Esta hermosa propiedad se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y apacible a pocos minutos de las playas y Ancao Garrao. La propiedad también está muy bien situado para los campos de clase mundial de Vale do Lobo, San Lorrenzo, Quinta do Lago Norte y Quinta do Lago Sul y es adecuado para jugadores de golf o unas vacaciones en familia.

La propiedad tiene una cocina muy bien equipada con lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, horno, vitrocerámica, frigorífico, congelador, tabla de planchar, plancha y suficiente vajilla, cubertería y cristalería.
El comedor / sala de estar tiene una mesa de comedor y seis sillas, a estrenar cómodo sofá, unidades de almacenamiento, un fuego de leña, unidad de aire acondicionado y 'estado del arte' sistema de TV / radio que puede ser sintonizada en numerosos canales, incluyendo los de la Reino Unido y el norte de Europa. Great place to stay in Algarve

We were 2 couples staying near Faro. The place is close to the beaches and restaurants. The owner gave us all the best places to visit and eat.

A slice of heaven on earth

We had a fantastic trip. The location, Beach and local restaurants were a pleasure to frequent. The beaches are so clean and the people we met were fun and energised. We slept well and found our neighbourhood peaceful. The villa was perfect in every way. We will definitely stay again.

Short Golf Break

Property was as described , all in good working order. Communications between ourselves and Andrew (the owner) were excellent and always prompt. Gave some good recommendations and accommodated our requests without a fuss. All in all an excellent stay. Would very much recommend and would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose

Really lovely house and well equipped

Made welcome by the cleaning staff as we arrived early and were able to leave luggage. Sparkling clean and well stocked with glasses, china and cooking utensils. Very good quality bed linen and towels and the courtyard garden was well kept with beds and shades and not overlooked. The area was quiet and well kept. When we were there no swimming pool open in the immediate area. Andy provided lots of information about the area and was extremely helpful when I had to contact him. Although we are great walkers you do need a car as restaurants are a distance away but the beach was only a 10 minute stroll. There was no nearby supermarket. We found the beach area quite expensive for eating out.

Condo was very comfortable and in great location

The condo was very well situated - 15 min walk to the beach and multiple restaurants or 3 min drive. Most days we drove 45 minutes to more spectacular beaches, though the local one is still very nice. Our best meal was at Izzy's, where we enjoyed fresh fish overlooking the ocean. The appliances are modern and the beds comfortable, so we slept well and felt right at home. However, there were some minor communication issues (ie incorrect wifi info and checkout time) with the owner, but overall he was easy to reach and quick to respond. Note that condo does not come with beach chairs, so we recommend buying some rather than renting each day at exorbitant price. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay!

Andrew was a fantastic host. The unit was clean and well furnished. The area good, beaches stunning.

The arrangement for access on arrival worked well. We found everything in place. the apartment lends itself to a through draft, if like us you do not like air conditioning. The proximity to the beach was between 10 and 15 minutes walk. The welcome pack gave us all that we needed to know in the area, which was very holiday orientated. plenty of good restaurants, though we did give Andy a new one. One problem was that it was TERRIBLY HOT. 40 degrees!! We mentioned to Andy that we would love to be able to use a pool. He told us that we could use the one in the hotel complex over the road. We did, and this made a huge difference t our holiday. We thoroughly recommend this property and its owner. you definitely need a car to get around in the area if renting this apartment.

A little piece of luxury and relaxation

Our accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and two teenage sons. The Townhouse has been modernised and finished to a very high specification. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. It was so lovely to eat alfresco in the patio area and sit and watch the sun go down. The boys of coarse loved the amazing TV system with access to SKY. I loved the attention to interior design and the candles around the place of more relaxed lighting. Bathrooms all had courtesy lighting, amazing! No need to fuss about switches, a mirror light just came on when you walked into the room. Beds were really comfortable , we all had such a relaxing holiday. The townhouse is only 12 mins walk to the beach. We did have a hire car which made getting provisions much easier, I think you would need a car. Andy, who owns the house, was very efficient, personable and attentive in his communication by email prior to , during and after our holiday. Andy was always happy to share his knowledge of the area and made suggestions of places to eat or activities which we might like to do as a family. We have had a wonderful holiday exploring the algrave, chilling by the beach, playing golf and enjoying the glorious restaurants within the area. It was just lovely to start and end each day in such lovely accommodation. I would certainly recommend this as a 5 Star accommodation

A lovely place to stay

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Vale do Lobo. We love the area and have been going for the past 20 years .... wonderful beaches, great restaurants.. the perfect holiday destination. We were not disappointed when we turned up at Andy's house, it has been very well done. A very well furnished and comfortable sitting room leads out onto a small, paved, garden with lovely patio furniture and sun loungers. The bedrooms are very tastefully decorated and the beds are super comfy with top quality bedding.... a bonus. The bathrooms were, again, fitted out to a very high standard .. great showers.. and I loved the lighting!! Andy was most helpful both at the time of booking and when we got to Portugal. In fact we had a slight problem with the air con in one of the bedrooms ... Andy got onto his agent straight away and it was fixed the next day..... we thank you for your prompt response (there was a heat wave.. and it was 40 degrees outside!!!) We really enjoyed our stay there, the house is very well maintained and spotlessly clean....we hope to return. Thank you Andy.

Fantastic property and Host.

3 of us stayed at Andy's property last week. It's in a fantastic location and the property has everything that you would expect to have and more. Full Sky HD (all the channels) was an added bonus. You will need a car to get around as the nearest supermarket is a couple of miles away. Andy was a great host and was on hand whenever we needed him and communicated regularly with us as soon as we made the initial booking. We will be booking with Andy again next year and look forward to returning to Vale do Lobo.

Fabulous villa

We returned recently from a wonderful holiday at this delightful villa in Portugal. The villa itself is in excellent order, well equipped and very clean. The fittings and furnishings are classy and of very good quality. There is a private garden area which is a lovely place to sunbathe and relax. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away from the villa through trees and sand dunes leading to a very clean beach. The owner of the villa could not have been more helpful, providing so much useful information on lovely restaurants, places to drink, directions to places of interest even providng a useful book which included a map of the area, and there was the name and number for a taxe if you didn't feel like driving yourself. We spent many nights in the welcoming beach bars enjoying excellent food, overlooking the sea watching th sun go down - absolute heaven. We are definitely going back next year as it is such a delightful place to stay and we cannot speak too highly about it Mr G Pick. MrG Pick

A sublime gem

The drive from Faro airport takes no time at all- and within 25 minutes, I was excitedly opening the door on a beautiful place that felt like home instantly. The villa is nothing short of a sublime treat. A great deal of care and attention has gone in to renovating and designing it- that much is clear in everything from the carefully chosen furniture to the beautiful bathrooms. It somehow sits comfortably between simplicity and decadence, remaining functional without feeling overstated. The kitchen has everything you could want or need to make it a happy home for the time there. In so many villas I have visited, making a nice meal can be challenging, so this for me makes a big difference. The first thing you notice when you finally stop throwing your bags around and being noisily excited by the place is the stillness of the setting. Coming from a busy city, that’s extremely welcome. I was lucky enough to enjoy the garden, which I believe has just been renovated. It is a simple stone flooring which works beautifully with the house, with a high boundary which makes it feel very secluded, and rather zen. There are also lovely balconies on both bedrooms, front and back of the villa. Another important thing for me is comfort, and this villa has that spot on. I woke up each morning feeling refreshed (if on one occasion a little hung-over). It’s worth renting a car if you’re there for a little while, but if it’s only a short trip, then most of what you need is only a short walk away. The walk to the beach takes around 10 minutes and there is a route through beautiful, unspoiled pine woodland. The beach has 3 or 4 great restaurants which I tried, and I would happily give a positive review to any one of them. So you’re not short for choice for good meals within walking distance. It’s worth a trip in a cab if you don’t have a car on the first day to the local supermarket, where you can get a surprising range of fresh food. That gives the freedom to stay in and just relax if that is what you chose to do. There is a rather nice and very quiet pool in the hotel complex only a moment from the villa, which means you don’t mind not having a pool of your own. So… the villa is a very special place, whether it’s for a family who want somewhere safe for young children, a first holiday for a romantic couple, or a slightly older clientele. The broad range includes me, in search of a blissful few days not thinking about a busy job.

I want to go back!

Simple, understated elegance. Beautiful bedding, bathrooms and furnishings. Sunshine all day round in this compact apartment. Perfect location: quiet, close to shared pool and the loveliest 10 minute walk through pine trees across the dunes to the perfect Algarve beach with great swimming and the coolest beach bars. Friendly owner who passes on good information regarding transport, shopping, restaurants and fun places to go.

Fantastic villa in beautiful setting

This property is fantastic, the photographs don't do the villa justice, must see. Very modern and spacious and finished to a very high standard with modern and comfortable furniture throughout. Short walk to the beach and excellent local restaurants. Already looking at booking again for next year. Highly recommended.

A fabulous house in a great location.

We a fantastic relaxing week here. The house is finished to a very high standard - completely refurbished with superb bathrooms, comfortable beds, high quality bedding and plenty of space to relax. It's easy to stay around the house, wander to the beach, bars and restaurants or connect with things locally - so much to see and do. We drove out to the west coast for one day - a must if you get chance. Prior to travelling we received a message from the owner with recommendations and ideas for things to do, where to eat - really helpful and Algarve magazines in the house ideal for getting a feel of the local area. Have already booked to go back again - this is and ideal base for a holiday in this part of Portugal.

A fabulous place to stay

We took a last minute break with our two children over half term and are so pleased we did! The property is very well located and there are many fantastic restaurants within a few minutes drive. It is close to a number of beaches and there are good facilities on the beaches with ample comfy sun beds and places to eat. The property is newly refurbished to a high standard featuring beautiful bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It is very clean and spacious and has all the facilities you would need either for a couple or family. The owner was extremely helpful in providing all the information needed including best places to dine and reliable taxi drivers! For the ladies there is also great shopping!!! We would definitely return and also recommend it to our friends.

AMAZING PLACE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is absolutely stunning. The property is beautiful and its spotless everywhere you look! The bedrooms are very modern and extremely spacious. The layout of the property is perfect, the living room is incredible which opens up into a beautiful garden area which is perfect for sunbathing or just relaxing throughout the day. There is so much to do as the property is perfectly situated and is surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars that I've been to! The food in the restaurants is fantastic and the locals are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. The stunning beach is only a 10 minute walk away with some amazing views along the way. The owners cannot do enough for you, they left us a map with recommendations of the best places to go and they did not dissapoint! They also left the number of a local driver who was so helpful and drove us to and from the local restaurants/bars at the drop of a hat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it is perfect for couples or families. Honestly one of the best holidays I've been on and me and my partner will definitely be returning!
