¿Estás buscando VACACIONES EN EL PARAÍSO? Compare propiedades, no encontrará más valor que nuestra playa semiprivada, piscina infinita, bañera de hidromasaje y alojamiento de 5 estrellas. Pocas propiedades en la isla tienen nuestro paquete completo de servicios a precios competitivos.
No encontrará locales comerciales (McDonalds, Subway, clubes nocturnos), pero encontrará increíbles atracciones naturales y una gastronomía fresca ese día mientras vive el estilo de vida de las Bahamas.
No hay vendedores de tiempo compartido, trampas para turistas o presentaciones de ventas molestas, solo hermosas playas de arena blanca. La propiedad está a pocos minutos del aeropuerto. Una vez que pase la aduana, estará a 15 minutos de los dedos de los pies en la arena, disfrutando de las impresionantes aguas turquesas o relajándose con vista al océano en la piscina infinita.
Las Exumas son un grupo prístino de islas rodeadas de increíbles aguas azules que se caracterizan por su belleza, pesca y temperaturas suaves. El cielo nocturno, sin luces de la ciudad, es interminable.

Norm y Tina hacen un trabajo increíble manteniendo el complejo en óptimas condiciones y nuestros huéspedes anteriores los aman.
Los bahameños locales son amables, corteses y respetuosos. El agua es segura para beber y la comida y los restaurantes son excelentes.

Georgetown está a unos 45 minutos en avión desde Miami International y Ft. Lauderdale, a 2 horas de Atlanta y 150 millas al sur de Nassau.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and was nicely accommodated. The view was incredible with the pool and beach just steps away. We loved sitting on the patio outside for meals. We will be back!

We had the best week on Jimmy Hill! The location couldn’t have been any better. We had 7 that stayed and the size of the home worked so well. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

The beach is absolutely beautiful! The convenience of the pool, hot tub, beach and condo, all located so close to each other making it easy to move back and forth made this place the perfect place to stay for all ages! We got in early, the lady cleaning let us store our stuff in a room while we went out and about waiting for the check in time. Looking forward to going back one day!

Regatta 2025

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This was our third year, and this property continues to exceed expectations. The location is unbeatable, with stunning beach views and easy access, and it’s perfectly situated near the regatta site. The layout fits my family’s needs perfectly. Norm, the local host, is always courteous and readily available whenever needed.

Tom was very easy to communicate with before our trip even began! House was perfect for our two families. We loved getting to know families from other units that shared the common areas. Would definitely stay here again!

A piece of paradise

The property was the perfect location for our stay in the Bahamas. It’s close to the airport and in the middle of the island, making drives to the different beaches accessible. The space is well maintained and as described. The outdoor area is everything a family can hope for on vacation; picture perfect view of the turquoise ocean, the large infinity edge pool, large outdoor space and patio with large dinner table. It was the perfect home away from home.

Wonderful pick for exuma

Beautifully situated on the property. Pool and beach can’t be beat. Plenty of chairs/loungers by pool. Views to die for. Unit is spacious and fairly well stocked. Would definitely recommend for a family or group.

The location was great - central to everything and very close to the airport. The owner and caretakers were very friendly and helpful!! It was spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful House and Great Location!

House is fabulous! Kitchen and spaces are great, and the location is perfect near everything you might want in town, and is just 4 minutes from the airport. The beach is beautiful walkable. The pool and hot tub are fantastic to have on site as well. Would love to stay here again soon if we can!

We really enjoyed our stay-the location is really close the the airport and convenient to the grocery stores and pizza. The house is clean and the view and pool are fantastic. Not pictured, but we really enjoyed swimming at night as the pool is well lit. Would definitely visit again.

Highly recommend this VRBO!! Beautiful location, right on the beach with a bonus of a pool/hot tub. Two families stayed together, and there was more than enough room. Four separate bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Can’t imagine a better place!

Best girls vacation ever

The property was amazing! Beautiful beach, pool and grounds. Owner was responsive and helpful in planning. Beds were very comfortable and amenities beyond our needs! Local grounds keeper and property manager were helpful with activity questions and collected coconuts for us to enjoy. Could not have had a better place to stay.

We visited once, and that's all it took. The vibe in Exuma is unparalleled; the minute you land, the sun and salt air melt away your stress. Spectacular weather, friendly people, no franchise stores or shopping, just fabulous water and beautiful scenery.

The property is impeccably maintained and the layout is extremely well planned. Designed for seven owners, each with the desire to enjoy the Exuma lifestyle, yet live in 5 star accommodations. The property is maintained by a property manger and full time caretaker.
We are also a premier partner with VRBO/Home Away and work hard to make your vacation problem free.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of the few properties with a full time property manager living on site in provided living quarters. A full time staff of care takers alleviates most problems with maintenance and assures our guests are taken care of during their stay. We know you will have a problem free vacation in our beautiful home.

The location is key to your stay! There are some amazing properties available on Little Exuma, but it is a LONG 45+ minute drive. Being five minutes from the airport, 10-minutes from Smitty's & Prime Island, and 15-minutes from Georgetown means that all of your shopping trips can be completed on your way to or from excursions. We are centrally located from Barraterre, where many boat trips leave from, and the southern end of the island if you want to visit Tropic of Cancer beach or Moriah Cay.

Don't assume other location have heated pools and hot tubs! It's easy to overlook when comparing properties, but the infinity pool overlooking the ocean adds to your hours of enjoyment and is a must if you are bringing your family.
