitchen is also perfect, good enough pots and kettles are provided. We loved the really big fridge. The pool is fantastic and also the opportunity to relax by the pool are perfect. It is just enjoy !! In one of the previous reviews state that it feels as if you're a millionaire for a while and yes it's true !!! Very nice it is to know that in any trouble, you can always fall back on Cosimo. He always has a solution. I can give several examples of. But believe me, Cosimo will make every effort to make your stay at Villa Cometa to a success. Regarding all of this we allready decided to book this villa for next year for three weeks. Before I forget, I want you to point to a very nice restaurant in Viccolungo: Osteria Tabarin. Not cheap but very nice and very friendly service. Located in the street in front of the ice creamshop.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. es war schöner wie die Bilder im Internet. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Babys. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren sehr schön und sehr gemütlich. Der Vermieter Cosimo war bei Fragen sofort für uns erreichbar. Es hat an gar nichts gefehlt... Wir kommen wieder!
