LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in Scottsdale, providing quick and easy access to the Old Town Scottsdale district, several local golf courses and the 101 Loop Highway, both less than 1 mile away.

If you are adventurous or a nature lover, the area immediately outside the Phoenix Valley or about a 1 hr drive from the condo, within and at the base of the mountain ranges, provides amazing scenery, challenging driving (e.g. the wild Apache Trail) and wildlife (e.g. Canyon Lake). The condo can serve as a great "home-base" when taking these 1-2 day trips, while at other times, the condo will feel just like home and provide you with a different kind of enjoyment on those days you want to do nothing, where you can just relax by the pool.

The closest major intersection and within walking distance from the condo, is North Hayden Rd at Indian School Rd.; there you will find a grocery store (Basha's), a bank machine (Chase), a pharmacy (Walgreens) and a gas station (Circle K). There are also several major car rental agencies located within a 5 minute drive from the condo, on both Hayden Rd and Scottsdale Rd.

Old Town Scottsdale:
Drop by the famous Rusty Spur Saloon for a cold beer or a meal and great country music; it was awarded Best Country Bar in the Phoenix Valley. Or stop by the Scottsdale Farmers Market held every Saturday, for a wide selection of freshly baked specialty breads, fresh meats, fresh produce, all locally grown and many foods unique to Arizona.

Take a horse drawn carriage tour or a free Scottsdale trolley, to see the sights. Experience the Art Walks held in the district every Thursday evening, where the Artists are on hand to answer questions and share their works with you, while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine.

Not feeling like walking back to the condo, or driving at all after enjoying an evening or night out? No problem: just hail a free golf cart taxi to take you back to your condo, until 2am (tips are appreciated and encouraged).

MAJOR ATTRACTIONS ARE CLOSE BY: In addition to the major sports and entertainment events the Phoenix Valley offers every year, there are a lot of places to see and things to do which are only a few hrs drive from the condo. Tombstone (the OK Corral), Monument Valley, The Grand Canyon (breath-taking), Flagstaff (snow-skiing), Scenic Route 66, Sedona, Las Vegas, The Hoover Dam, San Diego and even LA are ALL only 2-4 hrs drive from Scottsdale/ Phoenix.
