The Berry Patch es una casa ejecutiva completamente renovada, ubicada en el acantilado con vista al lago Windermere, BC ya solo 5 minutos a pie del centro de Invermere on the Lake.

Invermere es una comunidad de recreación durante todo el año.

Three adults rented this 5 bdrm from August 1-8. The moment we walked in, we were enamored with the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Then we walked towards the back deck and it most certainly was an aha moment. The view of the lake and the mountains just takes your breath away. Each day, there were deers that visited the apple tree. Also, we had saw 2 bald eagles that flew by a couple of times. Jolene was excellent to work with. She was very responsive to our emails. I would highly recommend this home for families. There is plenty of room. Also, if you are a golfer, we would recommend Grey Wolf Golf Course.

What an amazing property! We booked 6 nights but could only do 5 and it was hard to leave when it was time to go.. such a well cared for beautiful house and the view is to die for. You could not ask for anything better as the house has everything a person could want or need.

**Excellent Location and Stunning Views!** This vacation home is perfect for a family getaway. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything Invermere has to offer. The home is impeccably clean, with a well-appointed kitchen that has everything you need. It is meticulously maintained, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable with luxuriously soft linens. This was our fourth stay, and we will definitely be back. A well-deserved **10 out of 10!**

Winter Wonderland

Exceptional stay at the Berry Patch. Perfect for winter vacation with extended family. Gorgeous view, plenty of space for family of all ages and well stocked. Very well upkept and in a quiet family oriented area. Appreciated the garage for indoor parking during winter. Games room area was perfect for teens to hang out in, with foosball table. Walking distance to town and even the shuttle to Panorama if needed. Looked well stocked for summer activities too. Highly recommend!

Outstanding location and property

Seniors autumn golf trip

Four couples stayed in this excellent property as repeat customers. Property is ideal for four couples. Property is well stocked with everything to cover all needs. Spend a lot of time on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Close proximity to our golf courses and grocery shopping. We will certainly be booking again.

Excellent stay at The Berry Patch

We had a wonderful family vacation staying at The Berry Patch. It felt like home, with everything you could possibly want or need from the moment you walked in the door. The location was perfect; it was close to everything and had an amazing view of the lake from the deck. We travelled with six adults and two children and we all had ample space to do things together or retreat to our own little corners when needed. The host was very responsive when we had a question (which were few) and the property was just as advertised. We would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Fully Loaded Vacation Home

From the 5 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms with ensuites to everything you would need in the kitchen this house had it all. 2 great decks for sun or shade at any time of the day. Close to downtown and the Stolen Church Ice cream and Coffee shop and a short distance from both beaches. Lots of games and entertainment downstairs for a rainy day. Truly an excellent vacation house.

Perfect for family trip, great location!

House and property were all as advertised. Beautiful view of the mountains and lake from the well equipped deck. Multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and up and down living areas in the house provided lots of space for our group of 7. Kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to cook full meals. Short 5min walk to the Main Street in town. We will look to book again if we return to Invermere in the future.

Beautiful home.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The view just cannot be beat, and the house is very clean and has everything that we need. The beds are comfortable, the showers are super nice, the communication was good and it’s a short walk into town. I would recommend this to anyone.

Our home has been in the family since 1989. We have had many fond memories of family trips and get-togethers in Invermere and the surrounding area. We have decided to renovate the home and open it up to others to enjoy and build their own memories in this beautiful setting. Hopefully, enjoying annual trips!

This property was specifically chosen as it had the ability to accommodate the entire family, with aunts/uncles and cousins. All being able to enjoy the space together at the same time.

The location of this home is CLOSE to everything. You can park your vehicle and spend the week walking/biking everywhere, or take a short 5-20 minute drive to the surrounding activities and sights.
