These luxurious suites are located at the base of a picturesque mountain slope, within walking distance of the golden sands of Cofresi Beach and its warm, glistening Caribbean waters. With two pools on property and a host of upscale amenities at your fingertips, guests will discover a private oasis here – perfect for couples or families who are ready for a relaxing, personalized tropical vacation.

The Residence Suites provide home-away-from-home accommodations combined with luxury living. Enjoy the ultimate in elegance and exclusive Caribbean style, with 12 three-story buildings built into a hillside just inland from Cofresi Beach. These one and two bedroom suites feature garden, mountain, or pool views, bedrooms with a king bed, private bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and comfortable dining area. Each suite offers cable television, air conditioning, phones, safety deposit box, ceiling fan, and a large balcony or patio. The décor has a distinctive Caribbean flair, featuring rattan, natural wicker, and exotic bamboo. All the Residence Suites were completely renovated in May of 2024.

At the end of 2014 we locked in a number of Condo reservations and we can extend the 2014 All-Inclusive rates to our guest reservations. This rate will be confirmed by the resort in your written check-in confirmation.

Since we are Chairman Circle Elite members and Real Estate Owners at the resort, we are able to extend Gold "Member" or Black "Shareholder" bracelets to our guests. This allows you to access many amenities that are typically reserved for the members of the resort.

For your meals, there are 12 great reservation restaurants and 10 "Lite Fare" restaurants you can enjoy as part of the All-inclusive Package. The All-Inclusive Package includes not only all of your food and beverages but unlimited alcohol including international liquors at 30 different bars throughout the resort. Your fridge will be restocked daily with beer, bottled water, soda, and juices.

You will receive a personal representative to meet you at the airport, either Puerto Plata (POP) or Santiago (STI), who will whisk you to the resort to begin your all-inclusive vacation. Our goal is to provide you a personal level of service as you plan your vacation so that we can ensure all the details are taken care of. Upon arrival, Gold guests will be able to work with a personal concierge for dinner and excursion reservations.

To book your stay, you would pay now for the accommodations and when you check-in you would pay for the Gold all-Inclusive. Note all-inclusive is required.

I request you stay a minimum of four nights (will deviate except during high season), and you can arrive any day of the week. To enjoy all the activities offered you really need a week but feel free to go as your schedule permits. We are confident you’ll want to come back.
