Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor showed the owners care about their condo and want renters to feel at home in a cozy, cabin feel. They obviously put a great deal of work into remodeling. The management did not have a note about the lead levels in the water. I only found out because of a friend in another condo who had a notification posted. I felt this should be reported to us whether or not kitchen has a filter. Condo 108 did not have a vacuum. Due to allergies we like to clean during our stay, especially if there is carpet. I feel all the carpeting should be replaced as in some of the condos. I have been renting these condos for many years during the summer. I have been sharing with friends how wonderful all the different condos have been. However, this year when friends rented #104 I was very disappointed in the condition of their condo. I will not reiterate what they have reported, but I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great experience,a few things could be improved. Unit does not have a sofa bed, only 2 queen beds which made it a little difficult to sleep two teenagers and a father. TV In living room was not working the entire time and both TVs were extremely small screens. Someone should check to make sure everything is working before renters arrive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean with amazing views of Lake Dillon. Super comfortable memory foam beds. Unit was nicely equipped and all appliances worked well ( ice machine, dishwasher and fridge). Stove and countertops could be updated but otherwise delightful. Grills are available for use. They had yoga out on the lawn each morning and you could walk to the farmers market on Saturday. Great access to the lake and the trail that circles the lake.

We had an amazing weekend getaway from the city. The view from our condo was breathtaking. The condo itself was very clean and very organized, we were able to find what we needed easily. The rental group had great communication with us through the whole process, the app helped a lot. We used the app to find restaurants and things to do. We had a very positive experience and hope to stay here again, thank you!

Great location comfortable digs

We were in town to ski and found we were within 15 mins of 3 major resorts, we skied a day at Copper Mtn and a day at Keystone. Location is great for summer hiking and kayakiing also. The condo was in great shape, we cooked, relaxed, recovered, and slept well on comfortable beds. The 2 baths came in handy. The unit was warm as the wind whistled outside and wind chills went south of -6 degrees at night.
