Thank you for your feedback. However, we think it is important to clarify a few important points regarding your stay. This condo underwent a major renovation exceeding one million dollars, resulting in a fully upgraded unit not only in design but also in comfort and functionality. At the time of your arrival, everything in the condo was brand new, fully functional, and ready for guest use. At the beginning of your stay, we requested permission to briefly access the unit to complete minor finishing touches, and this was done only with your approval. During your entire stay, no complaints were reported, and all systems and amenities functioned properly. Any items that were still pending were purely aesthetic and did not affect functionality or comfort in any way. Regarding the third bedroom: while the room configuration was updated, it now features a custom-made bunk bed with two queen-size beds, specifically designed to provide additional sleeping capacity and comfort, allowing adult couples to sleep comfortably without issue. We regret that this change did not meet your personal expectations; however, the unit was delivered as a luxury, fully operational condo with a gorgeous bay view, located in the exclusive Papagayo community. Also, we offer a refund and a discount for a future stay, but unfortunately, the guest felt that was not sufficient. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.
