Un maravilloso y lujoso apartamento para 6 a 8 personas ubicado junto a las pistas en St. Martin de Belleville, Les Trois Vallees, Francia. St Martin es un antiguo pueblo encantador en el corazón de la zona de esquí más grande del mundo con más de 600 km de pistas. Un verdadero paraíso para el esquiador / snowboarder avanzado, así como para los principiantes. Esquí dentro-fuera de esquí. Nuestro hermoso apartamento dúplex es un amplio apartamento bajo el techo al lado de las pistas. Nuestro apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones en total; dos habitaciones en la planta baja con 2 camas individuales cada una (1. 00 por 2. 00) y otra habitación arriba con una cama doble (1. 80 por 2. 00m), una vista impresionante de St. Martin y un baño con bañera, ducha y WC. En la planta baja también hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar con capacidad para dos personas, otro baño con una bañera grande (1.80 m), un baño separado, una cocina totalmente equipada, un televisor con canales franceses e ingleses, un reproductor de DVD , un sistema de sonido Bose, un elenco cromado de Google, una hermosa chimenea y un bonito balcón con una gran vista de St. Martín. Además de eso, también tenemos un local de esquí con secadores de zapatos con calefacción (10 pares) y 2 espacios de estacionamiento cubiertos para su automóvil. Internet está disponible gratuitamente para nuestros huéspedes. El precio incluye ropa de cama, leña para la chimenea, camas hechas y limpieza final. El impuesto turístico (los niños menores de 18 años no pagan el impuesto turístico) debe pagarse en la agencia donde se pueden recoger las llaves. Alquiler de verano también es posible, póngase en contacto con el propietario para precios.

Great stay

Superb, large top floor apartment, great for a family week’s skiing. Excellently appointed, kitchen has everything you need, duplex arrangement, with very nice master double en-suite on top floor. Ski in/out, with boot room easily accessible by lift from the apartment. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Wonderful ski apartment

We stayed for a week at the beginning of February. We had delays arriving, and the owner Liesbeth was extremely helpful to us. She responds to questions almost instantly and is very informative. The apartment was wonderful. Lots of space, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful views. The building has a spacious ski locker room and truly is ski in and ski out. We had a great stay and would be happy to stay again some day.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is very well maintained and of a high quality with all the facilities/equipment you could wish for. It is spacious and was perfect for 3 couples with a large living space that is well set out. Views over the village to the mountains are amazing and the balcony area is a real suntrap for the late afternoon sun. The locations could not be better - ski in/ski out and only a few minutes walk into the centre of the village. Communication with Liesbeth was amazing - supper helpful and nothing too much trouble. All in all - a fabulous apartment in a wonderful part of the 3 valleys.

Location parfaite

Location parfaite, où rien ne manque. La vue sur la montagne est magnifique. La cheminée est bien agréable... et, cerise sur le gâteau, la jumelle qui permet de voir les chamois qui gambadent sur la montagne en face. A 3 minutes du centre village à pied. Et, en hiver, on peut chausser les skis directement en sortant du chalet. Enfin, accueil très agréable de la propriétaire.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons séjourné du 15/01 au 22/01 dans ce superbe appartement. Celui ci était très bien équipé (comme rarement dans les locations) avec une propriétaire très sympathique et hyper réactive. L’emplacement était parfait, au calme et facile d’accès à ski. A recommander sans problème.

Great chalet in top location

A great chalet, as described. All rooms spacious. Lovely sitting area with proper sofas (3) and English TV channels. Good wi-fi. Properly ski-in, ski-out, even in April. Easy access to the whole of the 3 Valleys ski area. There is a path with steps down to the village which has plenty of restaurant choices, uphill on the way home, but not far at all. Easy admin with the owner who speaks excellent English. Recommended.

Superb Apartment

We had a wonderful time in 18 Chalet Adele, your apartment is beautiful and so well equipped. Everything works, we were all warm and had plenty of hot water. Enjoyed cooking for ourselves and watching some of your James Bond movies! We skied every day, despite a mixed bag of weather, with plenty of snow and a couple of days of brilliant sunshine enabling us to enjoy all three valleys from the ski in/ ski out location. We had friends staying in the Gypsy next door and they were extremely impressed by your apartment. The village has some excellent restaurants and the shops are sufficient for a weeks needs. I shall certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of skiing in that area and thank you for always responding so quickly to any communication.

1) Location: Just perfect. 2) Warm, cosy and no problems with the hot water (6persons) 3) The beds were really good. 4) Kitchen: everything you needed, dishwasher, coffeemachine etc., and enough space to store food. 5) Cosy livingroom with fireplace 6) Stabil WIFI 7) The Heather for boots - so good!!! Wonderful apartment in beautiful location

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is well furnished and has a lovely log fire. It is the second year we have stayed here and both times the agency and owner have been extremely helpful and accessible. I would highly recommend.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location!

We have stayed in this fantastic apartment three times now and cannot fault it. We are hoping to book again for next year and would not hesitate to recommend it. The apartment itself is spacious, luxurious and really well equipped. We particularly appreciate the comfortable beds, open fire, excellent coffee machine, lovely views from balcony, sledges for the children and James Bond DVD collection. We think the location is perfect - this year we could ski and out and the downstairs locker room for ski storage is very easy and practical when you have three children to get to ski school in the morning! The apartment is within walking distance of many lovely restaurants and there are also good takeaway facilities in the village. The owner Liesbeth is great and the agency in the village are extremely friendly and helpful. All in all we think this apartment is a great find!

This is the most beautiful, well equipped chalet!

The chalet was perfect, beautiful decor, fantastic, well equipped kitchen, warm and spacious and ski-in/ski-out position. St Martin has everything a ski party needs, plenty of restaurants, a small, but well equipped supermarket, amazing butchers, cheese shop, a few bars and no noisy nightclubs. We did hire a car but to be honest if guests can arrange airport transfers you don't need one, however, the private garage for chalet is safe and well maintained. There is a large south facing balcony (off the sitting room) where we all enjoyed a few beers at the end of the day, watching the last skiers make their way home. The open fire was easy to light and maintain with an ample number of logs left for guest to use. At both the beginning and end of the day there is plenty of hot water for both baths or showers which was easy to adjust with a turn of a switch. Liesbeth the owner of the chalet could not be more helpful, it was a wonderful week and we will definitely be returning! 10/10

We knew it was going to be nice, that’s why we booked it, but we were genuinely blow away with this home from home chalet apartment. The owners have made every effort to think of all the things you need to make your stay as comfortable, convenient and as pleasurable as possible. The standard of accommodation is most certainly 5*. Comfortably beds, good quality linen, first class kitchen with a great range of high quality kitchen wear. Boot room and access to the slopes is as good as you can get. I could go on and on about how great this property is and location offers but I will run out of text space. Added bonus of the lovely lady in the ski hire shop that Liesbeth recommends too. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect

This is the third apartment we have rented in Chalet Adele and the best. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the lounge and bedrooms are tastefully furnished. There is a log fire and wood is replenished as required. Also a beautiful balcony & views.

After a ''Welcome - Bievenue'' on a slate at the entrance door, a welcome card and a bottle of rosé Champagne.. just enough cold waiting for us in the fridge, our holidays started in this 1st class Apartment a few days ago. We were rally pleasantly surprised : - superb and luxury large cozy flat, full of place for a family (hired for 4 adults) - Mountain wood blend and design furniture of high quality - Large indoor Garage - Premium fournitures and kitchen ustensils and plan - Large comfortable beds - Great view on the mountains and village (with Christmas décorations!) - Very pleasant Ski and Ski shoes heated Box - Slopes in front and ESF (Ski school) nearby the Chalet - Very reactive owner at any time by e-mail Thank you Liesbeth and Wybe We will come back again.
