Great location

Easy check-in and checkout process. Great location. Rooms, kitchen, and living were nice. The air conditioning in the bedroom did not work well so it was a little hot at night, but otherwise, it was perfect.

Great place to stay. Been coming to Carlsbad for the last 6-years n this place is walking distance to everything. Only thing I thought was weird is the living gets hot which I don’t understand. Cool breeze coming from ocean. But both rooms have AC units which get really cold. But your in Carlsbad n the weather is great almost of the time.

Great Location, nice property

We had a great stay here. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked. We used the laundry and grill which were nice amenities to have. The beds were comfortable, including the couch bed. Location was convenient to beach and we walked when going most anywhere in town.

Winter break

Return visit to Carlsbad to start the new year. Stayed in the same condo as last year - still fits all our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Love being able to walk to most everything. Thanks for another great trip!

Spring Break 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely plan on going back. The unit was clean and well stocked with things like paper towels, toilet paper and such. If there was one issue that was a very small inconvenience that would be the lack of pantry space in the kitchen but we made do. All and all it is a great unit and very close to the beach and some great restaurants. You can’t go wrong with this unit.

Very, very nice except for super narrow drive way and retaining wall that grabbed two passenger doors of my truck. Cannot see wall from vehicle when exiting driveway. Should remove. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back every summer.

Great Location, a stones throw from the beach

Unit was nice and clean, beds comfortable. AC in the bedroom was great.Check in is at 4pm, not one second earlier, though the unit was empty and ready. (code did not work until 4pm exactly.)Unfortunately, we used the remainder of the toilet paper on the roll, and there was no more in the unit. Communicated with management and they advised there was more under the sink, there was not. We made it through the night, and I went and bought some in the morning at the grocery store. The the maids arrived at the property they got some to us right away.Walls and ceiling are thin; we heard everything that was going on above and around us.

Carlsbad distraction.

Very nice property. However, the unit directly above us had 2 parents and 2 very active young boys with non stop running, moving furniture and it sounded liked they were bowling. Quite distracting from an otherwise pleasant unit. Had we known this situation in advance, we would have chosen another property.

Nice but not perfect!

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location. It’s very clean, great kitchen. I would not recommend staying on the first floor, the units upstairs have tile floors so you can hear EVERYTHING! It’s much better on 2nd floor. Also the wifi isn’t great at this property. Rented a movie through our Amazon live acct and never got to finish it. The movie stopped while playing so many times due to a weak wifi signal so that wasn’t great with having 2 teen boys on vacation. Seems they are in need of a stronger wifi? I’d probably stay again in a larger unit upstairs and just figure out another way to keep teens occupied in evening besides a movie.

Our family loved this location. So close to the beach and Carlsbad Villages. Owner responded quickly and cleaning staff was nice and helpful. We will definitely return to this place in the future.

Nice stay

The condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation and was easy to walk across the street. Also close to downtown Carlsbad and could walk there for plenty of restaurants and shops. As other reviews mention, you can hear everything from upstairs, even walking. Some items seemed to have some wear and need replacing (mattresses dip).

Clean, great location.

Very clean. Lovely courtyard area. Beach toys and wagons are awesome. Great location! The only downside- if you are in a lower unit the noise from the upstairs units is very loud. Not sure I would stay in a lower unit again and would feel very bad about causing too much noise in an upper unit.

Awesome Location and Very Clean!

The stay in this condo exceeded our expectations! Our family has stayed in a lot of VRBO's over the years and this one gets the award for the CLEANEST!! Also, the location is amazing! It's within walking distance of many restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with very nice cookware, cooking utensils and everything else you could need. The beds are very comfortable. Linens are very nice as well. We found some really nice restaurants, shops and also a couple of dessert places that we loved! We would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to Carlsbad.
