La casa está ubicada en el centro histórico de Castellammare del Golfo y tiene vistas al castillo que dio nombre a la ciudad.

Vito Lo Capo es un punto de referencia para ponerse en contacto con el mar y la actividad de los pescadores, desde donde comprar pescado fresco directamente.
En el paseo marítimo se pueden degustar platos típicos y la cena ofrece una fantástica vida nocturna.

Marianna was an amazing Vrbo host and we will definitely be staying at her home again! Marianna was very welcoming and treated us like family. The house was very clean and spacious and in the perfect location. Close enough to the restaurants, port, and beach but also on a quiet street where you were able to get rest. Each room had air conditioning and either a balcony or large window to view the beautiful Port of Castellammare! We were also able to use the top floor terrace area which was breathtaking! The bathroom was had a large shower and a lot of space! Our family could not have asked for a better home to stay in to experience Castellammare like a local!

excellent apartment

the host was very welcoming and made sure our stay was excellent. The apartment is good with everything you could need and the roof terrace is very special.Located in a quiet street where I always found a car parking space. Restaurants, bars and the town centre very close. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and would love to return there again

Wonderful stay

The property was exceptionally clean with fantastic facilities. Every small detail was planned meticulously and made our stay pleasurable. The location is 10 minutes walk away from the sea front and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. The hostess was knowledgeable and friendly and always on hand to advise us when we needed something. Great place to stay.

Nice apartment in peaceful part of town.

Very clean well equipped apartment with nice large roof terrace with great views over the harbour. Lovely home baked pastries on arrival. Parking not easy! Strange intermittent buzzing noise a bit annoying at night, could not work out what it was (not air conditioning which worked well). Otherwise peaceful location but very central. Would recommend.

Beautiul stay in Castellammare!

My family and I has such a great experience when staying in Castellammare. The location was very close to restaurants, bars and most importantly.. gelatorias. The host was kind and very good at communicating with us when we had questions. Check in and check out were very easy. The apartment was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The terrace was also a big plus! Pretty views of the water. Thank you again for hosting us!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war mega schön, mit der tollen dachterrasse ein echt Genuss. Strände gibt es schöne in der Nähe und jeden Abend war was los im schönen Städtchen. Tolle Läden, Restaurants und Bars. Die Wohnung ist zentral und dennoch ruhig so dass man auch die Ruhe genießen kann. Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn etwas war, waren sie sofort da. Einfach ein toller Urlaub. Danke für alles

Exploring Sicily

This was a good size apartment for two couples wanting to stay in the old town of Castellammare Del Golfo. Clean and newly decorated. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to the town with good cafés and restaurants and to surrounding places of interest. Parking in the street, but quiet road so OK.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic sea view

We had a very nice holiday at Casa dei Coralli. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well presented with all the comforts our family needed (including a kettle!), with a beautiful modern bathroom including a double shower which had amazing water pressure. For convenience there is parking directly outside the house; great for unloading all the suitcases! We will definitely return to Casa de Coralli; it has a beautiful sandy and safe beach, which our 8-year-old twins thoroughly enjoyed. The sea was exceptionally calm and the water crystal clear; we couldn’t get our children out of it! Parking at the beach was easy, costing just €1 per hour. The apartment is situated very close the old town pedestrianised area, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from; it was safe for our children to walk around without worrying about passing traffic. We will always remember Casa Dei Coralli for its beautiful views of the marina and its golden beach. Thank you, Leonardo, we will definitely come back to Casa dei Coralli in Castellammare Dell Golfo Mario Barranca

Great convenient home to stay in Castellammare del Golfo

Super clean and comfortable home with all modern amenities. All cotton sheets and towels are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows. All of the home's spacious rooms are well outfitted with all one needs while on vacation. Excellent water pressure and air conditioning - a must during the hot summer here! The home has beautiful french style doors which open onto terraces and allow in the sea breezes. The roof terrazzo houses the washing machine, and clothes drying racks as well as a small kitchen for food prep with tables, chairs & a huge umbrella to provide shade from the bright sun. There are also items for the beach, and a view of the marina. The home is in a safe and quite location, with room to leave a car parked on the street without charge. A short walk from la cala marina and the busy seaport with many restaurants and shops. Right down the street from the home is la Villa Margherita Elena which has a huge closed-to -traffic street and a park where people and families congregate day and into the night for restaurants, bars and gelato. Also super easy from there to head down to the port and other interesting side streets of Castellammare with markets for fresh meats, vegetables, fruits and more. The landlord Leo and his mother Marianna are super nice and very responsive if you have concerns or questions. You have all your privacy while there but if you need anything they are minutes away. Like most of Sicilia, Castellammare is a maze of hills, stairs and a great place to walk. We loved our Castellamarese home away from home and will definitely rent from Leo again! Spacious property in good location.

Perfect location to enjoy excellent and historical coastal town of Castellammare. The property is certainly "vintage" but not a surprise.....would certainly stay again although on next occasion would ask for a kettle to be available!

Perfect

Very nice spacious house. We parked our car right in front of the house. Very quiet area with only 5 minutes walk from the center. No noise. Easy access to main road or motorway for visiting. Owners very helpfull. If time permits we would love to come back!!

emplacement parfait , maison perfectible.

L'emplacement de Wifi House Vintage est idéal , les rues piétonnes animées sont à 100/200 mètres ainsi que le port de Castellamare Del Golfo , que ce soit pour faire quelques courses ou les sorties nocturnes. Hélas la climatisation de la chambre était totalement défaillante et le bruit des rues adjacentes absolument pas filtré par les fenêtres ou porte fenêtres certes typiques de l'habitat sicilien vintage mais phoniquement nulles.

Appartement propre et bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé, la ville de Castellamare est idéale pour une halte de quelques jours, à proximité des plages et des commerces. La maison est bien équipée. Seul bémol : une chambre sans climatisation et une autre avec une clim défectueuse. Par ailleurs nous avons regretté que le propriétaire ne soit pas plus arrangeant pour notre arrivée (nous n'avons pas pu ne serait ce que déposer nos valises avant 16h et ce alors que nous sommes arrivées à 11h et que le logement doit être libéré à 10h au plus tard).

Une maison très bien située

De passage pour une nuit à Castellemare del Golfo, nous avons été très bien accueillies et conseillées pour trouver des restaurants. La maison est très bien située, non loin de l'hôtel de Ville et agréable. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la terrasse.

A warm welcome to a wonderful house

We are a British family of three who have just returned from the most fantastic holiday in beautiful Sicily. Our hosts, the wonderful family Gervasi, kindly arranged for us to be collected on arrival at Palermo airport and taken to the house in Castellammare del Golfo where we were warmly welcomed by them, really starting our holiday on exactly the right note. While leaving us to enjoy our holiday, the family were easily contacted and were more than happy to offer practical advice and local knowledge when needed. The house was as beautiful as we could have hoped for, spacious, elegant and tranquil, and contained everything needed for our stay, ample utensils, furniture for the terrace, even a beach umbrella, and much more. Everything was clean, well organised and maintained. The solid wi-fi was a enormous convenience which enabled us to research and plan trips as we went along, consulting online bus time-tables, opening hours, etc. The house is perfectly located close to all attractions within the town while the cul-de-sac location maintains a magical atmosphere of calm. There is a well-run 'alimentari' a short stroll away for food essentials as well as olives, local cheeses and other things. For us, Castellammare del Golfo had everything, a nice little everyday beach a short walk along from the town, a rugged coastline with dramatic coves for bathing washed by turquoise seas, mountains perfect for exploring on our doorstep, reliable bus services to places of interest, the amazing city of Palermo reachable for a day trip (though bus not necessarily recommended for this one), lots of places to try authentic Sicilian food from little take-aways only used by locals to extremely plush restaurants overlooking the port, and perhaps the friendliest and most charming local inhabitants we have ever met on our travels, a far cry from the tourist burn-out we have experienced in higher profile destinations. Despite our policy of always visiting new places, Castellammare is a place we would definitely return to because of its charm and the scope of what it offers. We are grateful to the Gervasi family and will definitely stay in this property again, next year, perhaps with friends, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to all of our friends and family.

A return to the Motherland.

Wow, what an excellent, excellent experience we had here in Castellammare Del Golfo and in this three story home. The House: The hosts were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. We were two families, 6 people total. We were very comfortable as the home is very large and disposed on three levels. Ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with with bathroom (shower) and dinning room and sofa. TV and strong wifi that reaches the roof terrace. The second floor has three large bedroom that can easily sleep 7 people (or more) with a full bath on same floor. The upper floor has a huge roof terrace with tables, lounge chairs , small barbecue, laundry room with washing machine. This roof deck was absolutely wonderful for entertaining or just checking your emails in the morning while having your coffee. During our visit, we also had friends staying a couple of blocks away and we invited everyone over one evening for a great barbecue of fresh grilled fish from the nearby port. The view from this terrace is worth the price of admission. another BIG plus for us was the ability to park two cars directly in front of the house. This is not guaranteed, but we had absolutely no problem finding parking each (9) nights. Since this home is located in a cul-de-sac, there is no traffic and few people know even to park on this street. Another HUGE advantage to this property is that's it's located 100 meters away from the "VILLA", the center of town, and yet very quiet all day and night. I highly recommend! The Hosts: In addition to all this, if it wasn't enough, I was very fortunate to meet the owners of this property because they went way out of their way to help me locate my great, great, grandfathers house, which turned out to be only 400 meters away from this house. This was very emotional for me since I was able to show my daughter (named after my great, grandfather) the exact house where she came from 7 generations ago. A truly wonderful moment for me and I'm really thankful to the host family for their time and effort. Unforgettable!

Charming sea town.

The view from the terrace is beautiful. However we had an older person with us that found the many stairs to get from the kitchen on the main floor to the bedrooms and then another long flight to the terrace very tiring. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We wish the wonderful person who welcomed us spoke English some. But all in all the little town was most charming and easy to walk to.

Ottimo punto di partenza!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento la settimana dal 19 al 26 agosto ed ha rispettato pienamente le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento era pulito e molto spazioso e con un terrazzo, all'ultimo piano, con un gran bella vista sul porto e sul castello di Castellammare. La casa inoltre si trova a due passi dal corso principale di Castellammare. Tuttavia trovandosi in pieno centro storico, l'unico neo è ovviamente il posto auto da cercare nei dintorni degli innumerevoli vicoletti che caratterizzano il paese, ancor di più durante il periodo in cui siamo stati lì, ovvero durante feste patronali e sagre tipiche. Ma una volta parcheggiato l'auto è possibile godersi a piedi tutta la vita notturna di Castellammare, un paese ricco di ristorantini, locali, mercatini e tanta tanta gente. Infine segnaliamo la prontezza e disponibilità della proprietaria nel risolvere un problema al frigorifero che avevamo riscontrato. Dunque: CONSIGLIATO!!!!

Wonderful house!

We (family with two small children) stayed in the house for more than two months, from the end of August until the end of October 2014. The position of the house is perfect for enjoying the different beaches and the many natural and cultural places of interest in the area, as well as the town of Castellammare itself, the centre and port of which lay in walking distance. A very big advantage of the location is the fact, that the street in front of the house has a dead end, so despite its centrality the location is very quite and free of any traffic. Only on weekends it can be rather noisy during the night – like anywhere else in the centre of the town. The terrace has a fantastic view and is also well suited for small children. The rooms are great, beds and furniture are all of best quality. All the facilities in the house are in a very good state and absolutely reliable. The landlords are very kind and always ready to help, whatever your problem may be. We can only recommend the house and are indeed very much looking forward for coming back to enjoy it again.

UN SOGGIORNO TRA SOGNO E REALTA'

Siamo stati alcune settimane fa per due notti in questa casa , a dir poco fantastico oltre alla cordialità e simpatia del titolare e di sua figlia, la sorpresa di trovare una struttura con tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare in maniera comoda e confortevole, con una colazione ricca e variegata, a pochi passi dal centro. Splendide le camere e il loro bagno , di taglio " VINTAGE" e con una ampia cucina a disposizione e un'ampia terrazza dove segustare i proditti locali guardando il mare . Da ritornarci !!!
